When you post a PR in ET, the release should be before 12 midnight eastern time.
What time did they post those, it's been so long I don't remember?
I'm with you on that plan. lol
OT: Something for Roach.lol

No cage, it all depends on the AF, assets, PF and volume. Huge pressure on the ask and it moves quickly, don't forget many will sell on the run up so it will need huge momentum to overcome the profit takers on the way to a dollar.
I must say, I like your thinking here, it makes some sense. In a sea of BS, it's real, I hope it has something to do with the AF release.
Go to work and relax, you will only give yourself acid reflux. LOL
If you can believe what you read on this board, Angela says Petar told her Wessal finished buying. I personally don't place much credence in third party information. If they are finished it's great news when AF's hit.
It stands to reason, even if 40 million made it back into the float, if the AF's are good the short squeeze should be on. It will be interesting to see how the MM's handle it, will they try to cover or attempt shorting to entice panic selling? I think they have no choice but to cover. They probably did some covering today and will again tomorrow.
Great post, I'm living vicariously through your walk on the beach. GLTY
I think Petar will do just fine for the time being, can you imagine Robin having the responsibility of delivering the audits and getting us to the next level? LOL
Let's hope that is not the plan, after the previous delays the credibility of this company depends on the "date-certain". I believe they will deliver as promised, possibly after the bell, but on the 15th.
He's going for the gold.
Have noticed a few posts on other boards claiming to have sold a large number of shares in this. I have waited this long and can't leave until I know the outcome. GLTA

DUBAI — Price increases of construction materials, coupled with rising labour costs, have driven up the cost of projects worthmore than Dh825 billion under way in the UAE by as much as 30 to 35 per cent inthree years, construction industry sources said.
"Worldcement production increased by 4.2per cent to 2.2 billion tonnes in 2005. On the other hand, consumption wasestimated at 1.9 billion tonnes. Cement demand is growing faster than thesupply and this will cause a deficit in the near future. Cement price increasedby seven per cent in the world market," the report said.
The reportnoted that the construction boom in Dubai has brought a bigger demand for woodbased products. The value of wood imports increased from Dh 1.5 billion in 2004to Dh1.9 billion in 2005. Bid 12.5 ask 12 ?
If so, that will be good news and will support the last pr where Petar stated;
"This will clearly define the assets of Sulja Brothers for the fiscal '06 year-end and set the standard of how our efforts will be measured in the future by our shareholders, our partners in business development, and everyone else who has peered into the 'magnifying glass' that this report has seemingly generated," stated Vucicevich.
Growth in cement market gets producers to increase capacity

Faced with inadequate output, major producers have had to resort to imports.
Pretoria Portland Cement (PPC), SA’s largest cement prod-ucer, joined competitors such as Lafarge and Holcim last month in announcing plans to start importing cement until new production capacity comes on stream.
Looks like they are the world's biggest cement maker;

We don't know that it was a bad idea at this time, can only wait and see.
He better get his facts straight, it sounds like it may take him longer, Petar wasn't in a hurry to help him out.

My personal best at this, thanks, something to do while waiting for pbls.
Or possibly before?
865106108 I really like that number. Could also be the number of shorts who are going to get fried.
I believe you summed it up in that post.
LowFloatGoat,
The restricted shareholders are exposed to the risk that PBLS defaults so they have hedged that risk by shorting PBLS and will cover with their restricted shares.
If true, wouldn't they have to do this from outside the country or do some brokers allow shorting of penny stocks? It seems hard to believe they would want to do this since most restricted shareholders have a much brighter future if PBLS is successful. (dividends and guaranteed buyback price).
I agree with your take on the selling at that time. I think it allowed them to generate a ton of cash and set them on the path of acquisitions and accelerated growth. By this time and with these share prices they should be approaching the target share count PR'd on the 29th of September. If that is the way this plays out, it could end up being good for long term shareholders since those shares sold and bought back cheep may have greatly increased the company's value.
I really don't know what to think about the huge volume of shares traded in the last 8 weeks. I tend to believe the company and shareholders are victims of the gagged TA and manipulation from MM's and phantom short shares.
Midas, I always enjoy your charts and your view on this company even if I sometimes disagree.
I'm still positive and looking for a good outcome for everyone involved.
Stay tuned next week for an exciting new episode of Strongus vs. Midas, coming to an I-Hub near you..
Nice post, obviously this technology is much more complex than a simple GPS or cell phone, otherwise it wouldn't be needed.
Our own government is still way behind what should be necessary for mine safety, great potential in USA as well.
The Chinese government is trying to gain respect in the international business community, stealing the technology would only hurt an image they are trying hard to build.
