You really need to educate yourself on price manipulation. You really like to avoid the whole picture. Conveniently forget about the 100 share trades throughout the day that manipulate the price downward. Back to today, 13K shares trade at 3:52 EST for $.0245. The trade before was at 3:32 EST. Making it real.
God bless you brother or sister. Funny how the 5 or 6 continue to spew misinformation and that the almost 35,000 shareholders are wrong. We appreciate your service here. GLTA
I don't think you understand the term "paint". It is the process whereby a very minimal amount of shares (usually 100 or less) is utilized as the last trade of the day to purposefully move the stock price either upward or downward. A 310K share buy is over 15% of the days volume. Also, the last trade today was 101 shares. Point of fact and Stock buying 101.
Tape painted down on 101 shares. Previous trade was a 390K share buy. Crickets from the gallery.
Fridays close was a 50K buy at the close. Dropped the price. quit spewing BS about "painting the tape".
Great day. Hope you had a chance to read the Niterra PR from Friday. An incredible opportunity for NSI and the aquaculture industry. On a side note, and with all due respect, the information being presented around costs, technology, legal etc. are just SWAGS. The company has kept this information confidential under trade secrets. Niterra has had access to the information and has made their decision. Cheers.
Pretty exciting news from Niterra on the licensing deal. Looks like they are gearing up for the next phases. About ready to crack the $2.5B Japanese shrimp market wide open over the next five years. And get to add additional species.

The following quotes from the release really were quite impressive: "Groundbreaking Technology Licensing Agreement" and "Natural Shrimp's cutting edge Electrocoagulation EC and Hydrogas Technologies". Verbatim from the $8B international conglomerate.
Nope. Diversion not going to work this time.
Your share count is what is fake. This a NEW PR. Sorry.
Fake.
Too bad it was just sent this AM from Niterra. Has nothing to do with NSI. Really going to cause some pain for the B teamers.
Last word on the two arm chair lawyers theories:
1. Judge signed off on the transaction
2. Shares were exchanged.
3. Shareholders signed releases (99% of the SH).
4. No appeal filed.
Continue crying
How about that post about the registration statement going effective in December. Last I saw it was effective two-three weeks ago. That's on top of the statement that Niterra is not in the shrimp business. Oh well.
Gotta go. I'll let the arm chair lawyers, accountants, economists, scientists etc. battle it out. Cheers.
From Niterra:
Dirk Schapeler, President of Niterra Ventures Company, added, “Land-based food production plays an increasingly important role to provide healthy food to the world's growing population and this requires water quality management. We currently have a team working on a land-based aquaculture system that detects changes in ammonia levels to stabilize the environment for healthy shrimp growth and production. We believe the use of NaturalShrimp’s proprietary technologies will further advance our capabilities to produce premium quality shrimp using a high degree of automation within an indoor environment.”
Yep.
Back for just a few hours. Might want to check out this link on Niterra and their aquaculture plans. Apologize that it is in Japanese with some English subtitles. This is what you are buying into when you purchase stock in NSI. The potential sales and net income could be in the billions based on the Japanese shrimp market. Cheers https://www.ngkntk.co.jp/corporate/advertising/modal/prod02-en.html
Don't receive PM's. Not invested in propaganda.
What he does is ask for information. After it is provided, oh no that's not what I meant. What it means that it doesn't fit his agenda.
Nothing "thrown against the wall". An integrated strategy on brand new technology. You might want to do research on some of the companies (i.e. Tesla) and what said about them at this stage, from folks like you.
The bulk of the shrimp (90%+) is imported from areas like southeast Asia. Continue eating that stuff.
More misinformation. Financials don't tell the story around the Niterra transaction and what it means on a going forward basis. Doesn't tell the story of the delays caused by YOTA. A very simplistic answer. So much more to this story than the published financials.
Doogey, Doesn't fit their narrative. They want people to believe there aren't any sales. Blatant misinformation.
You need to take a class in Registration statements. The amendment was due to the termination. My offer of the effectiveness still stands. It will be within 7-10 days.
Looks like their financing group is letting loose today. Need to make that rent payment of $38K.
Nope. Not 23 years. Public since 2015, Tech changeout 2014. Not billions of shares. There is debt, but much less than value of assets. Really like the way your misinformation is spread.
The response was for ONE location. Those responding here can ride their bike or take the bus to ANY of the stores that sell the product. I don't think any of these posters can actually own a car. Couldn't pass the drivers test.
Asia market N/W San Antonio. Deliveries every Thursday. Sell-out within 30 minutes. Go away.
I wouldn't put too much stock in your statement. Pretty well known on their store/restaurant distribution. Maybe you shop behind the store in the large green containers that are by the loading dock.
No need for theatrics. The Q will be materially the same as the previous 10q and 10K. But you know that. Your agenda is and has been on full display.
A targeted dump of over 3M shares at 2:30 PM on a Friday. My guess it was an angry YOTA investor mad they couldn't make a quick one. IMO. This company had a market cap of $135M last October. Nothing but positive news since and it loses 75% of it's value. This is a money making toy for the market makers on the OTC. It will always bounce back because people realize the impact on the industry. It will replace every biofloc operation on the planet in the next few years, more than likely under a Fortune 100 management team.
Too bad it bounced back for a small loss. It was a targeted dump. Know it wasn't you. You don't have that kind of money.
You sir know absolutely nothing about NSI. You may have known what they were doing 7-8 years ago, but not now. You are now associated with a pond company that will try to grow shrimp, where many more skilled professionals have failed. NSI is a tech company that will sell shrimp. Selling shrimp is not the basis for this company. I know it hurts watching it bounce right back from this mornings dump. Good buying opportunity.
They let you and Eq out of the ditch digging for GRPS to go out and post. nice.
I think your time would be better spent working the dirt ponds. SHMP will be fine. Plenty of assets to ride it out. Only a few months out from cash flow positive.
Done on a Friday for maximum impact.
Probably YOTA shareholders looking to exit due to the termination.
Might want to read their filings. Audited filings BTW. It is in the revenue section.
Nobody listens to these guys anymore. Been spouting the same diatribe the last few years. They just wait for a filing or a PR and then spin it to feed their negativity. The agenda seems to be that they are trying to protect another company that NSI will take down, shrimp boaters, etc.
I'll refer you to the 8K and the subsequent Press Release. NSI terminated, not YOTA. YOTA can do whatever it wants. NSI looks like it has a new NASDAQ plan, on the same NASDAQ timing as the SPAC deal. But I know your all knowing eye will dispute that. Be on the lookout for the S-1A and very quick effectiveness.
