Yes, they have to pony up this month. No more BS. This audit has been a loooong time coming with many announcements and no audit results. I hope they are not relying on SEMCO's numbers to show positive cash flow for PLNI. That would be a big mistake.
lOOK AT POST #1019.
Looks like we won't see any numbers for PLNI until SEMCO is a done deal.
Boy, I'm glad someone is still out there! Do you think we are in for more "buying opportunities" ? Since we are so close to a holiday it would seem that we are.
Don't you think Turek and Howe should be complaining to them about this?
So what is "the" reason the audit has yet to be completed and "when" will it? The "next few weeks" is so amorphous and sounds a little familiar.
Doesn't seem anyone from yesterday's meeting is buying today. I guess they are waiting for the accountant to return from his honeymoon!
I would think that a company aspiring to get listed and attract investors would hire an accounting firm with a visible reputation and not entrust such an important audit to a one person shop. Incredible.
Thanks for clarifying that. Not trying to ruffle feathers. I had thought they would not be attending without the numbers. Selective perception I suppose. Although after reading this again, the last sentence doesn't seem to make any sense in context with the earlier statements.
Where are the numbers Turek promised would be out before the meeting? Are they holding them out until tomorrow to give the investors the chance at a lower pps?
You're right Argyll, it is $5.Perhaps they could do a forward split once it reaches a buck? What do ya think?
It's $4 and wishfull thinking. I think a buck is doable within the year. The BIG MO is a fickle creature? Ever hear of IPIX?
and remember Turek has his eye on the NASDAQ. They have a plan this time around and will spend as little time as necessary on the OTC. PLNI could easily hit a dollar or more within a year.
The stock has already made major gains with minor retracement thus far and an apparent consolidation. With relatively low volume and sideway trading lately it would appear financial statements, listing and acquisition news are being eagerly awaited.
Thanks for sharing that with us. Very encouraging indeed. Speaking of Balder... he's been very quiet. What do you think he's been up to$$$
2)Good old fashioned selling of the product combined with production and distribution will make this stock go and make the small gamble most of us took really pay dividends. We know PLNI has the product. Now let's see if they know how to do the rest.
Hey, leave some for us. Reinvesting your lates profits I presume? WE better hurry before you buy the whole float. I did manage to get some at.015 today. What a ride this could be!!!
I'm selling everything I can to buy more X before the price gets any higher.
Cash advances all around. Probably worth the high interest.
You and Stoli!!
Counting their money?
I think we got a hold here
On our way to .10 $$$
It's usually kind of wash either way Matt! You have a lot of initial movement either way with the potential to make money on either of the swings if you get lucky or guess right. But eventually the price settles down to a similar valuation as before the split. Just my observance
...and the principals will not be selling any shares until they're worth selling because the company has cash flow and "little to no debt." The shares they hold could be used in the acquisition of Xylox once they're worth something. It seems to me Turek is a true believer in what he's doing and wil be a good steward of the resources available and use them wisely to grow the company and not his pocketbook. Just my opinion...
At $10 we'll all be selling! Luv your optimism X.
Perhaps the pr is going to be released at intervals sufficient to keep the price moving upwards but not fast enough to create a huge, quick price spike that could cause alot of profit taking and large fluctuations in price. Sort of like Greenspan's quarter point hikes ha! ha!
I will try to buy more before the feeding frenzy really begins. There really is no way of telling how fast and far this stock will go...
Couple of bucks a share? Hmmm...sounds pretty good to me. How long do you think it will be before it ends up on a major exchange?
I like your optimism!! At what price do you think they might do a reverse split?
So where are all the naked shortsiders???
Definitely looks like interest is up!!!
I was just trying to point out that they could not possibly be trying to finance themselves through the sale of stock as mentioned in an earlier post.

From what I understand, they own about 1 billion shares with 500 mil in the float and another 500mil authorized. If they sold all they own plus the other 500mil at the current price of .0026, that would only give them a little less than 4 million in cash. Seems like the company must have some good cash flow and reserves especially if they are trying to acquire Xylox.
Who is doing all the buying today and why?
