Only insider transactions in 2014 have been by Ron Carter

Purchased 5M shares at avg price of .00175 and sold 535k at .017

Not a bad trade, but means his is still holding 4.5M shares from purchased in January. If this what all a charade one would think he would of dumped all of his shares for a nice $80k gain. Instead like a smart trader he sold 535k to recoup his initial investment and ride free shares.

Maybe he believes they will be worth much more than 10x his initial investment.
