Well, I'm here to tell you, because nobody else will, that Monday will be a massive success.
I expect the numbers to be crappy as was everybody's back in Feb, Mar, Apr. But I would bet since the numbers will be in for July 31, Q1 '10, that PK will be crowing about the dramatic turnaround. He will be gushing about Israel. He will be over the top about the Kid release. And I would bet he might just throw out a few unheard of numbers for what's coming.
Oh wait...we've already heard them. With the locusts all rubbing their wings, most folks might have missed it.
You're about to see this stock take off.
Initiated an institutional position...

Some other updates.
AmericanBadAssBeer.com is underway. We should see some kind of finished product real quick.
www.americanbadassbeer.com
The Redneck Lager label was resubmitted and approved. What was added? "Private Stash" "AmericanBadAssBeer.com"
This would be the entire product line of Badass apparel, hats, T-Shirts, sweatshirts, gear, and promotional items that will be completely separate from Kid's "Made In Detroit" label.

They went back to Redneck Lager. So, we have three brands in the portfolio. American Lager was introduced at Comerica Park. Plus Redneck Lager and Blue Collar Lager.
I'm still working on getting a full list for us.

Hell yeah! They are in Atlanta tonight. Every show is sold out.
San Diego
Aww what the heck. Since we have nothing better to do than talk about the meteoric sales coming NOW for DKAM.
1400 distributor retail locations at an average of 2 kegs per week, and 10 cases of beer. That is roughly 140000 kegs and 700000 cases of beer.
Kegs are $60 and cases are $10 for what DKAM sells them to distributors for. That is $8.4 million in kegs and $7 million in cases. $15.4 million.
From one distributor in MI.
And we will have 250 nationwide.
This is funny!
So, I'm talking to my nephew this morning. His college roommate is in Pontiac. Says he got his first BadAss yesterday and loved it. It quickly turned into a half dozen. He tells me where and I call the bar owner. Nice guy. No joke, he says they got three kegs delivered and it's gone already in two days. Of course, Pontiac is Lion country. Obviously, the beer will do well there if this season is anything like all the others! The guy says, "I feel like I won the lottery getting the beer so quickly. (Lotrtery reference is the funny part for those slow to keep up) They told me it could be awhile before we'd see it." I said, "They?" He said, "My distributor rep." He said, "They have 1400 accounts and the phones are ringing off the hook. We need all they can produce."
He then tells me to call another buddy of his south of Detroit who just got the beer in Wyandotte. I call him. His name is Al. I'll put up his info later as he is busy putting BadAss on his website as we speak. He says he got two kegs yesterday and it is almost all gone! He has a standing order for BadAss and he just upped it to 5 kegs a week and 50 bottle cases. He said the strangest thing though. Folks are coming across the border from Ontario to try and buy. They are devout Labatt drinkers.
He said his brother is a bar owner in Saginaw and he says his will be there at any time. His order is for 15 kegs and a standing order for 5 kegs a week plus 25 case bottles.
I'm tired of doing the math since there are so many zeros now nobody can keep up.
6 million shares since July 1. A new record for DKAM.
Nobody has 6 million shares for sale.
NT out.
http://www.pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6716674
It popped up on Fidelity yesterday that earnings will be Monday followed by a CC.
Shrewd! He will know exactly where they stand for Q1 '10 on that call.
Remember though, that is per person, and not per capita. That means you can take the number of gallons per person, per state, and add a third to it to make up for the third of the country that does not drink beer.
So, the average 30 gallons per capita holds true.
What the heck did New Hampshire do wrong to lay claim to #1?
And we going straight to NV who is #2.
It's the 2009 Rock 'n Rebels Tour sponsored by Jim Beam's Red Stag. I suppose I expected them to be drinking that with all the $$$$millions in advertising Jim Beam is putting out.
...please do not confuse this demand for what might be down the road. It was a soft launch weekend that could have had a far greater response with more media hype and an "Official Launch" Media tag.
Hey guys, were you at the show last weekend at Comerica Park in Detroit? Did you try Kid Rock’s new Bad Ass Beer? What did YOU think?
I loved it. It was the best beer I have ever drank!
I was great really full of flavor can’t wait to get some more!!!! Yummy!!!
bring sum of UR “BADASS” beer 2 NY 8/2 n’ I’ll let U know
I really enjoyed the taste. It reminded me of Blue Moon, but lighter. It’s a beer that will do well with Kid Rock fans. I can’t wait to see the label! What a great way to create jobs in this horrible economy. Hope it will be on tap at Boyne in August!!! It will be my third show this year. The Kid puts on a hell of a show, a must see!!! How about VIP for the show Kid????
I caught a decent buzz at Chelis and thought the beer tasted btween Budweiser and Coors Original. My tastebuds were prolly off. Can’t wait to give it another try. I was there july 17th, took my fiance and we thought Kid was awsome!
I flew to Detroit for the Alice in Chains and Kid Rock concert (Cyrus Hill not worth the mention) July 18. First, to all the Detroit fans who were absolutely fantanstic. They made sure I was safe and having a good time. the concert. YOU COULD FEEL THE MUSIC WITH EVERY FIBER OF YOUR BEING. It was the BEST concert I have ever been to. Almost 40 and I’ve been to a lot. Now, the beer. It was smooth. Something that we would drink in the Texas heat after working all day. No after taste. A cross between Shiner Blonde and a lighter pale ale. When do you go national? I do have one question about Detroit. I went to rent my car and all the choices I had were foreign. I was shocked and confused since y’all are the MOTOR CITY. Isn’t there an incentive for the rentals to have the Big 3 cars available in the MOTOR CITY?
best beer ever!
I loved it and I’m not a big beer drinker. I agree with the above post that it was kinda like Bud or Coors. But I’m no expert for sure. I LOVED the Red Stag too! Thanks for venturing out and trying new things. I’m buying the stock first chance I get! Love ya’s!
I attended both shows and drank lots of the Bad Ass Beer! I thought it was very good!!! Loved being in my hometown and drinking your beer at your concerts..no betta way to ROCK out!!!!!
I loved it!!! My first Kid Rock concert too!! I loved it as well
I just heard that Badass Beer isn’t coming to NJ until 2010…I’m very disappointed. I’m not a big beer drinker, but I’m willing to try it for the Kid…got to support his latest venture.
I didn’t make it to Comerica, but I am headed to Boyne so please have some cold and ready. I can’t wait to try it. If it’s as smooth as you are it will be fantastic!! Bring some to the campground after the show and we will party our asses off!
Hi, I tried it, loved it, had my hot tub full .
Awesome!!!
Front row all weekend, saw Chelios too,

Several peeps from here said it was good and news did a survy 1 bad 6 good
I had 6 Bad Ass beers at Cheli's bar yesterday before entering Comerica. It tastes very similar to an American Light beer. I really liked it and plan to buy it when it comes out. 1/2 because it's Kid Rock's beer and 1/2 because I truly enjoyed the taste. The label is black, simple and cool. And, if you buy it, you'll be supporting American workers. I really appreciate the fact that he put 495 people to work in Michigan. You can't lose with this one. This is my opinion...I realize inidividual tastes are different. My husband, for instance, is a fan of a stronger sort of beer. He'll drink it when I bring it home, but would probably buy something else if it was left to his wallet.
Glad to hear you liked it...hope you had a good time at the show last night as well...I'm keeping the faith that it is going to be tantelizing to my tastebuds over here even if I do have to wait until Labor Day weekend to get my hands on it but I plan of having this sitting in my fridge for sure!
6 good is good...the one bad probally is a hard liquor drinker...makes beer taste different...
Had the Beer at the Detroit Show on Friday night...Awesome...can't wait for it to be distributed...I am now a convert...will never drink anything else...
BADASS BEER was Great! I'm not a drinker although I did drink BADASS Beer at the TIGERs DEN ~~ had 2 glasses and ordered a 3rd round, it was EMPTY! There were two taps running when we got in there... probably 7 ish Saturday night but the waitress did say it'd be back up in 20 minutes. Yes, lines were long out in the corridors... very long. During the KID ROCK Concert of HIM... it was Labatt's being sold... BADASS = GOOD! Thanks KID!
sry i missed u kidzsista i so wished we could of meet but there will be time i live in mich. lol
Well, I am not a beer drinker, never could stand the taste of it. No matter the brand, type,etc..of course I did try it Downtown at Hockeytown Cafe before the concert to celebrate it's premier and hey, I finished it without hesitation so it has to be a really good brew for all of you who are beer lovers : )
I will buy some when it hits the shelves to have on hand for my peeps when they drop by and I never buy beer for them LOL
Personally I'll stick to the Red Stag! OMG!! that was a tasty smooth shot : ) yummmy!!
Never tried the Red Stag...good stuff aye? That's what B.J. said too...is the available everywhere?? I cannot seem to find it at my local booze joint...AKA liquor store...
Sounds like time to buy more shares of stock in Kid's beer.
I heard something about stock somewhere else...can we really buy stock? I want some!
I liked the beer. Tasted kinda heavy like Budweiser. I don't drink beer much so I'm not a good reference but it was strong. When I DO drink beer I drink lite beer so it was a little heavy for me but I wouldn't mind kickin' a few back at a Tigers/Red Wings game....
DKAM is the stock ... DrinksAmericas... I purchased a bunch awhile back because I knew Kid's Beer was going to be a huge hit ! I will be buying more now that the product is rolling out
ive got it at my bar, by far the best beer ive had in a long ass time....
Conservative guidance. So that the company can easily blow away anything we say here and of course....
So all the newbies won't accuse us of pumping.
Get ready...there will be many.
HUH????????????????????
Lottery is when 6 states are named, and another 44 want it.
Like Kid's Official Launch Weekend being Labor Day and he is performing at the New York State Fair where over 1 million people will attend the fair.
Thus the "be patient" comment.
Oh wait, New York isn't on the list.
Darn.
There's an important point not too be lost here while the board gets bottled up with rhetoric about what time it is.
And that is...
Some 60000 beers were bought at Comerica Park alone that were consumed by Kid Rock fans. That would equate to roughly 30000-40000 fans, or roughly half of the total attendees that tried the beer, drank the beer, loved the beer, will buy the beer again and again. In fact, many are already saying it is their new favorite beer!
That is also 30000-40000 fans who shelled out a minimum of $5.00 for ONE beer in a distraught economy...in a broken city. $3.50 at Chelis. $4.00-$4.50 at the other places.
Oh...the point?
Kid Rock still has 4,970,000 fans give or take that haven't had the pleasure. And we all know how fans are. When alot love...they all love.
Do some more math.
Here.
I'll do it for you.
Remember...
The average per capita beer consumption in the US is 30 gallons per year.
Half of Kid's fans try it, like it, buy it, love it. And on it goes.
Giving the benefit of the doubt, that is 2 million beer drinkers.
That is 26+ million cases of beer being sold at $10 each.
No wonder the price is trapped.
Somebody wants them all.
P.S. That's 4 times the profit of HANS when it was $15.
Unbelievable. He is responding to the nationwide demand for the beer. He already said in the article HIS DISTRIBUTOR had to run back to the brewery to load up. And yet....we are told they don't even have distributors.
Huh?
He isn't talking about Michigan. He isn't talking about 6 states. He is talking about the demand from an entire nation that wants the beer now and distributors are calling MBC to say...pick me..pick me!
A brilliant marketing move actually. Kind of like a lottery!
And those holding DKAM win!
Well, do the math. "Over" 140 barrels is over 280 kegs...which equates to the 300 kegs they originally said they would be shipping to Comerica Park.
That means 300 kegs sold out the first day at Comerica Park. Now, we could dance around whether they were 12 oz. beers at $5.00 or 22 oz. beers at $8.25 all we want. It really doesn't matter.
The point is we said 300 kegs would not be enough...and it wasn't. They scrambled and went and got another 100 barrels. Plus another 50 barrels went to some 15 local businesses including all the bars and restaurantrs attached to Comerica.
Everybody sold out.
Now, this was a "soft launch" weekend. Way faster than beers normally do it. Hell, the labels were just approved the end of June and then reapproved to American Lager on a rush two weeks later for the concerts.
It seems to me this wasn't going to happen, and then maybe Kid stepped up...maybe PK stepped up....in fact...you'd be surprised how many of us stepped up and insisted this had to happen.
The end result is 300 kegs sold out. Another 200 kegs sold out. And another 100 kegs at the businesses and block parties sold out. 600 kegs is 99200 12 oz beers or it's 54109 22 oz. beers. But you know it isn't one or the other. It was likely about 75000 beers or more in two days and it still wasn't enough.
Let them get it ramped up. The City of Detroit showed everyone they were willing to wait this long for the beer. They will not be upset if they have to wait a bit longer for a lifetime supply.
Pssst....the reason for waiting is because the distributor orders coming in from around the country are over the top unbelievable huge.
I'll be the first to say it. Write it down. Book it. Plan on it and bash me for a year for it.
Kid Rock's Badass Beer will be doing $100 million in sales by 2011 and will be outsourced to a minimum of three other brewers just to handle the demand.
Step Two of the four phases is now complete.
I really can't believe somebody was fortunate to buy a million shares at this price.
Funny how they matched up together isn't it?
Over 1 million served...
Now it's obvious what is going on.
:)
Now we know where they went...
DKAM transferred some key Trademarks over to Kid Rock himself away from Michigan Brewing. As with our other products, we retain the licenses.
Rock Red is a 22 oz. Boilermaker Badass Beer and two ounces of Red Stag. I would venture a price tag of $12.99 for a 4 pack. DKAM will have the distribution rights.
I'll let you chew on the other one for awhile...

Correct. The album was pushed back to next spring for two reasons.
He had the chance to get together and work with his old friend Rick Rubin on the album.
He didn't feel it was fair to himself or his fans to be doing a Nationwide Launch of Badass Beer and a New Album at the same time.
So, he put off the album so he could focus a solid 6 months on Badass promotion and putting out a better album.
Hands on...hands on.
"Trouble's Brewing"
Kid Rock Goes Green!
Biodiesel powers Kid Rock’s Badass Beer
By Robin Shreeves
Wed, Jul 22 2009
Kid Rock's using a sustainable brewery to brew his new American Badass Beer.
Last weekend Kid Rock launched his own brew, American Badass Beer, at two concerts he performed in Detroit. He’s been working with the Michigan Brewing Co. for the past year on the beer that he describes in the Detroit Free Press as “American-style lager … easy to drink without an aftertaste.”
"I'm American, that's what I like to drink, and from looking around the parking lot before my shows, I know that's what my fans drink," Kid Rock said.
The beer will be available statewide in Michigan and will roll out across the US over the next twelve months.
Back in 2007, Michigan Brewing Company (MBC) switched to biodiesel to power the steam generator that produces their beers. I find it interesting that MBC’s website has very little to say about their sustainable efforts. Except for the 2007 press release about switching to biodiesel, the website has little else to say on the subject. I found more information on Capital Gains Media.
MBC also houses the Biorefinery Training Facility, which includes a biodiesel-making operation. Both the stills and biodiesel refinery are used for research, teaching and outreach. Combined, they are training dozens of people to tap into the emerging green bioeconomy.
MSU’s student body, largely unaware, is also contributing to the enterprise. Recycled fryer grease from campus cafeterias and the canola seed from Charlotte are the two sources of the biodiesel that MBC uses to power its steam generator to heat water to make beer.
MBC also uses some biodeisel to power their employee vehicles and recycles their waste mash by giving it to local farmers to feed their hogs.
I wonder if Kid Rock knows his beer is being powered by biodeisel. I wonder if MBC knows that adding this information to their website is important because these days, everyone wants to know if the companies they are buying from are environmentally responsible.
I wonder if a beer that’s made for the American masses that’s easy to drink and has no aftertaste has any taste at all. I suppose I should reserve my judgment until I actually get a chance to taste it.

Hey buddy? Need a hand?
Even more interesting...
Look at Snoop's schedule beginning Aug 23rd.
http://www.snoopdogg.com/events/
Interesting....
Nope, just like we don't talk about the number of 100's and 500's and 1000 and 2000 that get sent into the bid of DKAM at the close to reflect the weakest close possible that do not print until after the bell has rung because the idiot is too stupid to realize when you need to send it so it prints before the bell.
Just like yesterday. And on and on.
Exactly what I was thinking, and did expect. But as we quickly found out, the voice mails are full, the phones ringing off the hook, and 44 other states saying, "Pick me now."
Let it shake out. Press releases and CCs take time away from every available moment required to meet demand.
I'm fine with learning what we did. Remember one thing though. Putting a huge amount of emphasis on a soft launch actually steals thunder from the Labor Day launch. Then it will seem like rehashing old news.
Kid wants the media at his beck and call then. I'll let it play out the way he intended.
Thank you. I think what is more worth noting is the intense number of places in doing due diligence where DKAM is mentioned, the same person is also there to make sure anyone looking at the stock is aware that LIQR filed lawsuit against them. That is synonymous to somebody going in to buy a Honda Accord, and somebody following them on to the lot from GM to tell them all the times Hondas have been in car accidents with GM cars. Yet never tells them that in every instance, it was the faulty GM car that caused the accident. It now borders on, in fact is, defacto bashing of DKAM and will be pursued legally.
Shows you the difference in the class of investor. I can't find any blogs away from here where LIQR is getting slammed by NON LIQR investors who are invested in DKAM.
I agree. Especially when someone has to run over to another computer, create another alias, and make one post to tell me that.
I'd prefer to keep this one alias, and then keep banging away on LIQR until it's zero where it belongs.
But it will be there anyway in due time.
Yeah, we saw you. The MO is obvious. Take out the .20 for 5K and paint 100 shares at .30. I'm surprised it took so long to get over here and post it.

You all did know about this right?
Coming to stores and restaurants near you! :)
Thought I'd leave it for yet another surprise. At least now you know the new slogan for the beer and the TV commercials and the POP displays. (Yes, we know about the apostrophe)
More to come boys and girls!
