That could still be a shakey translation. It may still have something to do with pay for the job. I have to agree with another post: unlikely bus orders would be part of a job posting, but possible.

It may be a forward looking target or goal too, not a verified order.

However, if it does refer to orders it should be near 40 billion.

Based on the alluded to and unconfirmed Bahama bus order:

80 buses at 30 million = $375,000 per bus.

100,000 buses at $375,000/bus = $37,500,000,000

or about 38 BILLION DOLLARS!
