This is the story that a delivery guy became over night billionaire.
I want to make sure that ZJMY does not use other company's logo on their documents without permission, and asked if ZJMY is working with SF Express. I got a simple answer "YES" without further explanation.
My sense is that the fact is presented in front of us, ZJMY is making delivery EVs for SF Express.
Sometimes little details reveal big story. In June, I noticed the low speed EVs donated to Guigang police bear the logo of Long Star. That discovery leads to yesterday's revelation that Long Star is now a part of ZJMY.

The first company is a group company, Hong Kong East Group Limited.

The third one could be translated into a very long name: China Jewelry Music Instrument Culture Art Center Limited.
The fourth one: Jiangsu H-D Environmental Technology Limited
Mainland China uses simplified Chinese, while other Chinese speaking regions still use traditional Chinese. Some of characters are slightly different in writing but pronunciation is the same.
The listing of the first two companies proves my earlier speculation that H-D is somehow related with HK companies. The fact that East Group is a group company is very interesting, itself might be a holding company for several subsidiaries.
They list Tracking Corp as a subsidiary basically confirms that this is a reverse merger with TRKG, and also suggests that Tracking Corp is a clean shell, and H-D wants use the name for future business.
I also noticed they updated the NVSOS officer list again. CAO Feng is a new director. We can't figure out who he or she is (probably he) just based on the English spelling of the name.

About the flags: there are three flags, one Chinese, one US, and the third one is Haitian flag. Mr. Ding the chairman of the board has some tie or job responsibility with the Haitian government.
Shares: Originally their website translation says 2 billion dollars. I called the company and the company said it was meant to be 2 billion AS shares. They updated the website immediately. The 2 billion shares of AS is the same as the number in NV SOS registration.
According to Mr. Ding, all the shares of his business partners are locked up for eighteen months. So if I'm not mistaken, we do not expect OS and float surge after the merger, and I believe that this is both a short term RM play and long term investment. I also believe that eighteen months give them enough time to be uplisted to NASDAQ.
There was a wall street bank approached them to get them onto NASDAQ, but the company declined and took OTC approach to build the business and shareholder value first.
Their heavy duty trucks (using natural gas as fuel) are approved by federal agency or agencies to sell in the US market.
During my conversation with Mr. Ding, he mentioned about the share price of being ten dollars. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to the context of it. It could be the current evaluation or future expectation.
Their website was built by a third party company. They are not happy with current one. A new website is being developed by another company and will be ready soon.
If any of above statement is not factual information, it is due to my own limited understanding.
I got a chance to visit this company and met with the CEO during my trip to China.
I met CEO Mr. DING Yong at the company headquarter in Shanghai by appointment on July 10.
It is confirmed by Mr. Ding that H-D Holding is reverse merging with Tracking Group TRKG, and the RM will be announced very soon.
This is a real company with real products and real potential managed by real professionals.

WANG Dequn IS WANG Jinlai
Following is a letter of appointment issued by the urban development strategy institute of Chinese academy of management to Shenzhen Jinbo group. UDIS appoints Jinbo group company as consumption economy research and development demonstration base due to the company's outstanding achievement, and appoints WANG Dequn (WANG Jinlai) as the director of the base, for three years.
This document clearly states that WANG Dequn and WANG Jinlai are the same person.
Also, I contacted Mr. HAN Zhiming just a few minutes ago. There is NO meeting arranged between him and Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The Sierra news is total BS.

Follow up on my trip
Below is the cover of the business plan for the third generation electric vehicle manufacturing and accompanying system construction project. It is a 50 page long document. I decide not to translate and present to the public. It will take me many hours to do that and some data presented in the document should be considered as confidential.
The essence of it is already published by Mr. HAN Jianfang, the CEO of ZJMY, and I translated it into English and posted here sometime ago.

You just need scan the QR code with your cellphone and the bike will be unlocked. You can drop it anywhere you want when you finish up, assuming someone else will pick it up from there. Bikes with different color belongs to different companies.
Follow up on my trip
This is why I think the advertisement free minibus makes business sense. If you have a chance to visit Beijing, you will notice shared bikes are all over the place taking up street space, blocking public access, and becoming a hazard for management and street clean up. When the snow season comes the bikes will become street hazard. But there is a need for shared bikes for short distance move-around. Our free minibuses circling around stops around bus, train, and subway routes will alleviate or solve this problem. The only problem for the free riders is that they have to tolerate the bombardment of advertisement from all directions and in all forms.
ZJMY will take over EV taxi market: I haven't spotted any pure EV taxi on streets in all the cities I visited. Based on my interviews with taxi drivers, the range and charging time are the two biggest problems the industry are facing. ZJMY has the solution and ZJMY e cars will take over taxi market. ZJMY E bus will also take a share of market from the dominant player BYD.

WANG Dequn IS WANG Jinlai
When I first met WANG Jinlai in April, I mentioned that we were counting WANG Dequn's companies and assets in front of him. He paused and quickly continued our conversation on battery technology. I thought it was odd but did not think too much about it.
Later on I asked two young men of the company if they knew WANG Dequn. They told me that they never met him. So I ass-u-me-d that Dequn and Jinlai are two different person and one runs in front and another runs in the back.
Recently I found a piece of document which states that Jinbo is appointed as the consumption economy research and innovation demonstration base by the Chinese Management Science Academy and WANG Dequn (WANG Jinlai) was appointed as the director of the base. That means WANG Dequn and WANG Jinlai are the same person.
During my trip to ZJMY, I asked Mr. HAN about Wang's name. He said that Dequn is Wang's official name and Jinlai is a name given by a taoist monk. Jinlai echoes the name of his company Jinbo. Both Jin uses same Chinese character Gold which means wealth. Lai means coming or arriving. Bo means abundant or richful. It is not a very common practice in China but people do seek help from taoist monk or fengshui master when name a company or change personal name.

I Visited ZJMY and Met President HAN Zhiming
I visited ZJMY headquarter in Beijing and met Mr. HAN Zhiming during late afternoon July 6 and the morning of July 7. I thank Mr. Han for accepting my request to meet him.
I visited many places and companies, and met people and friends on my trip to China during July 5 to July 14. Beijing was my first stop. My intention of visiting ZJMY was very simple: to let the company hear the cries of our longs.
To my surprise the company knows nothing about investorshub.com and what are posted on the site, and they do not pay attention to the performance of their stock on otc. I explained some of negative posts and they laughed and said don't worry the truth will be revealed and when they moved up to nasdaq all those negative comments will be silenced. I complained the company did not have any good communications with current shareholders in the US market and big price fluctuation during the otc period is not good for current shareholders and future performance when uplisted because the institutional investors pay attention to the share price history. They agreed. Mr. Han told me that they have so much progress in so many fronts. He will coordinate with JB to release the information as soon as possible.
Here are some of areas which were uncovered by this board and I can talk freely. I will wait for the company to release information about those areas which we never talked about before on this board.
Low speed EVs: The company confirmed their relationship with Long Star. ZJMY provides 3 Dian system (Dian for electric in Chinese, dianchi - electric reservoir or battery, dianji - electric motor, and diankun - electric control) to Long Star and Long Star provides chassis and assembling of vehicles for ZJMY. Long star has two sites, one in Jinan, Shangdong province and the other in Nannin, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The two sites cover vast areas of south and north China. Each site has capacity of 300 vehicles per day.
The low speed EV market is huge in China. If you have a chance to visit China you will understand why. Just imagine millions of farmers drive their low speed cars to their field from home and drive back. ZJMY's low speed cars are in high demand. ZJMY already sold many low speed cars, can't remember the exact number but it is in multitudes of thousands since April.
I made an appointment with Long Star to visit their manufacturing plant, but did not make it because all high speed train tickets were sold out on that day.
High speed SUV: ZJMY has a contract in place with Chery to produce the V3 SUV by Chery. It is already in production and will be released into the market in August. The Department of Industry and Information published listing of new EV brands every month since January 2017. ZJMY expects getting their listing early August, could be the first Friday of August. The company can sell the SUV now but will not get government subsidies without the listing.
This EV is for the taxi market and mass market as well. I talked to taxi drivers in Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, and Xi'An. All of them expressed their disbelief that EV will become popular in their cities, mainly because of short range. One guy told me that if you buy a BYD EV starting with 200km range, after two years the range drops to 160-180km. It is typical for taxi driver to run 400-500km per shift. I told the guy that there is a company in Beijing that makes EV with 500km range and it uses battery swapping technology. He said that it perfect for their business. The driver in Xi'An told me a different story. All the taxi cars are from BYD and uses natural gas as fuel. Because BYD produces cars in Xi'An and the local government forces all taxi companies to buy BYD to support local economy.
The Chinese government gives many incentives for mass market to buy electric cars, these include the EV coming along with free registration (if you buy a traditional fuel car you have to pay something around 10,000 USD for registration), free allocated parking space, etc. I see the huge mass market for our 500km SUV and 600EV in development.
The 100,000 Free Buses: It is actually 16-18 seat commuter minibus. The company will produce, deploy to the street, and operate the minibus at the company's cost. The company will get revenue from advertisement. The bus is designed to have four walls installed with LED screens and play ads all the time along its route. This is not for long distance transportation but for 'mile commute' in cities typically for people moving between home and bus station or subway station. The riders get free ride but will be bombarded with all kinds of commercials. The company already studied the market, made the sample minibus, has full support from governments at all levels, and has many advertisement companies waiting for their full operation. The cost of making, maintenance and operating the minibuses is very low but the revenue generating from advertisement is very lucrative, according to the company. We might see JB&ZJMY plays an important role in advertisement space in a few years.
Logistic trucks (delivery box trucks): The company is in advanced planning to work with a manufacturer to produce this type of vehicles. We have to wait for the details of progress and order quantities from the company in the near future.
Electric buses: This is related to the bus exterior design jobs we found. ZJMY has confirmed that they have contract with Chery in Guiyang, Guilin to produce unknown amount of electric buses. The company will release the details soon.
I originally had a plan to meet HUANG Hua in Beijing, but she is stationed in Harbin and could not make it. JB acquired a hot-spring resort and properties in Harbin area and Huang is providing legal assistance during the transition stage. So I could not get any information from JB side. Both JB and ZJMY are in fast growing period. I get a feeling that they are stretching too thin at this moment. ZJMY used to share the fifth floor with another company in the cultural industry park building. Now they took over the fifth floor, the fourth floor and a store front on the first floor, and they will take more space when more hires are in.
ZJMY expressed their interest in registering a company in the US and have a show room for their products as the first step entering the US EV market. I thought this could be their long term objective. I'm surprised that this is already in their plan.
I'm limited to one post a day, not be able to reply your pm, and I can't talk freely on some progress the company is not ready to release.
I make a living by digging the truth and finding cures for sickness, I could be wrong in my understandings but I do not make up stories and spread falsehood.

The first one is the front gate of Long Star (Jiujiuxing EV Company). The gate has two big poles. The second one is ZJMY Production Base. It is the same place. In the first photo, the slogan in the background says "Product like people, quality is its virtue". Look the last character, it looks exactly the same as the character behind the guy's butt. The guy is fastening the ZJMY sign onto the left pole by the Long Star's gate. Why ZJMY erected their sign in the front of Long Star? There is only one possibility: Either ZJMY owns Long Star, or they form a strong partnership.
When I saw the Long Star logo on the police car registered by Guizhou police department. I immediately asked the wechat poster. He said that logo is another brand of ours. This makes me believe that ZJMY owns Long Star now.

This new measure by the China National Council to eliminate production permit for EV and battery manufacturers is to let free competition and market decides who is the winner of the competition. It is a good news for ZJMY and the whole EV industry in China.
This news is in contrary to the news published a few days ago by Bloomberg that China wants to limit the number of EV manufacturers to fifteen.
This is the KEY information we need to understand the necessity of ZJMY swapping technology for the commercialization of electric taxi. For personal cars, the swapping station is not critical but for a taxi company time means money. ZJMY says that one mid-size city needs one swapping station. For large city like Beijing, I guess one swapping station for one district should be enough.
