Effective CEO's dilute in to major news events ..

and almost ALL pinkies dilute - they are on the pinks to raise capital - plain and simple. Most do not have active revenue streams to support and sustain themselves. They obtain funds by diluting. This is not a new concept.

So to anyone complaining about dilution - and you know who you are on this thread - get off of it - that is the nature of the beast.

Managing dilution is the key - time it and let the stock breathe after you issue stock in to runs.

Some CEO's get it and some don't.

HFBG needs to establish credibility here. The reason the stock is selling down here is a lack of it. We are here due to the risk/reward - and I like our odds.

Company needs to avoid diluting during non news periods - it's throwing currency out the window. There was some dilution today IMO.
