Don't know the relevance, but IB will no longer allow any buying on this stock.

They say it's because SHMP withdrew from CNS.

Quote: "CNS is clearing service (settlement) and the company is not using this kind of services anymore and therefore we decided to prevent client opening new positions".

Any other IB platform users can help confirm same.

After close position, can no longer buy.
