Can you PM the man's email?
Obliged to you.
Fair enough, let's see what he says.
I stand corrected. Thanks for the document.
Wasn't saying you'd said it before. Was merely pointing out that it's the kind of rhetoric I've seen before and it didn't end well.
How long. Clearly, not as long as you.
No offence intended, but I shy away from such hyperbole wherever it appears in the stock market, as it almost inevitably ends in tears.
This stock is a no brainer and a no loser for anyone that bought in the 0.00's for sure. Everyone else is carrying the risk.
GLTA
Oh dear.
This statement:
"Best I've ever seen in my 20+ years of grinding it out on the OTC" is very worrying!
Countless times now I've seen this type of thing (or very similar statements) posted in pumped stocks.
Justify?
https://thebowserreport.com/financial-news/the-nasdaqs-minimum-bid-price-requirement/ yes why not. Been a while since I visited Vietnam.
NASDAQ listing requires Min pps $1 correct.
Why won't they RS to get there?
In that case, did anyone ever follow up on this post I made some time ago........
Guys I live in Malaysia. This is one of, if not THE biggest manufacturing countries of surgical gloves in the world.
Maybe someone who has the contact with Greg can ask why they are not targeting these companies with this technology:
1) http://www.topglove.com/
2) http://www.supermax.com.my
3) https://kossan.com.my/
4) https://hartalega.com.my/
5) https://www.comfort-rubber.com.my/
6) http://www.rubberex.com.my/
7) http://www.careplus.com/
Top Glove is by far the biggest.

Anytime the Rotmans want to get into this market, have them get in touch with me. They can easily check my credentials on Linkedin.
Then this is excellent news. Family businesses tend to want to stay that way if they can hand down through the generations. Very good.
His Dad?!
Well the man who said that certainly wasn't you was it?
Read my posts. All qualified opinions, not bashing. You are welcome to your shares, but I doubt very much indeed you know what you own. GLTY2
Perhaps someone can put this into plain English, but I do not understand wall the hullabaloo surrounding these insider buys. Does someone somewhere actually think that the fact that insiders bought at preferential prices means they are going to dump them into the bid? Or are we just dealing with one or two no nothings here who don't understand how share options, remuneration packages and investment in the company you work for actually works?
Someone kindly tell me why this is a negative?
Must be such a rare occurrence for you to have such strong emotions about it. Happens so often for me it's boring lol.
Anyway, it's not about being right, it's about getting to the right answer.
You'll learn.
I see more fluff and hyperbole puts a few cents on the pps.
Dear oh dear you really have no conception of a sympathy play do you. Or sorry, is this actually Peter under an assumed name.
Under the patent, they are conjoined twins.
What you're saying makes things even worse for NS, because they have been conspicuous by their absence. They say nothing, do nothing. Farmers not businessmen. Go take a cold shower and lay off the sauce, you might learn something, never know.
One word - Agree.
Nice chap I'm sure, but this really does go to prove that they have got their PR machine completely wrongly calibrated and the need for a professional IR firm (amongst many other things) is clear and well overdue.
Peter, when are you going to learn to stop using Fake Book to send out your PR. Even Musk has the sense to tweet. FB is for cottage industries and to sell your worthless possessions online, (aside from fake news and snuff videos of course).
Get real Peter, are you a bona fide company or not?
It's all retailer volume guys. No tutes want in even after all of the hype.
All of those meetings at the two events. If I was one of the big guns and I saw potential in this, I'd be buying now. Vol is nowhere near enough for accumulation.
Friend, distribution businesses have been my career for 30 years. Anyone can check me out on Linkedin it's easy.
I'm sorry, you're just plain wrong.
Quite possible but if it does, I would not buy there as that will be definite dilution city now. The cat's out of the bag as far as parabolic rises from 2 cents to 95 are concerned. That will not happen again even if the price goes back there.
So if it hits 10 cents and goes sideways a whiles, then worth a punt IMHO.
Wait for 10 cents then buy and forget about it.
Come back in a year and see if you're rich or lost all.
It's a binary play now this. They screwed up not announcing what this bloody patent can actually achieve not what's written on the paper and what certain gobshites associated with the company keep saying it will do.
Numbers, independently verified reports, order bookings, Joint Ventures. That's their only chance and they aren't coming are they?
All go buy a few shares in SBUX before you sleep, so you can wake up and smell the coffee.
Licensing is merely a revenue stream just like any other product or service sales contract. Usually the licensing agreement will have restrictive covenants included that prevent NS from directly competing with the licensee's customers. That means they gain revenue for the license to utilise the tech, but lose all of potential customers they could otherwise have approached directly.
Personally, if they license the tech to one of the bigger outfits and deprive themselves of future income from large key accounts, I think it could prove a disastrously restrictive strategy.
Might as well franchise the whole operation instead.
I'm a trader not an investor. A year from now could equally be bankrupt. Have fun and GL.
BTW I'm not your friend and the only thing I see as regards DD on your part to testify to your understanding re. the company and the Market Cap is that you know how to type in ALL CAPS.
spose you use Robbing Hood is it or TOS?
Don't know the relevance, but IB will no longer allow any buying on this stock.
They say it's because SHMP withdrew from CNS.
Quote: "CNS is clearing service (settlement) and the company is not using this kind of services anymore and therefore we decided to prevent client opening new positions".
Any other IB platform users can help confirm same.
After close position, can no longer buy.
Thanks Mr Delightful. Delighted to have been of service (though some would say not haha).
Very best of luck to you.
Has the HR even been published?
Don't forget that one of the comments made by Peter in his post-New Orleans Fake Book Post, was that none of the meeting's attendees even asked for the HR, which to me, is him downplaying its relevance to deal partners. Why?
This has again been a concern to me because if it were so stunning, it'd be a cause for celebration and they would be telling those same meeting partners (and the ROTW), the exceptional results, whether they asked for them or not. Of course you would as it is one of the major KPI's upon which the whole premise of farming shrimp naturally in accordance with the Patient rests. That they can do the same thing as every other Aquaculturist, but better and with far less mortality.
So why wasn't it flagged to potential buyers of the product/M&A partners? It's essentially their chief USP and a Buyers entire Value Proposition for the business rests upon this key metric vis s vis competitors?
More questions than answers now this stock and I'm sorry longs and bagholders, but Peter's performance during and after this event has done NS no favours at all.
Note also Boston post-event quiet period? Or simply another dismal failure to get their value proposition across?
Sold my entire remaining position yesterday. Been rewarded handsomely on this one, so cannot complain. But the party's over now.
Yesterday there were no shares available to buy on my platform.
Personally I think the company have handled recent events in the worst possible way, demonstrable of their immaturity as a viable C-suite of a going concern company. They are farmers and industry production experts not businessmen. They didn't hire according to the opportunity and that shows great naivity of their needs going forward.
As for a buyout or tie up with a large MNC, not going to happen this side of Christmas imho. The need to seek further toxic finance proves that they lack other sources of an M&A nature.
So I'm sidelined for now awaiting teens from where I will average down if renter at all.
GLTA.
If this is about raising funds (and I don't know becos as I say I'm outstation), then it will go lower.
It proves they do not have a buyer or a serious investor other then the toxic financier they've been bled dry by before.
Hope I'm wrong but I'll pass for a while.
link to S1?
Outstation what's the news?
Fair enough....short term.
XLE showing signs of weakness and it's Friday. Exercise caution.
Not trying to dampen the sentiment here, but this also been heavily front loaded over the last week (especially on the 18th and 20th).

See that bid really building up there peeps with eager beaver Buyers.....errrrm
Ok seen them now. Shocking!
Contrarian maybe, but I see this as a gap down today. Definitely red eod. By comparison to all the hype, this is a poor set of results, especially as they were delayed and delayed and delayed and bigged up all the way.
Nvm longs like me. I'll take the hit. Poor company, big mistake. Maybe new product line will save them. Believe it's banana flavoured, honey coated, rice krispies lol
Oh yes it's early. I keep forgetting there are only three time zones in the world and they are all in the good old US of A. MAGA lmao.
