"The company has secured all of its proprietary assets of note."
In what way have they "secured" their assets?
TIA
"I can show you much worse situations, and they came back!"
Nerd, please share with us all worse situations where they came back....factoring in of course- no assets, SEC investigation, a de-listing, etc, etc.
TIA
Nerd, what assets do you believe GTEM.PK have at this time? Liquid or otherwise.
TIA
Vern...what GTEM.PK assets are you referring to that have any value and hold no liens?
TIA
BS Nerd...that's why all Enron claims go to Arthur Anderson...right? WRONG...stop kidding yourself about their negligence and start holding them accountable.
Risk, I'm curious when and if the restatements "go public" the likelihood for a class action (largely based on possible Centerline fraud). Of course none of our "long" friends here would participate....but perhaps those few rogue longs....
thoughts
Cole....Fifteen Cents is another dubious distinction.....One Cent pre-reverse split. I'm conflicted, Mide told us all that the Three Muskateers were protecting shareholder value and conserving cash. Now in fairness to Mide, it would appear that GTEM.PK is conserving cash the old-fashioned way - by not paying their bills...but I gotta disagree on shareholder value. But that's just my good old fashioned Humble Opinion.
Danielle, please share with us what information GTEM.PK could have provided to Elbit that isn't available to all stakeholders, of course on an audited basis...because, as you know...the last 3 years is either unreported or to be restated.
TIA
MBA, did you catch the ERHE CC? Well received by the 14% drop in today's share price. I'm confident EO is quickly signing up new partners now that he is unburdened by his former COB demands.
4 minutes for Mig's $3.00 prediction. It's not looking good.
Just think MBA, had you shorted with your average price of .66 you would have tripled your money. Of course a three bagger is chump change to a salty old veteran such as yourself.
No doubt you must be averaging down at these basement levels???
Better chance of GTEM.PK releasing the financials on August 15th, 2007 than $3.00 per share IMHO. But of course, you already knew that.
There's nothing to reason with - MBA is nothing more than a Riverboat Gambler looking for a lottery ticket.
Would you put your entire retirement savings in these two stocks?
ERHE & MOSH
and the guy claims to "instruct MBA students" in the virtues of Riverboat Gambling???
Perhaps some stakeholders feel that the COB / Board members should protect / properly account for the assets of the corporation. But I guess that's just me.
Have a nice day!!!
Well let's see...Dumas was COB and Klein a director during the salad days of Centerline. I'm not suggesting they have been deposed, merely asking if anyone knows if they have been.
Does anyone know if Dumas or Dorian Klein have been deposed by the SEC???
TIA
MBA doesn't post much because his ERHE holdings are now worth 33 cents on the dollar. Another "get rich quick scheme" gone bad. Not to worry....he'll bounce back with another penny stock idea and it'll be blue sky, apple pie all over again.
So back to square one Nerd...no revenues....no cash...only PRs...and the way to raise more capital...dilute the existing shareholders...yep Nerd...sounds like a fine investment to me!
But you already knew this.
Frank....I understand...you're looking for a lottery ticket!!
BOL
Frank...I'm not going to debate you on your perceptions / interpretations of the financial restatements. Globetel's operating expenses didn't decrease...only the costs associated with Centerline. Thus the greater percentage of loss to revenue ratio. Then there's the rather minor issue of their valuation of intangible assets...but that's another story.
Frank, why is it so hard for you to see how the general / institutional investing public sees this company? Some would say that at best...they run a sleezy operation...some would say worse.
BOL
"Besides what difference does it make" not at all Frank...just fodder for the minions...
Just Frank...when I say greater %...I'm including all Globetel expenses as the denominator...I agree the margin spread is the same.
Just Frank....you don't get it...I can't say how it's done in PennyLand (your domain) but with real growth stocks increasing revenues is a good indicator of future success (in the absence of profits).
Yes...you should be excited...now the loss is even a greater percentage of revenues!!! So cash on cash return is......
you go boy!!!
Rhaps...baloney...it is about the #'s, time will tell if the SEC: directly takes action and/or refers matters to the DOJ.
Let's see Rhaps....they told you they had revenue in excess of 80 million....and now it's going to be a fraction of that...that's right, a fraction. I think a robust & compelling lawsuit could be slapped down for fraud. But that's just me and my good ole' humble opinion.
But hey, it's your money.
BOL
"GTEM needs to release the financials ASAP. Doing so in 2-3 weeks loses the momentum of this NR"
Are you as optomistic about the financials as the PR? Because, I'm strongly of the opinion they'll have the opposite / devastating effect on the PPS. JMHO & BOL
The Irony of it ALL!!! A Great PR on the same day they go to court concerning the eviction of the blimp.
I guess any minute now Elisra will be releasing their version of the PR.
Nerd, perhaps you could provide the naysayers with some specific companies who "started up" a network (internationally or domestically) and turned a profit after 6 months...this would go a long way in quelling the "bashers".
TIA
Cole the difference between 68 & 70 subscribers is what we "in the business" refer to as "critical mass".
However, you're forgetting Bleckman's standard excuse: VPN is responsible for the marketing...if anyone is failing it's them.
The instability of the region seems to be effecting the Board Moderator's favorite stock in the JDZ - ERHE.
Or is this a buying opportunity?
Perhaps MBA can share his thoughts on a technical bottom?
TIA
Mide, still waiting for the skinny on the Conference Call.
TIA
Why the delay in posting the financials? We all know why. They're going to be devastating. No spin, no NMC..nada and I mean nothing will help. When you see what the actual "agent" revenues were...it will be pathetic...agreed...no greater loss but the Huff Pump machine sold you a bill of goods of a growing stream of revenues...approaching 100 million dollars. I think the question will be...is this a simple accounting mistake or out and out fraud.
Soon enough boys it will be good night sweet prince. GTEM.PK will have limited options; BK, go private or sell the assets which I believe have a negative net worth. What's left for the common? A big goose egg.
Yes...bout 60 feet...and GTEM.PK proved you could put more on a Ford F-150 than a NASCAR bumper sticker.
Cole...on behalf of all stakeholders...the future success of GTEM.PK is not entirely dependent on NMC. VozBrazil, Anywhere Caller (vital components of the Superhub) may indeed dump copious amounts of cash into the coffers of our little pup. Additionally, a major investment bank such as Caterham might shower GTEM.PK with some much needed cash. And lastly, because it would be the right thing to do....those employees who received the non-recourse loans might just decide to repay them.
"GTEM's CEO is now debating whether to hold the 04' & 05' and release all financials together in mid August 2007 in lieu of releasing them separate."
I can see the wisdom in that. Give them the Super Duper Whammy or the Double knock out punch.
Cole you're asking the wrong person. Mide would know, heck he was on a conference call with K-2 Minnow just yesterday.
Crossing the pond Mide...from Heathrow to So. FLA or Canada....I know...you can't remember which.
Did K-Minnow-2 have a limo pick him up from his basement flat office?
Mide...how does this protect shareholder value and conserve cash? JustFrank told me that in this modern, digital, paradigm shifting world the K-2 minnow could conduct business fine from London. Who's gonna pay for the plane tickets? Who? The shareholders....credit to cash and debit to travel expense account.
Any chance the 83 Hotzones shipped to Pachuca were pulled out of the German disaster, i.e. "used equipment"????
TIA
Ah yes Cole....the tough questions....we don't like tough questions @ GTEM.PK. Could you a throw us a softball question like Larry King would.....something like ...what do the Perlatas like to eat???
Assuming NMC really is up and running...which I don't. I think it likely that they might have a few customers...thus the Bleckman quandary; if we release actual numbers...let's say 20 - 50 customers...it'll go over like spoiled milk....if we say nothing...we can invent a better explanation....due to VPN system billing software upgrades / compatibility issues, new customers have been placed in VPN commingled accounts. Due to the confidentiality of these other VPN accounts, numbers cannot be released at this time. However, rest assured absorption margins are moving forward at a fruitful pace.
I wonder how many VOZBrazil customers we have and how many Anywhere Caller Plans have been sold.
