...and the principals will not be selling any shares until they're worth selling because the company has cash flow and "little to no debt." The shares they hold could be used in the acquisition of Xylox once they're worth something. It seems to me Turek is a true believer in what he's doing and wil be a good steward of the resources available and use them wisely to grow the company and not his pocketbook. Just my opinion...
