SSDD. (Same Stuff Different Day). Amazing......
Thanks for the chart Dubb10. I am having a difficult time thinking that "this stock," and "this management" - which basically treats it's 'shareholders' the way the FDA treats 'them,' will deliver much of anything except tz's, as they continue to dilute tens of millions of shares daily. I'm very close to totally agreeing with ddls. We are about a week away, if not sooner, from the tz zone. If there is anything left that AW and Gro-International can do- it better be REAL SOON, because these jokers are just about out of time and money! IMO.
Let me be clear on who I think should be furloughed at the FDA - if that's what the federal government is threatening to do. First of all a furlough is a "temporary" layoff and I think they should furlough from the TOP down, starting with the dipsquats who have plagued the FDA with bogus decisions as well as blatant indecision and action. . . . But sadly, crap rolls down hill and those responsible for the incompetence think they are untouchable. And yes it is incompetence that has been CLEARLY displayed for years now - for those of you that keep making excuses for the FDA......NO ONE but NO ONE would EVER get away with this in the REAL business world that we are forced to deal with on a daily basis - withthout being let go, or at the very least - furloughed !!!!!
Shhhh! The FDA police frequent this board (so they can revel over yet another small business they have helped destroy due to total incompetence).
They may as well be furloughed.
Was most likely reported by someone; not me. You can also complain about their posts - see bottom where it says "Report a TOS Violation" in red.
No financial interest and so much time on hands to write lengthly posts trying to get people to sell. Well everytime I've sold, they somehow managed to move pps up right afterwards. They have made me hold and keep adding; sometimes I feel strung along though at times...because I hate chasing pps - if and when it does decide to move.
madp, wihout saying what it is, how about timing: is something big going to happen in say April of this year? And would you recommend a BUY at this point for BIEL?
Thanks
Well....considering the hype of Gro-International, let's look at what they "claim" they do best:
The Gro-International management team has a substantial history building successful brands, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies . Forbes and Screawn should be able to light this candle based on their marketing experience, though they've only been with GI since June 2012, when I think they formed this company. (It's almost as if they formed this company to take on the BIEL account from ground floor). It's not that I don't trust these guys.....inhale deeply - exhale....notice I'm not holding my breathe. But let's do see what marketing stratedgy they will hopefully unveil soon....which may be one of those suggestions on your list; maybe that's what the birdy said????
I think the little birdie is AW and probably went something like this:
mp: ring ring
AW: hel-lo!
mp: hey you f... retard when u gonna stop fkg pps
AW: what? Oh! As soon as I stop diluting the crap out of it!
mp: f...WTF? When pps going up?
AW: As soon as we complete our list of 500,000,000 distributors; i want one distributor for every 6 shares of the AS; oh and a gajillion worldwide patents to prptect BIEL from the competition.
mp: you f...retard; what competition? You haven't sold squat in 3 f'g years!
AW: now u just hold on there- ive got me a plan!
mp: whats that? trip zeros and reverse?
AW: No! Its Gro International ! But I cant say what. But get ready- tellem a little birdie told u
mp: ok bye a$$###
I think madp is referring to the Koch brothers. (They may be planning to corner the Actipatch market). lol

Thanks TJ (and Kid).
Does BIEL have a new TA?
I just called the TA (Holladay Stock Transfer) listed in ibox and the lady with a smokey voice just said that Bioelectronic Corporation is no longer with them. She said they went with "mumble" and I said who? She said, Monach (sounded like Monarch) and I said Monarch? "Yes,Monach;" and I said can you spell that? And I thought she said: M-O-N-I-T-C-H? Who the heck knows......
Over 2 mil now; not that much at 11:14 am, but right now there's almost 11million on the bid! I find this incredible. That many shares on the bid usually would bring pps up to higher levels not lower levels like this....only happens when dilution occurs and a good-timing buyer has freaking esp and seems to know sale price and that talking heads at BIEL are willing to oblige, aside from any others willing to sell huge chunks at the bid or ask that is...
Thanks for your opinion Kidnova; much appreciated. It is hard for us to distinguish and prove whether or not this was "someone" or a group of small buyers to one seller, but you put up a good post as to why this recent dilution was nothing different, as so far AW has given us No real reason anything has changed other than this Gro-International company. I mean how do we know what they will accomplish and is this just another Greenwood and will this only result in more "fluff" PRs? If we go by your recent analogy and AWs track record, then we are all screwed, including the people that just bought in at an average of .0017 per share.
"A few hunded dollars gets a mil." Are you on the right board? I've been collecting BIEL since .08 and even though it's way down, I still can't buy a mil. for a few hundred. Maybe if you multiply that by FIVE times you May be able to buy a mil. of BIEL at $1500, otherwise you just easily dismissed a five bagger. Funny how supposed longs just devalue their investment so easily.....interesting.
Again, why would anyone purchase that many diluted shares from BIEL without a plan to PROFIT from that purchase in the interim?? (It's either Gro-International - a very wealthy investor with plans, or MMs who may know something). IMO
CAUTION: Just talking myself into something.....so do not take this post seriously. Until someone can explain to me why someone would buy up 140M plus shares at an estimate of $238,000.00, then....????
What choice or choices do people have left here. If they sell, they end their waiting and take a huge loss from the last few years. I started gathering shares of BIEL when the price was over .08 a share. So my million or so shares - though over time got cheaper - were not all puchased at .002 or less. Far from it. I have tried to sell portions and buy back cheaper along the way. The main reason(s) I stuck around is because of the type of PEMF technology and products BIEL has. If you mean that I have talked myself into more wishful thinking - that a CEO - that has done little to market the products over the past few years has suddenly decided to do something about it, then I guess you are right, I have talked myself into it. Otherwise, I sell and take a loss. But at least I can say, the wishful thinking I have for BIEL and Andy (from time to time) will not last much longer.....My main reason for "talking myself into this" and sticking around is that I do not believe someone would purchase that many diluted shares from BIEL without a plan to profit from it in the interim.
The reason for dilution now - because BIEL has mentioned NOTHING about sales means to me that sales are still "not worth" mentioning, else we would have heard about it in a PR about a store taking on any of the products or product line by now -so sales are still down. IMO. GI is AWs last hope "before" trip zeros and a reverse, which he (though some do not believe it) has prolonged a reversal as long as possible. I can say this because I saw countless pinkies shoot all their ammo (A/S) after increasing it, and are no longer around today. What I am hoping to hear about in the coming weeks if not days is a substantial deal (or even deals) of promise that may or may not pay off (because retailors still have to sell product), but will grab everybody's attention. That would at least be one possible theory to justify the recent sale of all those shares.
Who, oh who, could have bought them and where, oh where, could 140,000,000 plus shares have gone? It's worth taking another look at the recent Gro-International PR since "fact" so many shares were bought within a very close range of .0016 to .0018: "Paul Screawn commented, "We have done extensive market research, competitive evaluations, and product analysis on BioElectronics' pain products. We are eager to move these products to the next stage and fully develop this unique market opportunity. The new devices, pricing, safety, and the market demand for an exceptional painkiller, provides a profound market opportunity."Andrew Whelan, CEO of BioElectronics stated, "This Agreement with Gro-International provides market coverage for in excess of 400,000 professional pharmacies which covers fifty percent (50%) of the medical device market. Most importantly, the principals of Gro-International have lived and worked in these markets and know the distributors and the cultures." ....This will be BIELs final chance for redemption....all IMO.
SIMPSONLY IS RIGHT!!! GET READY FOR SOMETHING BIG !!! My explanation is as follows: Until we find out what happened and "who" has been buying up all of these shares (which we can safely say that it's NOT the typical shareholder FOR SURE - since the most heavy holders here do not have more than (15) million shares; and there has been more recent negativity expressed by many longs including myself - since the start of this current dilution. Even some mods do not even bother to own shares right now. So what else could be happening? It could be a NEW player is positioning themselves to soon make a play VERY soon on news known only behind the scenes; but it will NOT be based or NOT be proven to be insider trading, but possibly a few phone calls made to RETAILERS by Gro-International during their "INVESTIGATION" of BIEL as was mentioned in the PR. All they had to ask retailers they already do business with is if they could make room for any BIEL products (internationally of course). I think Simpsonly could be really onto something as we will all find out once the dilution stops for the upcoming powerplay and for future bills - all this is having to do with GI. IMO. Pure speculation until someone can tell us who has just bought 140,000,000 shares plus.
I know someone asked this before, but is there a way to find out who may have just purchased these shares? Obviously, smaller time buyers like myself picking up an extra 100k or two here and there were included in some of the smaller purchases. I think it could be a much bigger investor because when all this dilution started, I tried to buy a bunch of shares at .0017 and then at .0018 but ended up having to buy them at .0019. And yes, if Andy would just explain what is really going on, I may just buy some more when my tax returns are done. Thinking positively again, could be the wine talking, (last time beer), hey it's Friday!!! But I am hoping for a PR that will explain what just happened this week! Wooo hoo!!!! The secret to holding BIEL stock is to party hearty on Fri-Day! LoL
I have a question to the board. Before I ask it, I just wanted to say that I believe that what is happening here is dilution. Here goes, I just saw on ST a price of .0016 - and on the bid was almost another 12M shares at .0015. Granted, BIEL is unloading shares for cash (for bills and marketing - or so we hope), but then I asked myself : Who the hell is buying this stock????? Seems like someone knows better than the shareholders posting here on what to do?? I was going to sell but then stopped, because after these dilutions usually there is an increase (not necessarily a big pop but an increase a bit afterward but then of course continues back on its downward spiral. Anyway, who could be buying this up - whether its for debt conversion or for bills or parties or trips or not???
You guys all make some great points and our frustrations may be directed at various sources - some directly blaming the CEO, since he represents and is the top figurehead at BIEL. My frustration (as well as others here) is "based" on what the company has been doing while all this time waiting for FDA to come up with a workable solution for BIEL, which I think they should based on all the other crap, killer medications they have let through in just the past five years. There really is no excuse for BIELs sales picture post Dr. Oz in other countries. BIEL is right on track to be another casualty of this messed up system of a useless, impracticle, government agency....political control, and business negligence.
At this point - I wouldn't doubt it for a freaking moment. Aren't they overdue for another trip?
Isnt this a repeat post? I keep having to look over the posts to see if I read them already because YOUR POSTS keep repeating themselves.
If this is true about them converting debt from recent dilution and management does not use any of that recent money for marketing/advertising with Gro-International, I think that will be the last and final straw for me Kid. These next two months are crucial to me - and BIEL will be through using (at least) me for their lack luster, no sales results plans (and unless they show some life in their sales - I'll be out).
Not really sure how 'legal' all that debt conversion stuff is:
http://www.securitieslawyer101.com/crackdown-on-convertible-debt-being-used-to-issue-free-trading-shares/
To all future BIEL millionaires and to the guy who just bought (75) million shares (billionaire):
The Stinksheets, I mean Pinksheets - will PREVAIL. LOL.....now tears.....lol again
BIELs time is seriously running out and AW (with this last $125k dilution estimate or so in the last (3) days - since others were trading as well), better get noticeable results from sales else he and the company and shareholders (those left holding the bag) will be through....IMO.
Two more months.....there should be new investors by then based on new sales. If sales are not substantially increased (as well as pps from new investors) as a result of this latest dilution - by April 5th, or whenever next report is, then I will probably do like Imrich did.
WOW! 40 Million shares traded so far today! A close record? Last price still managing to come back up to .0018. Somebody is buying this up....even if not at ask. Buyers market (caused by dilution) will hopefully end soon. AW has something up his sleeve.....hopefully for good.
Imrich for the most part has moved on, but last I knew some of NASDAQs minimum requirements were at least 1.25M shares traded, 3MMs, and a minimum pps of $4 with some exceptions. BIEL is in no way ready right now to move to NASDAQ but the next move up is to the OTCBB, which BIEL was moving toward a few years ago, but then suddenly stopped because of problems preventing them from being ready. Since things could be finally turning around, BIEL could be on the OTCBB by the end of this year.....
Currently @.0018 according to ST realtime (20 minute delay with IHUB regular account). Let me guess.....they are selling into the PR to get money for marketing and to pay bills?
Is Joe Noel nearby? History does repeat itself! LOL
Great News Out!
