Their (actually, malcbaby's) business plan has been to drag things out as long as they (he) can under the guise of trying to make a go of the company. The perps (tm crow, I think) made their bigg munnie (tm stkdistributoir, I think) earlier, tucked it safely away in off shore accounts (prying eyes can be such a nuisance), and then "hired" that sec-savvy lawyer to run things while the clock ticked away, all with a little consulting help from Wade. All those disclaimers aren't there for no reason.
What blows me away is that there are actually peeps who became pp'ers after the Weil and Norris articles. What were they thinking?! I bet they also believed there was actually an incredible edible cotton seed and that the "demos" in Croatia and Washington were real.
Sad commentary on the grey matter of the "investors" here.
What do you think malc's next hot product will be? Or will the current ones wrap things up for him? I gather he's now giving product away.
