Krysti, my point wasn't to argue semantics it was merely to say that Revo has confirmed the licensing deal including the 900k payment via 8k.

It would be easy to dismiss everything if it were all in a PR but they put there but on the line signing off on an 8k which is not forward looking or protected by safe harbor.
