Don't think this will help. Looks like we're headed down below .005 this morning.
Isn't this a re-lease of last week's PR or am I missing something?
It's not dropping on a lot of volume. Probably a shakeout for now.
The market right now is controlled by the MM's and those restricted shares have nothing to do with it.

It's the 19th ammendment and will probably become effective upon the closing of the Lynch deal in 2 weeks.
62% of the 6B AS is restricted. By my calculations, that leaves 2.28B OS that could end up in the float. Corr has already told me several weeks ago the float was 1.6B. So, we could be looking at a little more revenue collection by the company. Shouldn't be a big deal if the news comes in like everyone is expecting.
I agree. Today's news was sweet music to my ears. RSHN is the real deal. Right time, right products, right plan. All they have to do now is execute and get rid of UBSS.
LOL. Straight to the crapper for now.
Exactly. There talking about Summer business and supplying their retailers. This should move in a hurry on distribution news.
I was hoping for a more upbeat EOD. Hopefully we have consolidated here and will move forward. I emailed the co. inquiring about where they are in their plan now that the acquistions are complete. If I get a response I will share it here.
What do they trade for? Or should I ask?
We all trade for money.
People selling that got in at .0048.
No one is selling I guess.

Bob's a great guy, but let's hope it stays that way.
Is today's news what you didn't want to "jinx" or do we have more goodies to possibly look forward to next week?
Especially the part about global distribution.

BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 2006--
Robert Corr, President of RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RSHN) has agreed today to accept the offer made by Michael Lynch of Lynch Partners One, LLC to purchase a 30% stake in the company's stock in the form of restricted shares. This signed agreement gives RushNet, Inc. a cash infusion of $615 thousand plus an additional commitment for inventory capital of $2.4 million, for a total of over $3 million dollars to RushNet, Inc.
Robert Corr and the management team of RushNet Inc. will hold restricted shares totaling 32%, with the public free trading shares totaling 38% of the stock. The stock issued to Lynch has been placed into an escrow account with a closing scheduled in about two weeks.
As, Robert Corr stated: "This new round on capital will secure the company's need for inventory for all the new items planned for introduction this summer. Our larger retailers require firm inventory levels to be maintained at all times. As a company, we have gained a valuable partner who has expertise in raising large amounts of capital to assist us in our future expansion plans. I feel confident that, Michael Lynch and I have developed a strategic plan to grow RushNet's brands on a worldwide scope."
Michael Lynch and Robert Corr as mentioned in a previous press release, are in the process of purchasing a regional brewery that will use Rush Net Inc. to market the brands worldwide. The newly designed products will be introduced this summer and the new labels will be unveiled in the next few weeks to the stockholders.
Michael Lynch was quoted, "This will be the beginning of a highly visible beverage company, and I'm looking forward to launching some our branded beverages in the national beverage arena."
Can't seem to hold RSHN down today. Real nice for a Friday w/o news.
Nice field. In early development though. Patent is nice and should get some movement when the grants start coming in. Nice month it's having. Coming off yearly high. I'll keep an eye on it.
OT If you have some xtra cash take a look at RSHN.
We'll probably finish at/ near open.
I don't think it will take that long. Oil is going way up. No question. Bush and his oil buddies are lickin' their chops at the chaos coming. See what happens to oil when Iran's nuke program gets bombed.
That's their policy and it really blows.
Without the split it would've been around .15 which is still pretty impressive from where it sits now and before that spike last June. Hopefully we're headed for another spike like that.
Two day rally with 2nd spike higher than the first. Would you normally see that on a bottom play?
Usual stuff with this type of co. is PR's about drilling, exploration and finds' output. Hopefully they're cranked up and ready to find the oil and gas.
Everybody knows oil's on the way up. But doesn't FPPL need some to sell first? Or are they going to profit just because of the leases they hold?
Hopefully XKEM and FPPL will be making you smile next month. I hope so 'cause i'm in too.
"First Petroleum's goal is to now focus on potential drill programs and development of the most promising lease properties in its portfolio." Wouldn't they be selling into this looking for the money to do this? Does anyone have any DD on the co.'s finances and share structure? TIA.
Thanks!
When doest it start?
Anyone have L2 on this?
If this thing is going North it should be turning soon.
SOmeone reccomended it to me at about .0018 and i have been in and out trying to find the bottom. This was my third try and I think I found it. I knew once the pr came out about the show in Hong Kong that this would go on any good news out of there. Could go over .002 easily I think w/ the typical pullbacks. Nice to see another investor here TooFar. GLTY.
OT They both do have the ability of rubbing people the wrong way. You might be right?
You have any left?
Problem is there's no volume.
I'll be watching.
