"Thank goodness they brought in two new managers to help with sales & marketing" I'm in perfect agreement with that sentiment!
I believe those two new hires are going to "kick it up in high gear". That's why I am really looking forward to the 1st Q report of 2017. I believe we should definitely see the fruits of their labors then. If not, I agree, they should be replaced as is common in any sales force whose management is focused on the next quarterly report.
