Although retail merchandising should not be neglected totally much can be said for face time with OEMs and potential large enterprise clients. I can understand Mr. Kay directing limited resources (his marketing/sales hires) to prioritize that.
Quite to the contrary my dear chap! No telling how many eyeballs have been on those various journal articles, watched SFOR videos or heard their on-line interviews. That's why I wouldn't hazard a guess.
Easy answer! That should revealed with the publication of the 1st Q of 2017 showing the fruits of the labor of the recently hired sales/marketing staff.
Sorry but I'm not plugged into that worldwide consciousness stuff.
So, I wouldn't hazard a guess as to who has been reading about SFOR in the various articles from journals I've seen posted here.
I agree. They have some very smart, Western educated people in their banking industry. They have to be scrambling now since it's a case of fool me once (with their oil computers) shame on you.
Fool me twice (same malware attack file) shame on me!
I hope Mark Kay or his sales/marketing staff dials for SA dollars once he sees the excellent Bloomberg video you posted earlier.
For 20 years I was a leader/manager as a military officer. I gave people time to prove themselves. I also believe in redemption with people when they mess up. I am more than willing to let the new SFOR marketing/sales hires prove themselves over a reasonable amount of time. In big business that is a full quarter. Until then, the jury is still out on them and their usefulness to the company IMHO. You, as a small businessman work on a narrower margin and by necessity, timeframe. So, I completely understand your perspective.
Hopeless case. That's why I suggested a pilgrimage to Lourdes. Some people demand miracles.
You are entitled to your opinion as I am mine. We will see who is right with the reading of the year-end 10-K and its Christmas shopping figures.
You'll recall the new hires did not come on board until SFOR was well into the 3rd quarter. If you want instantaneous miracles I suggest you travel to the grotto in Lourdes, France.
Since I am not a company spokesman I suggest you call our CEO Mark Kay directly with your concerns and questions and get answers directly from him. The phone number is (732) 661-9641. His extension is 225. Then please share with us what he tells you. Thank you.
This is a fantastic business opportunity for SFOR! According to the Bloomberg Digital Defense commentator thousands of computers were rendered inoperable. IT analysts state it was due to both poor computer security hygiene and the failure to update the cyber protection. This was obvious since the perpetrators (Iran?) used the same malware attack file used against Saudi oil facilities last year. What an unbelievable opportunity for SFOR products to come to the rescue! Yes, I called and left a message with our CEO to watch the attached video and consider tasking his new business development specialist to follow-up on this golden opportunity. Thanks for finding & sharing that Gold49er!
HSN would be just as good as SFOR being on QVC IMHO!
KAY IS A GOOD CEO......WE WILL WIN! By definition a patent troll doesn't produce product. It survives solely on the proceeds from IP litigation. In his four point company growth plan Our CEO stated SFOR would defend it's IP in court against infringmers.
Not only do I see nothing wrong with that but I applaud it!
Was it specifically QVC? I recall Mark mentioned a shopping network that he was not at liberty to name yet. If he specified QVC I didn't catch it and that would be great!
"Thank goodness they brought in two new managers to help with sales & marketing" I'm in perfect agreement with that sentiment!
I believe those two new hires are going to "kick it up in high gear". That's why I am really looking forward to the 1st Q report of 2017. I believe we should definitely see the fruits of their labors then. If not, I agree, they should be replaced as is common in any sales force whose management is focused on the next quarterly report.
Let's help SFOR and in so doing help ourselves as shareholders.
Many investors here know and use Guarded ID and/or Mobile Trust.
We feel safer knowing our personal & financial info is protected because of them. This has bolstered our faith in the products.
I propose you share that with your employer's IT people as I have done with the military. I am a proud SFOR shareholder. I believe, right now we have the best cyber mousetrap out there. If you do also, I encourage you to speak out, and in doing so, help out our company. Working together, we can help create our own reality of a strong and prosperous company. Long & Strong SFOR!
Thanks, but all I did was break the ice & get their foot in the Pentagon door. If a contract happens its due to Mark Kay & ACS.
I'm glad SFOR is with ACS. They know their way around the beltway and are intimately familiar with government acquisition procedures & policy. Check out their website, you'll be impressed.
Besides the large scale commercial enterprise deals mentioned by ZPaul there is also the possibility of a large or small Federal Government one. When I chatted with the DOD/CIO's office and corresponded with the USCG they assured me that they were aware of their mobile device COMSEC problem and were working the issue. Our CEO Mark Kay talked to the Pentagon CIO's policy guy and arranged a sales presentation by our distributor ACS. (No, I don't know how it went.) The problem is they are unable, at this time, to contract with ANY defensive software vendor due to lack of funds. On tonight's PBS news it was announced that H.R. 5293-DOD Appropriations Act, 2017 will now be voted on next week updating the earlier report that it would be this week. Then it will be submitted for signature into law by the POTUS. The USCG is funded under the Department of Homeland Security budget. Which is stuck in Continuing Resolution (CR) land. So who knows when Congress will approve their budget! I am following the legislation and will report its passage as soon as I know it has been signed.
No, but when the 1st Q of 2017 report is issued I'd be happy to because that's when longs will be LOL all the way to the bank!
SFOR, the right company, with the right products, at the right time!
KAY KEPT SFOR ALIVE......WE WILL WIN!
"Ten is just outrageous" You'll recall SFOR was on life support at the time. It only survived to that point due to our CEO Mark Kay's personal investment of $2 million "of my own money and my wife is still talking to me" as he said on video. SFOR was up against the wall! MSFT infringment and legal fees had bled it white! Had it not been for Mark Kay putting a lot of skin in the game IMHO we would have gone out of business and the case dropped to Microsoft's delight.
These experts are not lightweights. I'm confident they will adequately address the threats and potential solutions. When I communicated with the DOD/CIO's and USCG CIO's office they were fully aware of their mobile device COMSEC problem. Rest assured I have made them aware of the SFOR solution to that problem, Mobile Trust and our CEO Mark Kay has reinforced that awareness. I can give you no promise of a contract but at least our products are getting a look. My simple personal goal is this. I want every soldier, sailor, airman, marine and coast guard member to have defensive software on their issue (unclassified) mobile devices. I believe America's best deserves the best and that SFOR offers it right now!
Yeah & while there how about asking to see my original responses from the: POTUS, DOD Joint Staff and US Coast Guard. Verify that I posted word for word what was written. That they were signed, written on the appropriate letterhead and there is the seal/watermark of the USA on the response from POTUS. Our CEO Mark Kay will have them Monday according to the USPS. He told me he will show them to interested shareholders and/or board moderators to prove US Government SFOR "product awareness" as Mark calls it & has thanked me for increasing.
All I ask is that, in accordance with the IHUB privacy policy, my personal contact info not be shared or published.
Great report! Most employees could have been on the road making sales presentations, discussing deal specifics and working out technical details with OEMs.
Sent to Presidential Transition Team 1 Trump Tower NYC Dear Lt/Gen Michael Flynn,
Congratulations on your new assignment as National Security Advisor to Commander-in-Chief Donald Trump!
As your fellow retired military intelligence officer I was alarmed when I read Lt/Gen Ben Hodges AFN interview in Poland during NATO’s FX Anaconda in June. In it he stated “Neither (unclassified) radio communications nor email are secure” and “I assume everything I write on my BlackBerry is being monitored.” I believe he’s absolutely right! This COMSEC problem can become an OPSEC one with dire consequences in the near future by enabling enemy targeteers to put munitions on American targets; as I did to our country’s enemies.
As you are aware, the U.S. Army is switching from Androids to Apple’s Chinese made I-phone 6. In July my (relationship withheld) & fellow unit members deployed to the Middle East in support of operations against IS with their personal mobile devices. These and issue I-phones have inadequate protection against cyber-attack and exploitation by hostile intelligence services to find, target and kill them, preventing mission success.
This winter I became concerned about protecting my personal information and financial information from hackers. I found out that the anti-virus programs out there fail to protect against the zero day attacks that key loggers and click jackers use. I wanted multi-layered defense and anti-screen capture capabilities. I read that “Silicon Review” recognizes Strike Force Technologies as the world’s leading provider of patented, military-grade keystroke encryption, out of band authentication and 2 factor authentication. I purchased on-line and installed their Mobile Trust product on my mobile device. I also encouraged family and friends to do likewise.
Mobile Trust is now being sold in brick and mortar stores nationwide. It was easy to install, costs $30 a year for two I-phones, does not slow things down or cause any other problems. I did this only after Strike Force Technologies settled with Microsoft over patent infringement in January. In full disclosure, I was so impressed I then bought 2 million shares of SFOR sub-penny stock. Now that I have initiated contact with you using my retired rank and specialty I am forbidden by the honor code to add to that position. Please consider helping get our troops something to fix this tremendous COMSEC problem. I don’t even care if it’s Mobile Trust! They just need something better than the standard consumer encryption Apple provides its I-Phone 6. It is nowhere near the level of protection they need. Please view this like the critical shortage of body armor at the start of OIF.
I’ve written letters to current government officials and received courteous replies. However, no defensive software was provided our troops due to the Congressional budget impasse. With the passage of H.R. 5293-DOD Appropriations Act, 2017 funds would be available to do this. Please help! If I can be of any further service to you or our country in this matter please don’t hesitate to call, e-mail or write me at (personal contact information withheld).

Some more great DD to enable those of us, like me, with a limited legal knowledge base to understand correctly what's going on with SFOR's patent infringment litigation. Thanks for that reference!
Don't discount sales. I believe they will show a healthy increase in light of the advertising we've seen. I'm really looking forward to the 1st Q report of 2017!
Wasn't the MSFT settlement more like $9.7 million dollars and a license agreement? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!
Like you I went to the United States Patent Office site you posted the link to & slogged through it line by line. What I came away with is that Ram has the bubble on this! Starting back in 2000 he laid a foundation stone for OOBA for mobile device security. As you've seen at the site there were periodic updates to the patents. This is our IP goldmine that Blank Rome is defending against infringment by potentially lots of companies.
SFOR is in the cat's seat IMHO.
Yes, that makes sense to me. It appears the SFOR legal team at Blank Rome has a simple, yet effective strategy to employ over and over again. It is wash, rinse, repeat. Works for me! Go get 'em Mr. Wolf (our lead attorney). Tear 'em up!
Phone Factor/Microsoft was the test case. A $9.7 million dollar settlement and license agreement is a legal victory. SFOR won that one IMHO big time!
I agree with your opinion. Trustwave, Duo and Centrify are like sheep. Oddly, a Mr. Wolf is SFOR's lead attorney at Blank Rome.
Right now I would like to give him a bumper sticker I saw in MN that said "Eat more mutton, 1,000 wolves can't be wrong!"
"A trial attorney said when a group is meeting with the judge all at one time (like in consolidation perhaps) there is a 99% chance of settlement. This happens when a test case, Microsoft already lost and the other defendants are in the same type of lawsuit". Tuesday 10/25/16 post at 5:16:50 by color of money/risk reward 007
Thank you for digging that up out of the United States Code. That specific bit of reference material clears the air for those of us without a legal background.
Retired USMC General Mattis (nicknamed the warrior monk) just got picked by President-Elect Trump to be our next Secretary of Defense. Looks like I've got another letter to write about the SFOR solution to Lt/Gen Ben Hodge's COMSEC problem!
Now that was one funny piece of work! Nothing can stop our US based Strike Force!
You thought wrong. I understand if this doesn't meet your timeline. I've got patient capital invested here so I can wait for those catalysts ZPaul wrote of happen. I know what I own.
One big reason I'm "doing all this work for SFOR" is my family. I've got a couple in uniform now. The one I personally swore in is deployed without any cyber defensive software on their (unclassified) mobile device. I'm doing all I can to get it for them and their battle buddies. Thanks for your vote but I wasn't a CIO. Mr. Kay was. So, I'm not your guy for CEO, he is.
Yes, and there are definitely some clowns in the circus. The channel right now allows those who know what they own to accumulate on the cheap. Once the 1st Q report of 2017 hits the wires it'll be off to the races IMHO. GLTA longs!
