Are you even a MMJ patient? I am and that was my original interest here. Funny that the biggest dispensary in my area doesn't use MWIP and strange that the management has never heard of them. In fact I called every dispensary in my state and low and behold no one has heard of MWIP. Also I called MWIP to see if they had an app for my records or ANY info for patients like me and all I got was Friedman on the phone speaking over me, and aimlessly repeating himself for a grueling 5 minutes. THERE ARE NO PRODUCTS FOR PATIENT RECORDS!!!! Show me the system and I'll believe it but for now this is a development stage company pushing phony PR!!!

Call FINRA ask for corporate actions, ask them about the MWIP spin off. They will tell you yes it was approved but in no way do they stand behind MWIP taking this action. The guy said that MWIP submitted the paperwork and FINRA processed it but he made it clear to me that FINRA doesn't regulate these actions, they just carry them out. Call for yourselves this forum is like a frat house.

Call FINRA and speak with the guy at corporate actions. I was shocked at how he acknowledged that FINRA approving an application does not mean the company is on the up and up.

I offer my dissent where I deem appropriate. "MWIP has numerous RED FLAGS" according to a FINRAs head of corporate actions when I called about the 800 spin off. Hopefully once more people realize this and sell the price will APPROPRIATELY be .009 only then will I buy back in.

Clearly there is a public interest concern with MWIP.
