Looks like a nice day in NNYG land. :>
T/A suggests this is ready to run.

In fact I know Cervelle Group is good.. SPRL hired them. :>
OH...Cervelle Group is alright from what I know of them.
Thanks.
Creede,
Does Dexter have a PR firm? I think the stock is low because of marketing, or lack of.
There are lots of great stocks with no exposure. I rode RACK from $14 all the way to $47 and most people have never heard of it. I will do what I can to spread the word!!
Thanks Joe,
I have been watching this for awhile. It's time to pull the trigger IMO.
Hey guys, any estimates on when the filings are coming out? I need in and quick...like tomorrow morning!
GLTA
Let your hearts not be troubled...Sweaterboy will come through in the end.
Right there with ya, tr8dervic....This is a long term hold and a good one.
The short sighted will kick themselves. JMO
LOL...yea! Anyone who thinks this is done (and I am sure there are some) needs their head examined.
Great work, Creede!!!!
Agreed. I would love to see the Audit from RSM-TopAudit. I thought I remember reading that RSM wanted 15 cents a word and Parkin decided to do it himself since it was 100 pages long. Our future in this stock and our fortune lie inside that Audit. If I was only a fly on the wall..:>
Hang in there Mr. Oblivion....Good things will happen.
Hey Board, Oblivion is a friend of mine. I hope all make him feel welcome to I-Hub.
GLTA
Any investment in SPRL is a good one!
GLTY...but I dont think you will need it with Sam & Co.
Been holding for over one year....Holding 1M plus.
Patience is a virtue. :>
I wonder who sold at .18 today? Either the tape is wrong or someone is playing games. JMO

Sounds like a recipe for $$$$$$$$$$$$$:>
It's almost time IMHO.
GLTA
First thing, you should take a look at XLPI, keep holding AURC and GCHR and then go look at a E350....Oh, I forgot LBWR!
GLTY
You da MAN!!!
Down 12% on only 483K in volume doesnt say anything. I got enough cash in the stash to knock this to .20
Wanna try me?
If the O/S was 50 million I would be all over it, but.....
No, it's much closer to fact. Jim is right, Oxen and hand dug mines? give me a break.
All debate aside, PAIM is truly a POS.
LMAO!! eom
Nice work. eom

There is an "exemption" to everything. LOL
VI. Are There Legal Ways To Offer and Sell Securities Without Registering With the SEC?
Yes! Your company's securities offering may qualify for one of several exemptions from the registration requirements. We explain the most common ones below. You must remember, however, that all securities transactions, even exempt transactions, are subject to the antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. This means that you and your company will be responsible for false or misleading statements, whether oral or written. The government enforces the federal securities laws through criminal, civil and administrative proceedings. Some enforcement proceedings are brought through private law suits. Also, if all conditions of the exemptions are not met, purchasers may be able to obtain refunds of their purchase price. In addition, offerings that are exempt from provisions of the federal securities laws may still be subject to the notice and filing obligations of various state laws. Make sure you check with the appropriate state securities administrator before proceeding with your offering.
