Def strange action on L2 .11 just broke and 931k bid just pops up out of no where
Guess i should have stayed quiet. Oh well, in it for the long haul 2M shares, will consider adding more if it dips before FCBD.
Gian Line is real and has advertisements from well known companies
Not a single sell in last half hour
Over 2M on the bid, NITE with 1.6M at .009
Huge bid support and ask slaps hitting
Giant size line is real and includes ads
Just got back from small local comic shop and they have received the Giant size line for FCBD. They were wrapped just like the twitter picture but I was fotunate enough to flip through an issue and guess what.....
There are ads and from companies that everyone knows. It would appear everything is happening as stated by Benny and the team. The store is going to hold a pack for me for FCBD. I will post pictures and a synopsis first thing May 3rd.
Also, Red Giant is included in the FCBD promotion in the free weekly comic book news paper that is distributed to everyone that purchases a comic.
I think big things are in short for Red Giant this summer.
652k sell @ .11 well below the bid, short covering?
Already listed as a pink w/ yield sign on otc
IMO not whether the company is a scam or not, just whether then can execute on their plan. They have a good idea, whether it pans out or not before they go bankrupt remains to be seen.
All about whether the free comics generate revenue. We should have a much better idea come May 3rd FCBD
Big names were released in a PR if i an not mistaken including names like Capcom who were first in line as advertisers. Beamin may be referring to something else but they did issue a PR about it.
I was thinking the same thing, but i'm thinking the quieter the board is the better for the confirmation of the uptrend. The more activity and rise on the ihub board marks usually relates to bashers/shorts/flippers ect.
Bach when this made its first rise, even before anyone knew who wolf was, this was the best board on ihub that provide real conversation/debate and concrete DD.
Once we started reaching the Apex, we began being flooding with new posters who seemed to have an agenda. I am hoping that everyone has had their fun and we can resume business as normal.
Unfortunately i think this will reoccur after any decent rise for the foreseeable future until enough shares are locked up or we see more news (Q1 10Q) that validates the previous valuations.
I am by no means an expert but one thing i don't understand
"charts don't lie"
I keep hearing this, but i do not understand as the premise is that a basic understanding of charting will make one rich in the OTC market. Somehow i don't think that is the case.
The way i see it, is that charts are one aspect of DD along with company fundamentals, overall market conditions, economic factors. politics, industry performance and most importantly estimate future cash flows.
For some reason people put too much faith in charts and it is a self fulfilling prophecy. People see something on a chart and sell causing the downward trend that they thought was going to happen.
I do my best to take all relevant info into account when making trades and long term investments and do not place too much reliance on any one aspect, it is always the overall picture.
And IMO SPLI's looks like a Picaso
Huge EOD bid support and nothing but buys hitting
That is pretty spot on Tammy. You are right, if i had a strong feeling it was going to .05 or .065 i would simply put a limit order it and wait for it to hit.
However, for some reason all of these posters feel the need to state that it is going to drop so they can cause the drop/panic selling then claim they told you so after the fact.
Per the 8k filed today i believe it said 368M
What will share structure be post merger?
AMJ you read it wrong, Detective is saying that he predicts .05-.07 cent increase for those events leading us to .25/share by May 16th after Q1 financials are released
I called yesterday am was informed they will only give info to company officers

just called, they will only give O/S to company officers
Been a rough couple weeks or month across the board
Mc$G .92 to .49 -47%
TR$C 1.42 to .54 -61%
VA$E 35.9 to 9 -75%
FS$M 7.61 to 3 -61%
This is def not isolated to SPLI
Only thing that would go against that it the massive sell off sector wide
MM's are hiding bids, i've had a large bin in low 6's for past half hour and it has not shown up on l2
I am a comic reader and frequent comic websites and well as the local comic shop.
Bleeding Cool is one of the biggest comic news sites that there is, I would put them right behind CBR (Comicbookresource) as one of the premier places for the industry/community.
Having the free comic day preview on bleedingcool.com will put their comic in front of a lot of eyeballs. Lets hope the press continues through Free Comic Book day.
To be honest i hope it goes to .05 as i will load up heavy, got an order in for 500k
PR just released. Hopefully it clears the confusion for the uneducated. I do like that Dror is willing to step up and provide clarity in times of confusion, it shows that he is in tune with shareholders and is aware of what his company is and the current games being played with the share proce.
AvWorks Aviation Corp., SPLI, Files 2013 Annual Report
DAVIE, FL, Apr 15, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- AvWorks Aviation Corp. (OTCQB: SPLI) (the "Company") announced today that per SEC requirements, it had filed on form 10-K its annual report and audited financial statements for results in 2013 before merging with Vapor Group, Inc., ("Vapor Group").
A Copy of the complete filing can be found at:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1315718/000147793214001720/0001477932-14-001720-index.htm
Dror Svorai, President, stated, "As a formality we are required to file an annual report for the publicly-held aviation company as it was before we took it over. It's a look back at where the old public company was, and definitely not reflective of where the new company (Vapor Group) is going, or, in fact, is now."
He added, "My point is that on April 7, 2014 on Form 8-K/A, we filed with the SEC audited financial statements for Vapor Group, Inc. solely (not the aviation company), and we were proud to say that in our first full year of operation (2013), Vapor Group had gross revenues of $1,991,023 (audited), and a gross profit of $1,124,273, achieved primarily in an eight month period from May to December. Highly significant is that Vapor Group showed a net profit in 2013. That said, we project that our first quarter 2014 revenues and overall operating results will be well ahead of those for last year, and that 2014 is poised to be a very strong year for us overall."

Thanks detective and I agree overall just not sure on the timing of a turnaround at this point.
Though i will say management has done a great job thus far of doing their best to be transparent and provide additional information when there has been confusion in the past.
IMO if you have held thus far and are down there is no reason to sell until the name change, Q1 financials and 2014 guidance. This will truly be the make/break moment for this stock.
At this point, over the past couple weeks the stock's pps is down to .085 from .45 with no negative news from the company. In fact there have been positives
-new products
-trade show
-upcoming presence at can cup
-conformation of audited financials as management promised
all of this and price has gone down. I saw someone mention that it is ironic that we know more now than ever with all of previous DD being confirmed and not speculation and the price is lower. Just tells me that this is more about charts/fear then company valuation.
8-k filing on 4/7/14 for Vapor Group's Audited 2013 financials
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SPLI/filings
10k filed today was for shell company Avworks Aviation, this will be the last filing for Avworks and IMO this was the last piece that was needed before the name change could be finalized.
detective what makes you think this when all resistance was broke today. I even had to sell some in the hopes to buy back in cheaper and this is with free shares.
I think in the long run we will be fine as the company has followed through and delivered on all their promises. It might take until end of summer to get back to .40's but i am confident we will get there. All depends on Q1 earnings and 2014 guidance.
The only thing i am not sure of is where we bottom out. Hopefully, i will have funds available when that does happen. I will be watching and waiting in the event it dips to .05 and will load heavy for the drive back to .20
2013 Revs $2M Gross Profit $1.1M in first 8 months of operations. They seem to be selling something.
And with most things its all about distribution so the more channels they have for traditionally ecigs and e-liquid the more channels they will have to sell their other vap products
I will be the first to admit when i am wrong. My apologies Wilma, though they were from the conversion of a note.
Wilma he purchased 5M in January. Nice try
Only insider transactions in 2014 have been by Ron Carter
Purchased 5M shares at avg price of .00175 and sold 535k at .017
Not a bad trade, but means his is still holding 4.5M shares from purchased in January. If this what all a charade one would think he would of dumped all of his shares for a nice $80k gain. Instead like a smart trader he sold 535k to recoup his initial investment and ride free shares.
Maybe he believes they will be worth much more than 10x his initial investment.
Huge bid/ask spread .1156/.123
Level 2 is all over the place today and showing 8 shares trades, really wtf. Don't claim to be an expert but def some weird action this morning
Heavy bid support in the 10's/11's over 1.2M. My guess we see a lot of covering fill the gap then move upwards the rest of the day
Over 1M on the bid at .10 they want to close that gap
Regardless of news the chart looks great
Convergence of 50,10,20SMA and RSI at 58
Huge support at this point at .01
