That's some pretty wierd stuff. I think I'll just go with what Jesus said in Matthew 24:42(+43,44)...
1. The Certainty of His Return
2. The Certainty of Our Not Knowing When
3. The Certainty of Our Needing to be Ready
You know the way they describe this over the counter drug it almost sounds like Zantac. I wonder how their drugs compare with the various drugs developed in America. Anyone do any research along these lines?
This link will work:

It was the October 10, 2007 8-K that told of their basic products and past revenue. Balboa Tablets or whatever they're called were projected or anticipated...all the others were past revenues.
Best regards,
Randy
Just go away or shut up!
New Product is supposed to sell $17.93 Million by June of 2008 If we project these numbers out...they should contribute even more in fiscal 2009....maybe $40-50 Million over the next year!! Not a new item, but how encouraging that they are going full bore into marketing and advertising.
Here is a post from the 8-K:
Baobaole Chewable tablets
Baobaole Chewable tablets, Chinese Drug Approval Number Z20060294, are a new product of Laiyang Jiangbo and entered the market in August 2007. Baobaole Chewable tablets are nonprescription drugs for gastric cavity aches. This drug stimulates the appetite and promotes digestion. Baobaole is used to cure deficiencies in the spleen and stomach, abdomen aches, loss of appetite, and loose bowels. Its effects are mild and lasting.
As of August 2007, Laiyang Jiangbo has completed its entire distribution network for this product and its goal is to reach sales volume of RMB 140 million (US $17.93 million) for this product for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008.
Sorry to show my ingorance...but would bottom fish be a good thing or bad. Hopeless or hopeful?
BLLB was included in your ibox. I think Bell Buckle Holdings could be a ten bagger as easy as any. The company is established (12-15 years old) and did over a Million in revenue last year with over $100K net income...2007 revenue should be should be over $2 Million (on 11/20/07 they reported that to this point they had surpassed 2006 revenues by 91%).
The only question at this point is the share structure. They were supposed to have 35.7 million O/S and 8.5 million in the float. As of two weeks ago management affirmed share structure is sound. How do we explain the millions of share volume? Don't know. That would be the only question. Below are a couple of my posts from the BLLB board:
"I think our slide is finally over and that we are just starting to move up. Maybe now we will see a short squeeze of monstrous proportion.
"In my estimation if they market makers become convinced that this company is real and they've been caught ... we could have a substantial and sustained move to higher ground.
"Let's get back to a penny...no.... a nickle....
"And then a dime....
"What the heck...why stop there....
"How about a quarter?
"OK this might take a while but the valuations make sense.
"ESPECIALLY IF OUR SHARE STUCTURE IS STILL INTACT!!!! (which I believe it is)"
Come on Audited Financials.......what is reasonable?
Over $2 Million in Revenue for 2007
Net income of $150-200K
Which would equal E.P.S. of .0055.
P/E Ratios of:
at 10 share price would be $.056
at 15 share price would be $.084
at 20 ... .. .. . $.112
at 30 ... .... . .. $.168
If I was short several million shares I would be worried!!!! Heck...why be satisfied with a 10 bagger...I think the potential is there for a 20 bagger.
News 12/21/07 Genesis Pharmaceuticals Launched Sales of Baobaole Chewable Tablets
Friday December 21, 9:50 am ET
LAIYANG, China, Dec. 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Genesis Pharmaceuticals Enterprises, Inc. (OTC BB:GTEC.OB - News) (``Genesis'' or the ``Company''), a leading pharmaceutical company in the People's Republic of China, today announced that it had launched its newest product Baobaole chewable tablets for sale throughout China.
Baobaole chewable tablets are a traditional Chinese medicine used to treat gastric and general abdomen discomfort. This drug stimulates appetites and promotes digestion with mild and lasting effects. It is a new, non-prescription over-the-counter (OTC) drug. A nationwide marketing campaign for Baobaole chewable tablets was started in August 2007 that included regularly shown television advertisements on the CCTV Economic Channel and Movie Channel. The Company's sales force will distribute the drug.
``We are optimistic about the launch of this product into the rapidly growing Chinese OTC market. This is our first large scale operation in the over-the-counter drug market as well as the non-prescription medicine market. We hope that this product introduction will strengthen Genesis' overall market presence and increase our market share of domestic drug sales,'' said Mr. Cao Wubo, Chairman and CEO of Genesis Pharmaceuticals Enterprises, Inc. ``We anticipate that sales of Baobaole chewable tablets will have a significant impact on Company FY2008 revenues.''
When I talked with CEO Brad Simmons a couple weeks ago he said that presently they did not have their products in Cracker Barrel, though they were hopeful that at some point down the road their wholesale relationship would be re-established . RK
Xbootienow, as you've probably noticed I've been a pretty strong long of late. I do have concerns...about the number of outstanding shares....but I also believe the major problems here are the result of Market Maker manipulation.
If BLLB was dependent on additional funding to survive, they (and we as investors) would be in big trouble--dilutionwise. However, they aren't. While I believe a higher stock price would be helpful to them (to make acquisitions and such), it is not essential at this point.
I'm assuming most things will settle out after the end of the year. If there is additional dilution that will come out in the year end audit. I figure that even if there's been a dilution of 25%, which I don't expect, it would still only mean we have 44 million shares outstanding. I could live with that and would expect the stock to trade up from current levels. Also, I think it's possible the size of the O/S will pretty much stay the same and the size of the float will be increased.
Cane, I have been and am a pretty long and strong voice for this stock. If you have some information, even negative, I'd love to hear about it so that I can judge it for myself.
Could you supply some links to the "others posting on other boards?" I've been doing research on DRGP for quite a number of months and haven't been able to find much public discussion or debate. Thanx

From my perspective I believe the Book of Revelation could well have been written before the fall of Jerusalem in 69-70 AD. Hence, I think some (certainly not all) of the prophesies of Book of Revelation were fulfilled at that time.
I think the verse you quote could well be refering to this destruction as a visitation of Christ...which I think pictures or foreshadows His final coming at the end of the age.
Alternatively, I think Jesus' words in Rev. 1:6 could also be refering to fact that when Christ returns it will result in the general resurrection of all men and their bodies....you know when the trumpet shall sound and the dead will rise (John 5). Job spoke in this manner..."And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God" Job 19:26.
What do you think the verse means? Randy
I'd be glad to pray for him with you. RK
Veritas....one of my stocks....DRGP has been receiving some attention the last day or two. Some guy named Jonathon Lebed has been recommending it to his readers. It's already popped some ... but I think has the potential to still move up significantly from here.
I bought my first shares at .09...but have averaged down in recent months. I think 2008 will be a steller year for DRGP. Later.
I'm not a shareholder at this point, but I have been looking at the company with some interest. I think those sort of comments in a 10Q are pretty standard for most Bulletin Board stocks.
The money that has already been put into the Los Chorros for the joint venture (initial and current payments) and the equipment being ordered I believe are all still in play.
I have to say I have had a bit of skepticism over the repeated press releases that keep telling the same thing about potential future revenue and such. With 60 million shares outstanding... and a farly low float...I think Gemini is worth some further consideration. Many of the investors who came in a .16 or .17 are probably fairly frustrated at this point, but I don't know that materially too many things have changed for the company since then. From what I have read (and I'm not pretending to have dug too deep) it has been mostly good.
The proverbial proof will be in the pudding of actual revenues and earnings down the road. At least the company isn't a pinky....we will have access to material information being release through 8-K's along the way.
Plus the 10Q that was being quoted above was as of the date of the 10Q and the company has announced some financings since then. Good luck to all.
Another Lebed email: Sounds good! DRGP is a $0.06 stock with only 84MM shares outstanding and a $5MM market cap.
DRGP generated $12.7MM in revenues during the most recent nine months and will most likely end 2007 with about $20MM in revenues.
Most of DRGP's 2007 revenues are from their ProCede hair thickening system for men (www.procede.com).
In late August, DRGP launched Riddex Plus, a device that uses patented Digital Pulse Technology, powered by a Motorola Freescale Microprocessor, to create an irritating environment for pests inside your walls, chasing them away from your house while preventing future pests from entering. 100% safe and cruelty-free (www.riddexplus.com).
DRGP generated $2MM in revenues from Riddex Plus in just the first two months of sales. In 2008, we will have a full year of Riddex Plus sales!
DRGP expects their biggest revenue generator in 2008 to be their exclusive NASCAR Members Club package (www.nasclub.com).
DRGP spent the recent months testing their NASCAR sales program and re-designing the package to deliver exactly what the NASCAR fan wants. DRGP is now ready to begin an aggressive marketing strategy.
DRGP believes they can generate $25MM in sales from their NASCAR Members Club package in 2008! At a cost of $199 per NASCAR membership, DRGP will only need to sell about 125,000 memberships next year or a little over 10,000 per month to reach this goal. This should be easy, considering there are over 75 million NASCAR fans that purchase more than $2.1 billion in annual licensed product sales.
With ProCede, Riddex Plus and NASCAR... I believe DRGP could potentially generate $50MM in total revenues next year! With $50MM in revenues, a price/sales ratio of 2 would value DRGP at $1.19 per share!
Of course, it is possible there could be more shares outstanding one year from now. But considering the company reached operating profitability last quarter, I very much doubt we will see much dilution.
Klusserdeklus....sounds like a dutch name... not so different than Klynsma. What does Klusserdeklys mean anyway?
Anyway, I'm fairly confident we will see your .30 in 2008. If I'm even a 1/3 or a 1/4 right...I think we will see substantially more than that in the next year or two. FYI my average is a little bit above yours.
Nice to hear from you Klusser.... Have you been following the company long?
I agree that the information is becoming public....however...when information material to the company or its future is released, I believe it has to be disclosed in an 8-K filing with the SEC. Randy
Bid .06 Ask .08 Up 25% so far!! Best BID/ASK we've seen in a while...
I wonder if news is coming???
ProfitScout, I'm a little surprised that information can be disclosed like that and then NOT filed with the SEC. It seems to me that the information is material to the company and its future. I sent in another email making this point.
Oh yeah, how do you read those articles posted? Do they expect $50 Million in revenue in 2008....OR are they saying more like $75 Million? I have an inquiry in about that as well.
Also, while we're talking...do you think that the current post is a misprint.....when it says, "Company Continues to Show BIG GAINS with latest hit a la Time Lime." Later in the next paragraph it says, "A la Time Life, Legends of Classic Soul is a concert series of DVD’s and CD’s with some of the biggest names in classic soul."
Which also corresponds to an earlier release or 10Q comment that they had negotiated some deal with "Time Life." Do you know where/when this was? Who would have guessed that these other products would dwarf Proceed?
Pretty Exciting!!
AMEN Guys. Thanks for the song and the verses. RK
BTW I took BLLB's light volume today (12/18) as a good indication that maybe the big seller is done. I expect someone had several millions shares that had to be or at least were being sold. My guess is that the Market Makers got wind of this and refused to pay more(risk) than they had to. And as is often the case, when it rains it pours. The initial selling brought out more selling, which brought out more selling...which resulted in tax loss selling....I trust you get the picture.
If this indiscriment selling is done, I believe we will move up over the next weeks and months. While there will likely be some trading opportunities the big money will be made by holding the stock and letting the company organically grow its top and bottom line. Good night!
Another PR from 7/31/07 "BELL BUCKLE HOLDINGS NOT A PARTY TO SPAM Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BLLB), announced today that it recently became aware that the Company was the subject of numerous spams promoting Bell Buckle Holdings as an investment vehicle. Bell Buckle Holdings and its affiliates, have a strict Anti-Spam policy. Bell Buckle Holdings (nor its management or affiliates) does not authorize or pay for services involving spam, nor has it reviewed or approved any statements made therein any such spam, nor has it ever condoned Spamming or Spoofing in any way."
I ran across this quote in a press release from June 29, 2007
"Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. is an award winning Tennessee corporation established as a family owned and operated business to produce and distribute a wide variety of all-natural food products, using the best ingredients available. Its products have won Best of Show at some of the nations most prestigious fancy food shows.[b/]"
Another Something to think about NASCAR. If in post about Legends of Soul is to be understood that it will do $50 Million in Revenue in 2008, then if you add the anticipated $25 Million in sales expected from NASCAR....we either have anticipated revenue between $50 and $75 Million in 2008. Scary good!!
I'm guessing we will be getting some PRs after the end of the New Year! GO DRGP!!
I think the last couple days of trading for DRGP have been pretty interesting (and encouraging). It looks to me like some motivated buyers have been buying and building some pretty substantial positions. If I had to guess where the buying is coming from, I would say it is from one of two places maybe both:
1. Individuals close to the company that can see the writing on the wall. There is great information available but it is not known to very many investors...only those who have been following the company already. Even take myself as an example. Over the last month I have just about doubled my position. I have recommended the to my family and friends and I'm guessing others have probably done the same.
2. We've heard that DRGP was going to sign on with a new investment relations firm. I think its possible that in that process some pretty serious due dilegence has been done. If our contention is correct that DRGP is one of the most under-valued companies in the market, when bigger money takes a closer look, they will come to the same conclusion and buy more stock. And if they're smart they will try to catch all the shares they can without buying out too many offers....it's called smart accumulation.
That this can be done at sub-nickle prices is remarkable. I doubt this aspect of the opportunity will last much longer.
We have a company whose revenues are going ballistic. There losses have been reasonably modest. Their losses have been explainable and seem to be ready to pay off big time. They have announced that in the current quarter they have two products that have been going gangbusters and have huge potential for the year to come. Depending how you read the breaking news release on the home page (http://www.dynamicresponsegroup.com/home.html), they could be projecting $50 Million total revenues for the company in 2008 OR it could be projecting that Legends of Soul could gross that all by itself.
The quote from text of the article seems to say that "Legends of Soul could do $50 Million by itself: "This is a proven winner that we think can be a $50 Million dollar continuity product by the end of 2008 in the US alone” said Melissa Rice, CEO." The headline on the top of the article could be read either way, "DYNAMIC COULD BE ON IT'S WAY TO $50 MILLION IN REVENUE WITH NEW MUSIC DVD IN 2006?"
Either way you read it 2008 is going be a banner year for DRGP. GO DRGP!!!!
Tim, Look down the list to post #50. I am on the sidelines....though if I had some free capital, I would be seriously looking at Guilin Paper. :)
Tim, Most of my financial knowledge has come by experience. Unfortunately, I've had to learn some-or maybe I should say most things the hard way. As for my "strategic" knowledge, I have seen a number of deals come together and fall apart. As I try to understand and learn, I suppose some is hypothetical, but it makes sense to me.
As for Guilin Paper it is at the point where its own merits will determine the share price. There is the "marketing" aspect of a stocks value, but it always costs something for marketing. If the company or some affiliates are paying someone to spam--or pump and dump, it generally means that shares are being added to the public float and so in inherently diluted. There are some great articles on qwoter.com about spamming and how it often is done without the company's knowledge or permission.
When a company demonstrates with its track record profitability, growth in revenues and longevity, institutional investors, hedge funds and investment bankers will generally be getting or will already be on board. It's sort of the nature of the game. Finding value and being patient for growth is hard but in the end the safest and most rewarding type of investing.
As for my investment philosophy, I pretty well adopt Bill Mathews "Cheap Investment" philosophy. (he has a website and the number 1 rated investment newsletter for like the last 5 years) Look for low priced stocks (generally under $5 a share) with these criteria: 1. Growing revenues and earnings (or at least shrinking losses) 2. A healthy or at least managable balance sheet (not going to need overly dilutive financining in next 6-12 months) 3. Trading at or near it's 52 week low.
Later.
Randy
Veritas, I think we are only able to repeat what Scripture says and not stand in judgment over it or God. You seemed to be set off a bit by the idea of election. Well, I think that is what the bible teaches. I can't say that I fully comprehend how man is at the same time be responsible and subject to God's eternal will, but this is clearly taught in the Word (in quite few different places).
I think the linch pin isn't found in understanding the doctrine of predestination (Ephesians 1, Romans 9), but rather recognizing the true nature and power of sin. How has sin affected man? Is He spiritually dead or just spiritually diminished? What was the curse of eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil?
If we are spiritually dead, a life preserver isn't going to help. What we need is life (new life) a rebirth. It is this that we receive from Christ.
I'm sure this whole concept will need to rattle around your head for a while. The law and righteousness of God has only one verdict for all men. GUILTY. Condemned. But thanks be to God a righteousness apart from the law (and works) has been revealed, even the righteousness of faith (Rm 3:21). As a result of sin...all deserve to go to hell. You me everyone. Election then is not choosing some to go to hell. That choice was already made....both by our original (Rm. 5:19) and actual sins. The Amazing part of Grace is that God has chosen to save any.
You see Jesus is what his Name means...SAVIOR. Not our assistant. Because he saves us from our sins.
As for the faulty view of Lord Supper. What you quoted sounded Roman Catholic--possibly Lutheran. I would say Jesus is spiritually present in Lord's Supper. Not physically in any way.
Church Membership: Like the thief on the cross....Jesus said, "Today, you will be with me in Paradise." Church membership is normal...not necessary for salvation. Learning to live in submission to our brethren can be hard...but is our duty. If we are part of the body of Christ, we need to contribute our part to the whole.
Well, I'm tired. Good night.
WSM how do the offers line up after the .005? Thanks.
eelfland, if you read through the companies PR's you will see that They acquired a manufacturing facility in Farmington.
They purchased the brand name Bainbridge Foods, which used to be (and hopefully will once again) be sold in Cracker Barrel Restaurant gift shops.
They have 239 products distributed and sold in all fifty states.
In the estimation of most on this list the question of whether Bell Buckle Holdings is a real company with real products, doing real business is not up for debate. What has confused most is the trading of the stock: volume and share price.
Posted financials for 2006 showed revenues over $1 million with net of over $100K. Public releases tell us 2007 sales will be around $2 Million--and hopefully profitable.
We have been told that audited financials will be released after the new year and hopefully, the company will be moving up to the Nasdaq Bulletin Board. Once fully disclosed information is available...the companies real value will be reflected in the price of the stock.
Questions to be answered:
1. Number of shares Outstanding and in public float?
2. Final Revenue numbers and profitability?
3. Move to Nasdaq Bulletin Board will happen when?
4. Upgraded/redesigned website initiative?
5. Milestones of future growth?
6. Investor Fact Sheet
7. Investor Relations Firm
8. ??
9. ??
For the record the trade mentioned my last post was after market closed and consisted of 678,400 and was closer to the ask than the bid....@ .0047. Later.
Maybe the selling is done. I don't know if anyone else saw the trade but 674,000 (or was it 624K) shares traded just after the market closed on Friday. Maybe I'm grasping at straws? I guess we will see how things go next week.
LOL I realize now I was wrong last week when I said the same thing, but I doubt next week could get any worse. IN other words it almost has to get better, right?
Also, I emailed Brad Simmons and his father Rodney last week and suggested that they put out an investor fact sheet. I think it would be worth a PR to report to the market and the shareholders, how many shares are outstanding and in the public float, whether there are still 35.7 million shares outstanding or more. Even if some of the non-float shares have entered the public market and are now a part of the float, I think most have found homes with new investors. If the selling stops the stock will move up.
Full disclosure will let people know what they're getting into (or out of). I am anxiously waiting for the audited fincancials and the move to Nasdaq Bulletin Board in 2008. I have every expectation both of these will yield good news and a good effect on the stock price. Good night.
Smarttrader, I think your paragraph is well taken. Much of what is passed off as Christianity is something less. Unfortunately when part of the truth is called the whole truth it becomes an untruth.
Just this evening at our table devotions (we were reading the chapter of Proverbs that corresponds to today), and I talked about this same truth to my children. After reading 15:8, "The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD, But the prayer of the upright is His delight." I reminded them God is not waiting and hoping that someone will believe and trust in Him. He has saved and will effectually call all of his own. AS Jesus said the high priestly prayer, of all that you've given me, I have lost none.
How this works out in time gets a bit tricky, for sure Romans 10:13-17 applies. He has sent forth preachers to preach and has chosen this to be the means by which souls are saved. Kind of scary (for preachers) and haunting (forbelievers) to realize that God so works all things in there lives that they would be called and brought to faith through the word.
Unfortunately, I still have to type my bulletin. Good night.
rich2rich....hey check it out...they changed the quote link on the home page. When you click on the quote it now brings you to OTCBulletin.com. It could actually bring up the DRGP quotation...but all in good time. Best regards.
Randy
DRGP Dynamic Response Group. This morning I posted the follwoing is on Silicon Investor Basement
I'm new to this board but not to IHUB. I read through the Original Post and I think this stock fits the criteria for this board. It is a bulletin board stock with around 81 million shares outstanding, of which around 30 million is in the float.
Pros
1. DRGP was reverse merged into a public shell last year and changed its name from Youth Enhancement ?? in March-April 2007.
2. The company's business plan is practical and working. So far in 2007 year over year revenues have been around 80-90% with their 4Q which is historically their strongest, they will likely end the year with revenue increases of over 100%.
3. Management expects they will double their revenues to over $50 million next year.
4. I expect they will be profitable from this point (4Q) forward.
5. There's a pretty decent report/evaluation of the company on Dutton Associates (see http://www.jmdutton.com/research/DRGP/index.html
6. They have numerous products being marketed and many more in the pipeline.
7. They were looking for additinal financing, but have turned down offers as they were too dilutive to suit management. So I don't think future dilution will be a factor. Management has stated they believe they will be able to fund future growth with present cash flow.
8. Stock is trading pretty near to it's 52 week low. I wasn't sure whether to list this under pro or con. :)
9. I've heard that they company is signing on with a traditional IR company and that there will be some stock promotion in early 2008--take that for what its worth.
Cons
1. I have been disappointed lately that they have not been putting out press releases as they should. (see con #5)
2. For instance their 3Q was not reported with a press release, instead their 10Q just showed up on the SEC.
3. More recently instead of releasing new news, they just posted two articles on their home page http://www.dynamicresponsegroup.com WHY?? Huge news and guidance for 2008 and they don't broadcast it with a PR.
4. Allegedly, the reason for the low stock price is some members of board or management gave "millions" of shares to promoters to hype the stock. As a result even though share prices has been up to .30 six months ago, it has come down to current levels. Why anyone would sell shares at current levels is beyond me?
5. Current CEO is somewhat new to ceo'ing...though she has been a securities attorney for many years. She commented [to me] a while back that, "It seems like whenever we put out news the stock price falls...maybe we shouldn't put out new press releases."

Tim...I just reread your post...and noticed your question about the research report. I think the report sounds pretty good. From what I understand it accurately reflects what we know about Guilin Paper.
