btw, moonie ...
wouldn't it have been "nice" if dabeez and malcbaby had mortaged their houses to keep loch/cdex afloat, instead of hawking pp's?
Why in the world didn't they do that?
oh that's too funny, rotten!
Funnier than hanging chads ... total revocation!
He might also be trying to threaten me, rotten ...
with his teak talk.
See my preceding post, which replies to one of his that addresses a post I made in June 2006!
Maybe you're right, but he's first and foremost a wannabe manipulator. No suprise, considering his friends.
gosh, moonie ...
does cdex have tens of thousands of shareholders? If not, why even mention a number that has nothing to do with this (cough, choke, giggle) company?
And just for clarity, how does "dominat[ing] a companys [sic] chatrooms and say[ing] it is a scam 24/7" promote and protect their investment? I must be dumb because I don't understand your "logic" -- it seems about on a par with your "math."
What about the troo blooers, those long-term martyrs to the cause? They don't seem very happy these days. Seems most would walk away if they saw even a remote value in doing so, but they're so under water there's little point. So they just let it all ride and have long since quit hoping for any return on their investment, at least since the big implosion when a few made a killing, after hyping loch to a farethewell. For some reason closertocash come to mind.
Are you happy with life in cdexville?
ot crow ... is 'Kelly' as a surname Scottish or Irish? I'd guess Scottish, but have trouble sensing about some of them.
I don't think moonie would even recognize a mountain after it jumped up and knocked his plan out of the sky.
btw, mikel ...
the fat lady has stronger lungs than you. You'll never be able to dorwn her out, hard as you try.
edit ... make that drown
Keep trying, mikel. It gives you something to do to while away the time til the fat lady finishes singing.
welp, that must be it. (For some reason he seems to think you're all those aliases he listed.)
Akshally, moonie knows I know precisely who he's talking about, and if he has ANY smarts -- unlikely, I know -- he knows how many really interesting board aliases he doesn't know. It is to laugh! As HE is to laugh (at)!
Maybe he'll answer my question though ... when will Cardinal make an offer to buy cdex ... how long have they been expressing interest? Maybe CDEX has already hired HoolihanLokey to help MP make sure the offer is fair, and have a data room all set up. Since Mooney's a left coast pilot, he could easily puddle jump over to Tucson for the sh'holder meeting and ask malcbaby those very questions. One would hope he doesn't bump into a mountain en route and never make it to the sunny hot AZ desert.
Oh wait, those are the kinds of questions a shareholder might ask the reputable CEO of a company serious about its future. Not the sort you'd ask a master scammer who was let go from Winston & Strawn and who immediately hyped himself in the third person as the SEC-savvy attorney destined to take over loch and bring it into its own and who never had any intention to do anything of the sort. His primary objective -- now apparently completely understood by all but the blindest troo bloo wishful thinkers -- was to make sure dabeez and he never got indicted and prosecuted, that they kept all their ill gotten gains, and that he made some more in the process. In that, he has succeeded, so far.
Whatever has happened to the internationally renowned "Doctor" Henry Blair, btw? I haven't heard anything about him since his fall from grace.
belabed? Who's that?
novascotia NM? Where's that?
But more inportantly, where's the bid for CDEX from Cardinal?
Enquiring minds want to know.
"(What is their business plan, anyway?)"
Isn't it clear by now?
Their (actually, malcbaby's) business plan has been to drag things out as long as they (he) can under the guise of trying to make a go of the company. The perps (tm crow, I think) made their bigg munnie (tm stkdistributoir, I think) earlier, tucked it safely away in off shore accounts (prying eyes can be such a nuisance), and then "hired" that sec-savvy lawyer to run things while the clock ticked away, all with a little consulting help from Wade. All those disclaimers aren't there for no reason.
What blows me away is that there are actually peeps who became pp'ers after the Weil and Norris articles. What were they thinking?! I bet they also believed there was actually an incredible edible cotton seed and that the "demos" in Croatia and Washington were real.
Sad commentary on the grey matter of the "investors" here.
What do you think malc's next hot product will be? Or will the current ones wrap things up for him? I gather he's now giving product away.
Is it true that
the filing made it clear that cdex has only about 3 months left before BK?
Is there no white knight out there? Would daBeez actually let this company (gasp) fail?
I know what would help the pps ... a bidding war for the company. All Cardinal has to do is make the first offer and surely at least five other companies would rush in to prevent them from owning this incredible technology incubator that has, since back when, made such amazing advances ... from incredible edible cotton seeds to lunar water pumps to land mine detectors to computer chip waste recovery (or whatever it was vammp was supposed to accomplish) to the current generation of medical devices.
Someone should send Cardinal all the PRs and filings from the past few years so they'll understand the company and its strengths better.
On the other hand, has failure been malcbaby's game plan all along, after a suitable period of time went by?
"We tried, we really really tried."
crow ...
Also why it is that Sandia is complaing after alla these years about somebody stole some old abandoned papers.
Is Sandia doing that? When did this happen?
Is this why capndawow has disappeared (again) ... because he's once again disillusioned with his "investment"?
Duke doesn't waste time on fools (or fool's gold).
demmo ... I started to look in filings for the ultra dynamic CDEX lessor/lessee arrangement in some filings, but soonly saw that there were some preceding the AZ warehouse, back in the MD days, and that was really all I needed to see. All anyone has to do is google "Dynamic Resolutions" + "CDEX" + "lease" to find and highlight them. Really nice when friends and consultants can help you out with physical property needed for whatever reasons, as headquarters or storage wherehouses or whatever.
I think the lease arrangement (lessor/lessee) was discovered and brought to our attention by the erstwhile stkdistributoir. And as I remember, yes, it was none other than Dynamic Resolutions and/or in the person of one Wade Poteet.
'Course I could just have a bad memory (years of scraping cod can do that to you), but I'm sure you'll find it.
Now that's funny, rotten!
Butt isn't moonieman the one who's so good at math?
(I see he disappeared again, without "addressing" anything worth addressing)
Even if he does, rotten ...
they've been saved for posterity (prolly by several peeps).
I couldn't b'leeve it either, diddy ...
but evidently some peeps did. And they're still holding on, I guess.
Do you mean this?

Here's an idea, rotten ...
You could email or call Malc and ask him those very questions. Surely his e-mail address and phone number are available? One or the other must be on every PR he issues, I'd think, or on the company's website.
Wait a minute, rotten ...
5 (five) people evidently called in! (Where were you when they needed you?)
Interest? They didn't generate any? You KNOW they're just flying under the radar, hoping NOT to generate interest so they won't become the object of a hostile bid til they're R E A D Y ! ! ! ! !
It's really too funny.
you're soooooooooo witty and clever, moonie ...
a shining example of the typical cdex holder.
"Well scared, you are always the peacemaker and gentleman."
No one would disagree with that.
Maybe you would like to take a page from his book.
No problem, viking: it's my thankfully nonshareholder opinion.
But it's based on facts, not on delusions and wishes (as are the opinions of the hypesters).
Do you really think cdex fills a void or obsesses me? Hardly. It's nothing more than an occasional late-night diversion now. The only lives it dominates and the only people obsessed by it (like moths that can't stop circling a flame) are those who have been consistently been misled by the company's management into thinking a deus ex machina will kiss their bruises and make everything all okay again. What has it been, seven or eight years or so and at least half a dozen iterations of the miraculous little elf since the great fall from grace? How much money have the scamsters made off with and at whose expense? How much have you yourself lost on paper and in actuality?
BTW, I doubt that even 15 people read this board. But since it's here and since most of the "negative" posters have been banned from several other boards, are you surprised those of us who hate scams continue posting here? You shouldn't be. Trying to silence people just doesn't work.
You'll come out of this stock, as will the others, broker and sadder but maybe wiser; next time you're tempted to put a bundle into a penny stock perhaps you'll think twice. Or at least do some homework before you hit the buy button.
Bonne chance.
This scam of company is already sunk, moonie.
Has nothing to do with any of those you mentioned. Has everything to do with the non-products, the lying PRs, the lying projections in PP agreements, and the "savvy SEC lawyer" who orchestrated it all.
Any other questions?
Oh, but moonie ...
I do know "what happened to my money" in that other company.
Can you say the same for your money in this one?
You're really wound up tight tonight, moonie ...
and as out of touch as ever.
(really, you should avoid spamming and writing about companies that have nothing whatsoever to do with cdex/loch)
"a partnership cooperation"
Very slippery use of the word 'partnership'. But look how many times it's used in the PR -- subliminal seduction at its best.
Q: What's the difference between an announced partnership cooperation and an announced partnership?
A: Credibility.
rotten ... (edited below)
I've barely kept up, but why don;t you participate in the conference call and ask your question live and see what response you get. Do you think they might ask you to tell them what you want to ask about before letting you participate? If that happens, just give another question, and then when it's your turn ask the one you REALLY want answered. Think they'd cut you off?
The Company has scheduled a 45 minute conference call for interested persons for Tuesday, February 19 at 10:00 AM EST to discuss the SEC filing. The call will be limited to the first 50 individuals to call in. A recording of the call will be posted on the Company’s web site for the following three weeks for those interested.
Edit ... think they'll even get 50 calls? I don't! Unless of course there are shills planted, as in previous calls to snappy radio stations.
I loved it, too, rotten ...
hey! Maybe you and I and one or two others could start something like it ... you can be the man and I'll be your assistant. It all looks pretty easy.
Here's a story:
Once upon a time in a village, a man appeared and announced to the villagers that he would buy monkeys for $10 each.
The villagers seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to the forest, and started catching them. The man bought thousands at $10 and as supply started to diminish, the villagers stopped their effort. He further announced that he would now buy at $20. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they started Catching monkeys again.
Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back to their farms. The offer increased to $25 each and the supply of monkeys became so little that it was an effort to even see a monkey, let alone catch it.
The man now announced that he would buy monkeys at $50! However, since he had to go to the city on some business, his assistant would now buy on behalf of him.
In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers, "Look at all these monkeys in the big cage that the man has collected. I will sell them to you at $35 and when the man returns from the city, you can sell them to him for $50 each."
The villagers rounded up with all their savings and bought all the monkeys. Then they never saw the man nor his assistant, only monkeys everywhere!

Now you have a better understanding of how the stock market works.
When is/was the "next" filing expected? I gather it's late ... what reasons have been given by the company for that?
rotten ... you might have to wait for ~kidd's book (co-authored with jmarcine).
ps ... are you enjoying Double Delta's posts?
Of course ... curtsy, too! It's all those years in the King's (of NS) court, doncha gno. And when HRH comes to town, well ... de rigeur.
Dear Leader of the Gang,
I genuflect in your direction.
Loyally,
A Lowly Seashell
Seems moonie's getting a little agitated. Whyohwhy could that be?
drum: come to his aid, quick! He's here to help you get RICH !!!!!!!!!
crow ... here's an interesting FACT that shows how draconian another chat site is (I bet you can guess which one) ...
65 sequential posts on one board alone were deleted this morning, all made over this weekend. Sixty five! Gone forever.
Amazing, no?
... can't be bothered, moonie. Would rather leave your posts on here for all to read, anyways (tm nasfanium).
