demmo ... I started to look in filings for the ultra dynamic CDEX lessor/lessee arrangement in some filings, but soonly saw that there were some preceding the AZ warehouse, back in the MD days, and that was really all I needed to see. All anyone has to do is google "Dynamic Resolutions" + "CDEX" + "lease" to find and highlight them. Really nice when friends and consultants can help you out with physical property needed for whatever reasons, as headquarters or storage wherehouses or whatever.
