Hoda, sounds similar, but don't know that one. Just goes to show that OPMG is doing a better business model and better marketing.

Peter, OPMG does own their patent to the best of my knowledge. There are other companies who sell this type of product, but OPMG has the best one because it has more useful features, such as GPS, allowing parents to know where their kids are at all times, you can program the phone to black out certain times such as class room and nights.
Phones cannot put this on to their phones bc of the patent, I believe. That is why many wireless retail companys and other chains such as the large Ralph stores are buying it up in leaps in bounds. I can't remember all the stores who carry it but growing all the time. Other possibilities are: DMVs requiring a feature like this, large fleet of autos requiring employees, train and truck operators required by emloyers......

PETERMINATOR, OPMG software does allow all 911 calls, at any time. It also allows for usage of the phone on wireless/bluetooth in the car. Not sure, but I think it can be programmed for phone calls, this big sell feature is the ANTI TEXT, which as everyone knows, is similar impairment to drinking and driving.
I don't have it for my young son yet, but will get it for sure.!

OPMG- Most states are banning text and driving. DMV's will make this a requirement for teen drivers , imo

Buzz, can you pls answer
1. why it would be a bad thing for common shareholders if the company ever did get sold? Usually when a company is acquired, the shareholders benefit by rising price per share in the stock. Why would the common stockholders receive nothing, it's not like a sale is the same as a bankrupcy where common stockholders are last in line. I would really like your answer on this because I'm confused.
2. Why would it be in the best interest of S.F. to not show profits? I don't understand why you think they would benefit by not showing that they are making revenues. Not sure why they want to purposely hold the price of the stock down, wouldn't the principals make a lot more money if the price of the stock goes UP?

Curious about when the campaign was, do you remember? I know that when the stock rose in Dec-Jan it was because the Y.Advisors were bought out, and the market believed the Strikeforce product was a good thing. Also, with the news that they were entering the government segment with potential to increase business expotentially, drove up prices, and I believe we are all waiting for news to see what is around the corner with their contracts.

Udioso, what marketing campaigns? I did not receive any alerts, or emails, was it a PR campaign and when?

If you have been following the stock, you will know that a huge debt restructuring occurred in December, and new investors/partners brought in. If I had to take a guess, it might be that some lucky investor received a nice chunk of stock and probably unloaded their loot in February, without consideration for the rest of us shareholders! I'm guessing that the dust has settled from that seller(s) and the company stock will begin to reflect its real value, which should be in the .50 -.60 range IMO and higher after they begin showing revenues and profits.. Their last press releases discussed their prospects and pipelines.
