There is DTing and holding a little longer perhaps .

On the 30 min . I feel the 3 day P. 43.05 is the play down or up

with a signal.

On the 400t , that one can be a really good DT and ESP'ly if it

crosses S/R #'s .

From the channel wave chart on the site 60 min . it does look

like the entries would have been good.

Still yes also agree , way to many charts and different ideas for

signals. ESP'ly when it is hard , when it is easier like in the

recent down move , it most likely is easier .

Of course in a nice up move it can be easier as well.

The site 30 min candle with MA's seemed ok .

I can understand your point about EW and I have a feeling you

by now are really in the know of what makes sense to you .

i can see on your chart now that the 1 2 3 4 5 seems like a good

concept , will keep an eye on your chart to see

if it repeats again and is profitable .

If the phone & internet stay on tomorrow , i will go over to

to TOS and post a 30 min. candle from last week , with patterns ,

LBR , JP 1 & 3 day P.'s and 20 SMA.

Rather simple ,, but of course subjective to me :o)

Also, besides engulfing , i am now firm about having a few other patterns that blend in to my eye as trading signals and entries.

Ok, now I see some of the JAK 60 min chart workings , not sure

why I did not see it prior .

Seems like an ok chart you fellows have found.

LOL of course when things are going to work , they are just going

to work anyway , but one needs some entry chart , stay in and profit chart.

Over time i think we have all call out trades with in close prox. to making them and indeed it is a good thing at times , perhaps allows us to also see our posting etc. and maybe the closest to
a trading live / sharing experience of the real world , where it may take shape. But it is not really easy for many to consistently do nor should others want them to , trading at home on ones computer is a personal issue bet. them and there account , in the long run.

Still, i agree it is the reason why or what one was thinking of when they thought to do the trade , that presents quality , for learning and sharing purposes .

i am happy to know all of you and wish us all good health and good fortune in
this still young year.

Nice going there on your SSO 60min.

So, the just of the Engulf er , traded explained , examples and

some rules was pretty simple .

While in a Trend ( he used an MA ) , one waiting for the pull

back or dip , either back to the trending MA or about 4 or 5 bars etc.

Then on the 1st. Engulf er one has the signal .

Next are some simple basic rules for entry etc.
Stop rules and a generic profit target .

Not bad actually, but !!!! 1st. off I think having a few more
time tested candle patterns at that line in the sand is ok as well.
and
The other thing is that this method is conservative , meaning
no tops or bottom picking , just in the tread , with a hi prob
signal.

So in final I think it maybe good for a A type trade , meaning
loading up for a shorter amount of time but perhaps with a good
profit.

Also, the trade is simple .

*** They featured a program for sale that allow one to have the whole project , with even a scan for finding some cream of the crop. How about that ???***


But, I must say the further I get into the candle patterns , in some live way , study way and of course sharing posts way.

I notice how they make sense in a whole picture type way as well at times, with smaller parts . So watching them blend with patience is also pretty
available to my eye .

Of course now with progressive lenses , I maybe seeing things in a new blended way anyway. LOL

i think the signal was ok , but if the market does not allow for

the Momentum then what ????

Perhaps as you mentioned a while ago , only going long is the way.

But, in addition to that , perhaps only going long when the longs are going along with the flow of the Bull trend.

i would think that some large traders must have made so much $ going long these last few years,

that to take leave of this type of action , is no problem , unless they also have a feel for shorting , which i am not sure

if the majority have , with ok size positions .

i remember not many doing well even in the last bear .

many took loses trying to buy at times .
