MM selling blocks below the bid testing waters below .08, prob fishing for stop losses
I think this makes Vapor Group an ideal acquisition target by big tobacco, an already profitable FDA approved ecig maker $$$
Looking at Gap Down this AM, be ready to load .083 bid x .087 ask
I don't believe this has been released yet but IMO it is a substantial portion based on the $1.9M in 2013 revenue and their product mix.
I think this is good news and why they put out that PR a month ago, they knew where the industry was headed and wanted a leg up on the cheap competitors.
Additionally, all the items stated in the article SPLI are already doing
"Perhaps the biggest proposed change would require producers of cigars and e-cigarettes to register with the F.D.A., provide the agency with a detailed accounting of their products’ ingredients and disclose their manufacturing processes and scientific data. Producers would also be subject to F.D.A. inspections.
“You won’t be able to mix nicotine in your bathtub and sell it anymore,” said David B. Abrams, executive director of the Schroeder National Institute for Tobacco Research and Policy Studies at the Legacy Foundation, an antismoking research group."
You article says the opposite of what your saying
"But the new blueprint was also notable for what it did not contain: any proposal to ban flavors in e-cigarettes and cigars, like bubble gum and grape, that public health experts say lure children to use the products, or any move to restrict the marketing of e-cigarettes, as is done for traditional cigarettes, which are banned from television, for example."
All articles i've seen are all the same saying they are not limiting advertising or sale of flavors

By Thomas M. Burton and Mike Esterl
The Food and Drug Administration plans Thursday to impose the first federal regulations on electronic cigarettes, eventually banning sales of the popular devices to anyone under 18 and requiring makers to gain FDA approval for their products.

The rules fall short of those governing traditional cigarettes. They won’t, for example, ban ads or Internet sales of the products, or the use of flavors in them, which some critics say attracts young users.
But in a victory for consumer groups, makers will be required to disclose the chemicals used in the devices and be banned from distributing free samples. New health warnings will note that the nicotine they contain can be addictive.
The battery-powered devices that turn nicotine-laced water into vapor are a fast-growing alternative to smoking, with sales expected to approach $2 billion this year, compared with the overall U.S. tobacco market of about $100 billion.

HBO's Amazon deal: How bad for Netflix?
HBO will soon bring a back catalog of old shows to Amazon Prime. But one company who’s not pleased is Netflix. Bob O’Donnell, founder of TECHnalysis, puts the deal into context . Photo: Getty Images.
The gadgets have drawn huge investor interest while sparking debate over whether they attract new users or mostly divert cigarette buyers, and whether they lure children into nicotine addiction.
E-cigarettes are taxed less than regular cigarettes and typically cost less.
Under its new rules, the FDA will require manufacturers to provide scientific evidence to substantiate any claims they make that e-cigarettes are safer than standard ones.
I don't see it being bad news as by all accounts they have been preparing for this. Their bottles are child resistant, have warning labels and list all ingredients. Per the articles circulating they are not going to restrict sales, or limit the use of flavors they want to crack down on the foreign made chemicals used in making ejuice.
To me this is positive as it limits the potential for cheap competition and makes everyone play on the same level field. While others will need to go back and make the changes Vapor Group is already operating as if there are FDA regs in place
Vapor Group, Inc., SPLI, Releases Statement on the High Quality Standards of Its E-Liquids
DAVIE, FL, Mar 27, 2014 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Vapor Group, Inc., formerly AvWorks Aviation Corp. (OTCQB: SPLI), (the "Company", "AvWorks", or "Vapor Group"), released a statement today about the unique, high quality standards behind its highly successful line of "Made in the U.S.A." e-liquids.
Yaniv Nahon, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, stated, "We believe that our e-liquids are unmatched by any competitor in terms of purity, high quality, and the steps that we take to protect our customers. All of our e-liquids are formulated and mixed exclusively for us here in the U.S. by an FDA registered laboratory by degreed professionals, in accordance with cGMP guidelines (21 CFR part 111). All our ingredients are quarantined before use, and must pass a test for purity by an independent, third party laboratory before being added to any formulation. The key ingredients that we use in our e-liquids are all United States Pharmacopeia ("USP") grade and kosher. When our products contain nicotine, it is only "levorotatory" nicotine which is extracted using natural processes from high quality black leaf tobacco."
He added, "All batches of e-liquids have a distinct lot number for quality control tracking of ingredients back to their "Certificate of Analysis." Our lab carefully tests each batch of e-liquid with a high pressure liquid chromatograph to verify that we have the correct levels of ingredients, especially nicotine. We don't believe any of our competitors go to the extreme of quality testing that we do."
"Important, each of our e-liquid's packaging bears the following consumer warnings in addition to others: 'NOT A FOOD PRODUCT. DO NOT EAT. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Refrain from using this product if you are under the legal smoking age in your state. This product is not an aid for smoking cessation.'
"We care immensely about the safety of our children and the safe use of our product. We are committed to clear, definitive safety labeling to ensure that our products are used by adults responsibly. We believe setting and maintaining such high standards for ourselves is the right thing to do, and the smart thing to do for the interests of our shareholders."
Dror Svorai, President and CEO, added, "We are confident that whenever governmental regulation comes to our industry, that we will not only be in compliance with the required standards to be met, but will exceed them in every way. We believe that we are way ahead of our industry when it comes to meeting high standards of product quality. And we are committed to keeping it that way."
Never seen a stock so consistent with a multi million t-trade everyday, its like clockwork.
I guess just like the spike to .004 then the slow pullback to .003, oh well FCBD will be here soon
Just started looking into MONA and as far as why they would purchase a shell involved in P&D
1) If you avoided tickers that were involved in P&D's that would eliminate a lot of OTC shells
2) As you point out, if the price is right the shell's history doesn't matter. Their business results will speak for themselves when all news is released
Only issue i see is how far it might retrace depending on how long news takes to release and with reverse mergers things can take time.
Agree, but one must be patient as you can get in the habit of always chasing the next big thing. This is why you must know why you are investing, is it a quick flip or a long term hold due to upcoming catalysts.
Investors need to decide what there goal is and then stick with it. If you are a trader, follow the charts and patterns and you can profit quick here.
If you are long perform your DD and set the timeline for events that you know will be catalysts. Wait for those events to come and reassess where you stand. Do no be concerned with the day to day changes if nothing has changed with the business and why you invested.
Penny stocks are not for the weak at heart and there is a reason they say the rich get richer, its because they do not get scared and waiver, they remain confident in their investments
At this point i can't say i'd be surprised at another drop like last week but i will be ready to reload again if it reaches the .05's
Support is at .08 it has not been broken
I put in buy order earlier today above the ask and took 5 min to fill
All, be patient not everything happens in a day, week, month
Remember why you invested in the first place and ask yourself if anything has changed. If it has not, why has your confidence? Is it all because of charts and TA? If so that should not be your primary concern if that is not the reason you invested in the first place.
Understand what the upcoming catalysts are and realize that these will be the drivers. Not day traders running the price up. We have name change and Q1 financials within a few weeks.
Stay patient and wait for confirmation of all the DD that has been performed to date
Quote directly from 8k
"REVO will also receive an up-front sign-up fee or pre-commercialization fee of $900,000 in
consideration."
Krysti, my point wasn't to argue semantics it was merely to say that Revo has confirmed the licensing deal including the 900k payment via 8k.
It would be easy to dismiss everything if it were all in a PR but they put there but on the line signing off on an 8k which is not forward looking or protected by safe harbor.
How did Solomon sound?
I agree, we are being held down as there has been times where buying pressure increased only to see a new large ask to show up undercutting the momo.
They are trying to leach out as many shares as possible and with activity over the past week, there are not may stop losses or sellers to shake loose.
Nothing wrong with a boring day once in a while, as i stated earlier this will make it less appealing for flippers, shorts, day traders and they will move on. Leaving us coiled up waiting on news
Would expect that after Q1 earnings season
Extremely low volume across the board today, some with less than 10% of average trading volume. Must still be hangover from long holiday weekend.
What's important on these low volume days is that we maintain the price and consolidate. When volume returns, which it always will the stock price will react accordingly.
Another positive is that will all of the pent up emotion, on a upswing their will be a healthy amount of profit taking that should slow down any massive upward movement and create a more gradual stable rise.
We all just need to be patient as we had a great couple months. Not all months can be 600% gains, there needs to be time to breathe and reset. This time we are sitting at .10-.11 for the next leg instead of .002
900k was "confirmed" via 8k files with the SEC. Now you can get away with a lot in PR's but a fraudulent 8k holds stiff penalties and recourse.
This is the reason and only reason i still feel comfortable holding with the extended delay.
I feel we are being held back. Every time there is a hint of buying pressure and ask slapping a large ask comes in at a lower price to stop the momo.
Have churned all morning between .106 and .111
Building a solid base before name change and Q1 Financials which will be released by 5/15
Agree 100%, everyone says they want stable organic growth but then are upset because it's not gaining 20% per day.
Can't have it both ways, Accumulation is up, RSI low, let it churn/consolidate to form a solid base before the next move.
On the last rise we failed to consolidate and as a result crashed hard. It is very healthy to churn to form support before taking a small step forward. As that happens the flippers will move on to the next one as we rise to new highs.
Vapor Group already contains warning labels and childproof containers as well are their juice being formulated in an FDA approved clean facility.
Vapor Group is ready for regulation
I am actually happy it has held up as well as it has and is showing support in the .11's .10's
As long as we remain stable with less and less volatility we will be fine. I expect news this week and if the PPS activity continues they will release the Q1 results as soon as they can.
Heavy accumulation this week on the chart and huge volume spike this morning.
Accumulation has been through the roof over the last 7 days. Hopefully building strong base for the next leg up where it will past .45
Best thing would be a "quiet" day with little volatility, we need to get the flippers, day traders, shorters out. Only way that happens is if there is no reason for them to be here.
We have all said we want slow organic growth, well then lets build a solid base in the .10-.12 before clearing way for name change and Q1 results that will send us higher.
At this point we need consolidate and move slowly

50k sell well below bid right at EOD, things that make you say hmmmmm
I'm wondering if they should expand beyond local comic shops. Have them at grocery stores where the gumball machines are, local libraries, book stores, pretty much anywhere that would have decent foot traffic.
People love free shit, and it goes with Benny's motto of not being a competitor but someone who is expanding the industry
Stock moves very quickly and with very little volume.
Though it is tough dealing with these wild swings just notice how quickly this stock moves. Just wait till the name change and Q1 financials. This things has the potential to rocket to its previous highs with the right news.
From my quick scan of the issues, they are professionally put together and are of the same quality if not better than Marvel's paper stock
10% spread on Bid/Ask, def one of the most
They are already in stores and have my pack waiting for me on the 3rd. Will provide pics and reviews for all 8 that Saturday.
Daily 1 minute RSI less than 20, lets get this puppy ready to run at the EOD. looking for .005 close
I have 100% faith, I am frequent comic reader and got the honor to flip through one of the Giant Size Comics on Friday at my local comic shop
As far as I'm concerned Benny is following through on his plan.
RSI has flat lined on the daily however still up 25% and L2 ask is razor thin. Could set up great EOD run
Agreed, saw it just vanish in front of my eyes. Between that, the crash we saw and overall trading action def some MM games going on.
IMO we will be prone to violent attacks until
1) Name change
2) Q1 financials
Hold tight, in a few more weeks we should be clear sailing.
