Absolutely correct Calbonga, I was about to post the EXACT same thought. When I spoke with Roger, he said they were aware of the mistake and working to get the correct one filed/posted, AND, that I would be VERY VERY happy with the numbers in it.....

Tim was gone for the day, but they put me thru to Roger, he promised to let their accounting firm know about the error, and said he would work to get the situation rectified.... FWIW

There seems to be about an hour delay on the sec.gov site, if you click the 'latest filings' link in the upper right of the page, filings are still coming in, and updating every few minutes, but the timestamp of the latest is 16:44

Last ride, entry around .18, exit at .96 Took about 3 weeks. Can't remember if news driving it, or just technicals. Just incredible, CBAYE, this ONE deal ALONE is worth more than the market cap today. The shorts have had their way with the pps since it got the E, however, 10Q is due out this WEEK. Shorty keeps talking all the usual BS about dilution, debt, etc. I called the transfer agent, the share structure has NOT changed. excerpt from a couple weeks ago, and I believe these numbers will be conservative:

On December 18, 2006, the Company issued a news release announcing the acquisition of 85 Single Family Residence building lots in Port Charlotte, Florida. The 85 lots were purchased from a private development group in Florida. Cal-Bay plans to start the development process in the first quarter of 2007. When fully developed the project is expected to yield $16-20M and generate approximately $4-5M in profit. Cal-Bay plans to use one of its subsidiary companies to develop the property.

A subsequent 8-k report will be filed with regard to the financial statements of the acquisition.
