New Quarterly Report looks great.
Share price is going to explode tomorrow.
Bigfoot, if that’s the case then ..........
The share price buyout will be huge, for shareholders.
$6 billion in annual revenue / 42 million shares.
Buyout could be as much as $142 per share.
Elliott would get a large piece though.
Windstream assets are worth about $13 billion or so.
Only 42 million shares, unless there was recent dilution, which there couldn’t be in bankruptcy.
You're saying common shareholders are getting wiped out?
If so, they are screwing over their own employees who hold Windstream stock in their 401k.
Then why were insiders still buying? And ....
And why has the share price stayed flat on Friday and Today?
I understand the shares get cancelled, when they go private. That's because there will be no more stock to trade.
But that doesn't mean the common shareholders won't get a buyout from Elliot?
So far, nothing out there says Commons are cancelled
No article out there so far states that commons are cancelled.
Assumptions can be made, but it doesn't say it anywhere in writing yet.
Therefore, it is confusing, hence why the price has stayed flat.
Under Armour has a $280 million dollar deal with the UCLA Bruins.
For Dryworld.....
Just one large pro team (in any sport in the entire world) or college university, just one contract alone could make us multi-millionaires.
Dryworld on Shark Tank ???
LOL, in the end, we all invested in Dryworld at a current $2 million valuation, which is an unbelievable bargain.
If Dryworld were to have gone on Shark Tank to get funding, even based on their current inventory, technology, staff, patents, expertise ....
The sharks would have bought in for at least a $10 million valuation, probably more.
We got a STEAL compared to what Mark Cuban, Kevin O'Leary, etc. would have invested in this for on Shark tank.
I can't believe we were able to invest in a top notch well-known worldwide innovative futuristic apparel company, at a $2 million market cap valuation.
Freaking love it.
They certainly stopped marketing and social media in 2017
But this will be a relaunch going public, and they will be just big enough in the industry to make us wealthy.
Right on man
I think it will get to at least $1.00 per share, and they won't do a RS until it gets to at least a dollar ....
as they can do something like a 10-1 RS split at that time to get it uplisted to the Nasdaq.
They can get to the QB uplist without needing to RS.
But may use RS down the road for Nasdaq.
We'd all be millionaires by then anyways.
Once it's at $1.00 per share, everyone with at least 2 million shares will be a millionaire (after taxes).
So we shouldn't have to worry about a RS until this is at least $1.00 per share.
It doesn't say that anywhere on their investor relations FAQ page
Here is the link:
https://investor.windstream.com/resources/investor-faqs/default.aspx
In fact, if it used to say that disclaimer (as you stated), and they no longer say it on that link (by removing it recently) ....
Then that is a heck of a good sign.
You might even be even more Bullish than I am
Love to see it.
Are you one of the "Legends" on here also holding around 10 million shares?
All I can say is that I'm very BULLISH here
Have any LONGS with millions of shares sold yet?
There are quite a few LONGS on here who hold millions of shares.
I'm just wondering if any of the serious 'skin in the game' LONGS sold when this reached about $0.01 per share over the past week?
I'm still a 'skin in the game' LONG myself, with all my shares.
I haven't sold any.
Why are you so confident about this news?
It doesn't state anything about common shareholders.
The odds probably went lower that shareholders are safe, based on the company going private.
I'm not too thrilled with this news, so please tell me why you're so confident.
Elliot is not obligated to give shareholders anything, so why would they if they aren't obligated to?
I’m not sure this is great
I hope you’re right.
Should have done the Reg A at this pricing instead of $0.027
Oh well.
I still believe we see dollars per share
For Dryworld over the next year or two.
Hopefully the merger eventually completes and doesn’t fail like some other reverse mergers in the past.
CEO Ron Minsky showed this was never a scam
-No dilution ever (in fact there was a share buyback)
-No pumping whatsoever ever (they have always gone mellow in how they release news, especially with Dryworld)
It's been an ethical process.
And Dryworld wants to go public, because they know they are going BIG.
This will be worth "DOLLARS" per share eventually, especially with this low share structure with low float.
I have no doubt about that.
I now have 3,333,333 shares of IBGR
I've never been happier about the future of this stock, than I am right now.
We're all going to make some serious GREEN here.
I think we can see silver-land today
I think they go for the Nasdaq, organically
This is Under Armour 2.0
Or the next Fubu 2.0
And Fubu used to bring in billions
I wonder if Dryworld will eventually sell suits like Fubu did .............
80,000 shares here now.
I think this can get back to at least $20 per share after recovery.
They bring in $6 billion in revenue per year.
Does anyone own over 100,000 shares?
$0.40 on Monday is realistic by end of day
We could be at $0.04 by the end of Friday, maybe $0.05
This stock received a 900% increase in late February when it was announced the two companies were planning to merge.
If the merger officially closes, I expect at least that 900% increase on Monday or throughout next week.
So if $0.04 or $0.05 by the end of Friday ....
We could realistically be at $0.40 by the end of Monday (or by the end of next week, if its run lasts for days).
So what does this mean for us Common Shareholders?
Thanks
Can someone elaborate please
How does a hydrogel (specifically designed to treat cancer and eliminate a tumor) ..........
How is this same substance also customized to be able to treat lungs for the coronavirus?
I mean, if this is an "all-in-one" hydrogel, then great, I feel better as an investor.
I would just like to understand the science more (in how it's able to treat both cancer and Covid-19).
Thanks.
This can't be Dilution today
Magnum, buy some shares on Monday and average down man
We want you to make some serious money on this too.
Magnum, buy some shares on Monday and average down man
We want you to make some serious money on this too.
Yep. Air Force contract = Our retirement
All of this is outstanding. On the road to paper land
WOW, we are all going to be multi-millionaires here
I have over 3 million shares here
And feel if I play it right, I could become a millionaire from this company alone.
Dryworld could reach at least $5.00 per share within a year or two if they strike enough deals with clubs and teams worldwide.
Very doable if they’ve learned from past mistakes, and with all the sports markets they will be in to.
They support team sports for all, men, women, and youth.
Dryworld is in so many sports globally
There are huge sports outside of the United States, that most Americans don’t even realize.
Soccer across the entire world is worth many trillions $$$ in total world value.
Rugby in a ton of nations worldwide is huge.
Cricket is huge in a lot of nations out there.
European style handball is huge in Europe and big in other nations as well.
Lacrosse, Field Hockey, etc. have a much bigger presence in other nations outside of the US.
Even ladies softball is big in at least a dozen nations out there.
Hockey is very large of course in their home nation of Canada.
Looks like Dryworld has even dabbled with UFC in the past.
That would be a huge opportunity.
Imagine striking an exclusive agreement with UFC one day.
That would send this stock to like $10 per share immediately, lol.
And for every 2 men that play pro or amateur sports worldwide, 1 woman now plays a sport worldwide at that level. Close to half of all Olympic athletes are now female, at the Olympics.
Women have closed the gap on this ratio across the world. Now just 2 to 1 ratio.
Therefore, Dryworld could attempt to venture even more in the women’s market for that continuous growing trend. Growing trend = growing revenues each quarter and year over year.
Would be great for this stock and their company long-term.
Dryworld will probably never have a presence in the NFL, NBA, or Major League Badeball.
But they won’t need to, as they can still become a billion dollar company in other growing markets across the world, and for both genders to maximize their revenues.
And it would be cool if they got in to golf and tennis more.
Major revenue opportunities there.
Crossfit is exploding more worldwide. Go for that market as well.
Extreme sports too. Lots of millennials and Generation Z youngsters are in to that.
They will buy this apparel.
What is the annual revenue amount here?
I may want to invest here.
Thanks.
I own 75,000 shares here
Is there a realistic possibility if I hold long enough, that I will become a millionaire?
They consistently bring in at least $6 billion in revenue each year.
Outstanding share count is only 43 million shares.
Sounds good. How big do you think the share price can move up to?
Thanks again.
So what does that mean for current shareholders?
Thanks.
So common shares are not being cancelled?
Is this 100% official now that common shareholders will not be wiped out?
That's what I'm thinking too
Just hoping everyone feels the same way
Thanks.
Anyone concerned with this dropping 33% today?
