"charts don't lie"
I keep hearing this, but i do not understand as the premise is that a basic understanding of charting will make one rich in the OTC market. Somehow i don't think that is the case.
The way i see it, is that charts are one aspect of DD along with company fundamentals, overall market conditions, economic factors. politics, industry performance and most importantly estimate future cash flows.
For some reason people put too much faith in charts and it is a self fulfilling prophecy. People see something on a chart and sell causing the downward trend that they thought was going to happen.
I do my best to take all relevant info into account when making trades and long term investments and do not place too much reliance on any one aspect, it is always the overall picture.
And IMO SPLI's looks like a Picaso
