From what I understand, they own about 1 billion shares with 500 mil in the float and another 500mil authorized. If they sold all they own plus the other 500mil at the current price of .0026, that would only give them a little less than 4 million in cash. Seems like the company must have some good cash flow and reserves especially if they are trying to acquire Xylox.
