I have a question to the board. Before I ask it, I just wanted to say that I believe that what is happening here is dilution. Here goes, I just saw on ST a price of .0016 - and on the bid was almost another 12M shares at .0015. Granted, BIEL is unloading shares for cash (for bills and marketing - or so we hope), but then I asked myself : Who the hell is buying this stock????? Seems like someone knows better than the shareholders posting here on what to do?? I was going to sell but then stopped, because after these dilutions usually there is an increase (not necessarily a big pop but an increase a bit afterward but then of course continues back on its downward spiral. Anyway, who could be buying this up - whether its for debt conversion or for bills or parties or trips or not???
