THTH...That post, Mr. Bill, reminded me of a similar happening, from an older trader, that he shared with me. He had bot shares at a price of .12 in July of 2002. He then entered a GTC order to sell at .18...The share price actually traded at the .18 level a few days later but he did not get an execution...Much to his dismay, the price a few days later, dropped abruptly below the .10 price level...He reluctantly sold on a rebound in early Sept. 2002 at the .12 price level...Hmmmmmmm, wonder what became of that company???...GL...LJ

Sentiment in the marketplace is generally a decent indicater of the overall trend direction...You get to see the posts about paid bashers re-emerge as things muddle along...The Capt. has been tolerant of my positive nature but alas equal posting for the darker side of any POS is often left unrevealed...Perhaps his tolerance has grown with his age recently...We shall see...JMO...GL...LJ

ADVC...Back in mid-March the trend that I noticed developing, has not changed...Negative price trends in micro-cap and small-cap companies due to increasing dillution for shareowners...I didn't find a timely-filed 10k on this company today...But the trend they benefit from has not changed in a meaningful way, from what can be seen around penny land, so a small spec position will be retained a little longer...JMO...GL...LJ

Over the past several months there are many very good companies which have seen mild to large drops in their share prices...Exactly where this company stands in the decline picture is still a little hard to pinpoint...GL...LJ

The recent SEC filing to note a late filing of the company's 10ksb re-stated the recent figures of year end profitability...But you still have to wait for the actual 10ksb for a verifiable share structure...The last official notification of the outstanding shares was from the quarter ending 03-31-04 10qsb...The company's website shows the same figure for the outstanding shares...So here is the question...Does a company have to update the share structure on it's website before the required quarterly or yearly SEC filings?...LJ
