Hey rlkline...
Since you've asked...
I too "left" today, along with the others mentioned. I've been more of a lurker than a poster, but was fully a GRDO fan until the news today, as well as one particular post from today that I further researched. I've been a "legacy" holder from the FSMH days; I liked GRDO's story and averaged down from late summer into December as did many.
I was VERY interested in the identity of the acquisition company and felt that, when announced, this would either a) solidify in my mind that GRDO was a "player" or b) would acccomplish just the opposite. I had spent time analyzing the IBOX info that soup had meticulously put together during his time as mod and had gone into each of the "affiliated" company's web sites and was saw that there was indeed some commonality amongst the sites. When WatchdogID was announced as the acquisition I was disappointed. I proceeded to unload about 2/3 of my total position...
Later in the day, a post surfaced identifying the WatchdogID registration address from the FL state website. In researching it, I came across some entries that, to me, linked it to the Legends Group (no problem here) but, more importantly, to MIMS, Watson's old company. That's when I sold my remaining "freebie" shares...
The fact that this acquisition was being represented as "a rival competitior..." didn't sit well with me - the players seem to have been in bed for awhile...and in my mind doesn't even qualify as "arms-length". The recent posts about common addresses for Legends and SGLS just further this feeling...
I'm not looking to "save the world"; I just believe in honesty so I am speaking my piece, invited or not...and whatever negative comments and/or responses from the faithful on this board may occur, so be it...heck, I've been one of you...though not as outspoken over the months.
I'll continue to monitor the stock, and maybe try to flip a much smaller position than I had. I really do wish all well with it and their investing/trading. I made some decent change on this effort; I won't begrudge others their opportunity...
GLTA
...exactly my point.
I was under the impression (perhaps mistakingly...) that all of the companies linked in the IBOX were actually GD using different psuedonyms as part of their marketing campaign.
I'm still holding a core position...but honestly, this wasn't the news I was expecting.
Actually, I was hoping it WOULDN'T be one of the companies in the IBOX...
Thoughts...?
I kinda doubt it jinvest...
I wondered the same thing so I did a little digging and found that Todd & the Lifelock boys are currently very busy expanding their public exposure further by appearing with "The Donald" in the upcoming season of "The Apprentice".
My take is that Davis has an extremely healthy ego; I believe HE feels they (Lifelock) are the market leader...(we know better - heh-heh...) and no amount of cash would make him give up his place in the percieved spotlight right now...
JMHO...
More importantly tho' - congrats fellow 000'ers on a great day today and hopefully many more to come...
To Soup, AMA, NOBOUNDARIES, Renee and all the others - thanks for all you do and have done...it IS apprecicated. The first round of drinks in Aruba is on me...!
and lucky me...it came my way. Got a partial on a "just in case" order I had out there. The rest of it is still out there waiting if it drops again...
Consider it some more consolidation...I ain't goin' nowhere...
go dog go...
...and we're lovin' the "lovin'"
;0)
Hey $treet Trader...
Bringon some more good lovin'....!!!
And I'm in for another 1,000,000 SH...
Thanks Myis...
"...elementary my dear Watson"
Just got filled at .0006 also...
"Sh#t flows downhill"...my guess is that in addition to all of us, Joey will be another bagholder...the directors will probably get something in recognition of their progressive forward thinking and ingenuity (LOL)...
I dropped a line to Walter yesterday voicing my displeasure (again). We'll see if I get any kind of response. Not holding my breath; actually I'm doing some proactive tax planning today, looking at any potential gains I can offset against my upcoming PowerTurd losses...
Have a happy holiday all. God Bless America and those that serve...let's hope they can return home safely...SOON!

As of June 27, 2007, we were in default in our obligations under our employment agreement with Joey Jung, our Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer. As of that date we were in arrears in payment to Mr. Jung of three months salary, totaling approximately $28,437. The company and Mr. Jung are in negotiations to agree on a payment schedule that is acceptable to Mr. Jung in order to insure his ongoing employment by the company. Mr. Jung advised us that if we are not able to reach an agreement concerning payments to him, that he intends to resign as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Company on July 6, 2007.
It's not a good thing to scr*w over your most dedicated employee - you fools...
SAD...Very SAD.
You gotta love H'wood...a "teaser" for news.
While in some cases, the trailer turns out to be the best part of the movie, somehow I don't feel that's the case here.
C'mon FMLY, "git er done...!"

Studios prepare for possible strikes
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Hollywood studios are speeding production on movies and TV shows, preparing for a possible strike by writers and more trouble next year when contracts with actors and directors expire.
TV networks, which are in the midst of planning fall schedules, also might pack their lineups with more reality shows and other unscripted fare as protection against a possible strike.
"It's simply sound business," said J. Nicholas Counter, president of the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, which negotiates on behalf of the studios.
"Based upon the public statements of the Writers Guild, it's quite clear these are going to be very contentious negotiations," he said. "Their statements are bellicose, so we've got to prepare for the worst."
Among the shows accelerating production is NBC's "Las Vegas," which started three months earlier than usual with the aim of finishing 18 to 24 episodes before the fall. Normally, the show would have only about seven or eight episodes filmed.
"In essence, it makes us strike proof," said Gary Scott Thompson, the show's writer and executive producer and a veteran of the last writer's strike in 1988.
Another NBC show, "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" began shooting two months early.
The three-year pact between studios and the Writers Guild of America expires Oct. 31 and talks are scheduled to begin in July.
That gives both sides little time to resolve complex issues involving how much TV and film writers should be paid when their work is distributed on new media platforms, including the Internet, cell phones, digital media players and other devices. The writers argue the payments — modeled after the structures used for DVD rights — are too low.
Older battles also remain to be resolved, including the revision of a decades-old formula for compensating writers for work that appears on DVD.
"There's no question in my mind this is not simply about emerging technology, but the perception that the guilds pretty much got screwed in previous negotiations in what were then emerging technologies," TV writer and producer Steven Bochco said.
"All the guilds feel strongly that they don't want to be caught in a position that doesn't anticipate rapidly shifting technological advancements that leave them high and dry."
Bochco, the Emmy Award-winning creator of such shows as "NYPD Blue" and "Hill Street Blues" is creating a legal drama pilot for TNT. He said the issue of stockpiling always arises as a negotiating tactic.
Both the WGA and Screen Actors Guild elected new leaders after the current contracts were signed who have promised to get tougher with studios.
The WGA, in particular, has led an effort to organize the editors and producers the guild say actually "write" reality TV shows. Several lawsuits have been filed against networks and the union supported a brief strike by about a dozen staff of the show "America's Next Top Model."
Actors and writers have also taken a tough stand against the increasing use of product placement in shows, a growing practice as more people zap ads recorded on a TiVo or similar device. The guilds have said their members deserve a piece of the revenue generated by the mention or appearance of products.
The WGA also angered the studios by rejecting a request to start contract talks in January, opting instead to begin meeting in July. That presents a special problem for theatrical film productions, which have a particularly long lead time and could be halted halfway by a strike.
Studios are considering rushing some productions so they finish filming by Oct. 31, or delaying the start of production until next year.
The result is a "de facto" strike, where production is compressed before the contract expiration, leading to a long period of inactivity even after a new pact is reached.
Despite the rhetoric, there are powerful incentives for both sides to avoid a strike. Network programming is losing viewers and advertisers are spending less on TV and more on the Internet.
Networks have also had success with reality shows such as "Deal or No Deal" and "Dancing With the Stars," leaving less room on the schedule for scripted shows.
"There is already lot of that kind of programming to fill space with in a worst case scenario," said Carolyn Finger, vice president of TVtracker.com, an Internet-based consulting firm.
The last time writers struck was in 1988, a bitter five-month walkout.
In 2001, studios also stockpiled scripts and accelerated production in anticipation of a strike. While a walkout was averted, thousands of technicians, carpenters and people who service the entertainment industry were out of work because of the de facto strike.
Bochco said a strike this year could be extremely difficult because TV and film operations represent a small part of the income earned by the huge conglomerates that own studios and networks.
"When you strike, you're not striking Universal or Paramount, or NBC," Bochco said. "You're striking News Corp. You're striking Viacom Inc., You're striking General Electric Co. Those are much deeper pockets and those are companies that can afford to hold out for a far longer period of time."
I believe DiPrima is the CFO.
...and I can come up with some pretty ugly suggestions on what those letters stand for in this case...use your imagination... LOL
INOD's time looks like it's finally here. Upgraded sales force and upgrade in CFO (Ford) is starting to pay big dividends. 2007 Revenue will already exceed PY, and there's 3 qtrs left. Potential for an easy double+ this year - IMO.
Been riding this one for a while, waiting for this day.
I dug a little and found that "pre-coffee" this AM...wow...
...one mystery of life solved, that only leaves...how many gazillion more to go...? -LOL ;>)
FWIW...I checked it out & the Strategic Plan is still accessible, if you go through the Investor link...
But you're right...overall, not very encouraging...
Later guys & gals...
For your consideration...

Real estate reality show a big deal for Davis
BY JIM PARKER
The Post and Courier
It's a South Carolina-based reality show in the midst of big changes, switching names and networks. But the star, Trademark Properties chief Richard Davis of James Island, said the new edition keeps the down-home feel of its popular predecessor, "Flip This House."
"Same real people, same real deal," Davis said between film takes for an episode at a James Island quadplex that he's renovating.
Actually, the series will be called "The Real Deal." Davis and company have been gathering footage for 13 episodes this year and 14 in 2008 on the Discovery-owned TLC network.
Dates and times are still in the works, but the first shows are expected to air by early April, Davis said. The show will keep its reality format, but focus more on the real estate business than simply buying and fixing up homes for quick sale, known in the trade as "flipping."
"Flip This House," shown on Arts & Entertainment last year, tracked Trademark developers, salespeople and contractors as they bought vacated or disheveled houses, worked feverishly to fix them up, then sold them at a tidy profit. The show drew a following as the outspoken Davis, agent Ginger Alexander and other employees jawed with subcontractors, threw barbecues and otherwise crafted a series that was part "Dallas," part "Mayberry RFD."
"I think this year will be more of how Richard runs the property," Alexander said.
Davis, who said he came up with the idea for the show, had a falling out with A&E, and jumped to TLC. A&E continued the series with new developers and crews although repeated Trademark episodes still appear occasionally, raising the possibility that "Deal" and "Flip" could go head-to-head.
Yeah..it finally loaded tho'...no additional news...yet.

Previous (Tiki) and current (TPL) moderators, as well as some other DD'ers have been in touch with G.M. and have "offered" links and info re: the way BH*B was proactive to their situation. To date G.M. seems content to leave it (LSMJ)alone, letting her previous complaints ride...
PR would, IMO, be a nice catalyst...but may not be necessary.

More info for you all
Just got off the phone with Gloria and I must say she is a very nice lady that wants something to be done with this, so she can have her company public again.
The actual T/A is American Stock Transfer out of New York, but they were advised to be hush hush until this mess can be cleared.
I verified with her that the A/S was only 20mil when it was hijacked.
So the 100ml that the T/A in Canada is stating is bogus.
It is the Nasdaq and SEC that is taking care of this. My bad with the FCAA I can be hard of hearing at times.
So it has been verified that the A/S is 20mil. Do I smell a short squeeze coming?
doogle -
Tiki confirmed this last night in a later conversation w/ Gloria.. If it's not yet included in the Ibox, I'll see if I can find her post...
