Can someone elaborate please

How does a hydrogel (specifically designed to treat cancer and eliminate a tumor) ..........

How is this same substance also customized to be able to treat lungs for the coronavirus?

I mean, if this is an "all-in-one" hydrogel, then great, I feel better as an investor.
I would just like to understand the science more (in how it's able to treat both cancer and Covid-19).
