The guy has 6 rings and was one of the greats! It's like calling us Jordan... Gosh the 90's were great in Chicago! Loved watching those games. :)
He's salty because MX is more like Leflop. Every time we point out something that was over promised and under delivered, he flops and calls foul.
I would tend to agree. However, speed connect customers can't wait that long.
Maybe a little run before eoy like they usually do? Running out of time but they could surprise everyone..
Thats a good take Pea
Yeah. For some reason I think there is more to it. But you are probably right
I would just like to see them current.
Not filing is a choice. The excuse is gone (IST) unless he wants to be in the expert market for some reason?
Maybe he thought they were going to launch last time they were in it (which lasted like 2 months or so) seemed like forever..
Maybe they are close and want to cause some excitement and a major run leaving the everyday traders and possibly those manipulating it in the dust. Posible that the last chance average joes had to buy cheapies was that little time between pink and EM? Who knows, but people aren't selling and don't seem to be scared.
Not filing just seems intentional to me.
Thanks. I had posted a pretty lengthy list about a few weeks back. But I will look again. Maybe someone can find it.
The CEO's liked their own pr about the mergers when tpt/st3 posted it
No need. They all have liked ST3's posts on Linked in. I have confirmed that. They wouldn't if fraud
Not trying to "sker" anyone Leflop. Just posting facts and DD. Anytime someone posts something, you call foul and flop like a baby.
Can you get ahold of anyone at SpeedConnect/ VuMe to become a customer? I have tried, have you?
Honest posts seem to stir you up.
Is Speed Connect is under management of VuMe Wiresless. Is VuMe Wireless a thing yet???
These numbers aren't even going to a live person (Not 1 of their phone numbers) You can't even get a sales person on the phone. My guess is because they have nothing to sell anymore. NOT GOOD. They have pretty much let this fall to the dumps while they "attempt to launch" VuMe Wireless (which is just a name on a website) at the moment, and nothing more.
If you don't believe me, call the numbers yourself like I have. Zero answers, not returned calls or emails.
While I don't doubt ST3 is trying to get this launched, he has let the Speed Connect fizzle. He is stuck and scrambling. Unfortunately, It is making the VuMe name look bad (if that ever even materializes) because this is not the transition or launch you want, unless he is days or weeks away from "fixing speed connect" issues by saying it is under VuMe management. lol WHO IS VUME MANAGEMENT???? There isn't a real person, it's not a network yet.
Gotta move on this soon, because the VuMe name is getting tarnished by the day ahead of it's launch. The idea was to launch a new product to current SC customers, not lose the customers ahead of the launch of the new product. We don't even have a customer service, sales rep, etc to pay or make sales. Not even sure if they have a network or customers anymore?
Happy Thanksgiving all!
Yep. It's up there with Christmas vacation as a "holiday" classic. Not quite the same caliber, but a classic none the less.
Lol. Nah. Didn't get picked because I have a face for radio.. :0
Yeah, I was in a group with my grandpa but our group didn't get picked. Oh well. Still a great story. We didn't know it was going to be such a classic
I was almost an extra in that movie. So close! I was there when it was being filmed. My family is from Woodstock, IL.
Grandma still lives there.
They left one sign up intentionally in the square where it was filmed. Woodstock Jewelers.
What Don?!!! One of the greats!!
Ok, thanks.
Just trying to figure out what the end game here is. Hoping VuMe (super app) stays under TPTW and ASHI becomes VuMe Wireless.
Seems like they are setting something up to have both potentially go to Nas if VuMe Super App stays under TPTW ticker/entity. Agreed Pea, TPTW has a chance with those acquisitions (if they complete them) 2024 it is!!!! :) what's one more year. haha
Obviously, all of this is a stretch right now that we are back in EM with delayed filings... lol but just trying to figure out what their plans are. The silence leaves us with speculation and guessing.
Gotcha. If that takes place and they take those steps (which I imagine will have to happen soon), can ASHI be on the Nas while TPTW isn't?
Well, if they do spin Speed Connect (now VuMe Wireless) off into ASHI; which is why they purchased it, I would hope we end up receiving some Divi's of that based on the amount of shares we own. The entire reason I invested in this company was for their 5G and broadband and now they are going to spin it off??
Can ASHI go to Nasdaq without TPTW going? Serious question.
Interesting they have updated vume and not updated that. Makes you wonder. Jenna is gone.
I agree. The potential is definitely there!
I say we see it. (Not that it even matters) one way or the other. Lol
But of we don't, is it still Everett's fault? ;)
Looks like a few updates to the VuMe Page.
I am getting more and more curious as to how VuMe is going to work. Look at this login link.
https://geo.vume.live/login
Looks like all the apps plug into VuMe?
Sky Sports and Netflix etc...?
You have to look at it from PC not phone to see the apps. Phone just looks like payment login. That green area on a PC has a bunch of apps listed.
Also, good morning Jake and everyone!
Yeah, it has to be simultaneously dropped with full explanation and transparency or news ahead of rs. Otherwise, pps gets much uglier, which is possible.
He has gone this far without the rs though, so me thinks he will drop the big news or have it right around the corner from said rs.
What does or what would the rs accomplish ahead of news for the company?
Oh boy. That's a lot of zeroooooooos
I have mentioned Claudia and this before, but as we get potentially closer to a VuMe "launch", I remind folks of Claudia's reach and trying to put the pieces together myself. I imagine they will be one of our partners or paid advertisers from the jump. Claudia and Jose Villafane are partners on 2 endeavors and this is his site (Links Below). Claudia was at Bloomberg for 20yrs in a high capacity role for Latin America while spending time in the UK too. (which we just announced a deal on for Geokall) She is in charge of VuMe partnerships.
So if you take BII, TekMovil and add 10million listeners a week! (from her partnership broadcasting company) you have a great start to a marketing campaign. And that is just Latin America...

Seeing them update their websites to go along with it is positive too (while it doesn't officially mean anything) it is nice to see it simultaneously updated. Closer and closer to something.
Sitting tight myself, just waiting to see which extremist is correct. ;)
India and Digithrive which is connected to India/Harnish.
India was supposed to be bigger news than Ghana. St3's words.
Maybe all of these are pending in the queue?
Regardless, most if not all of them agreed to partner in exchange for shares. They've all seen something we haven't. Peek behind the curtain and liked the opportunity.
I agree. Just saying it also cost them. But they probably learned a bunch too.
I wonder if we see par value change? Sheesh
Can that be done?
Med tech wiped them out of funds. They bet it all on that horse and it didn't pay off. Got close but it set them years behind to complete VüMe.
I think if med tech had succeeded even just a little, we would see VuMe up and running. Oh well. Live and learn.
Still got a dog in the race though. Might be a wounded dog.. Buuuuttt Don't care at this point, as long as it finishes the race.
Yep, you are probably right.
6 days away from 1yr BPI announcement and nothing from that...
Maybe we see fins and news in a few weeks?
That's what I'm thinking. Somethings gotta give.
Hard to resist at this price. Its a.bold strategy. Let's see if it pays off.

Nah. Just me scooping up my last 2 and heezy
I've been accused of being a "Y'all" too.
Only thing I've done is provide DD, constructive criticism and some optimistic views with some speculation. However, I do have concerns. e.g, their financial situation, timely filings, and missed deadlines.
Other than that, I stand behind my investments. But somehow, I am now a Y'all? No other accounts and no shenanigans. I call out both ridiculous claims like a few others.
I give the company the benefit of the doubt sometimes because I understand the struggles of having been self-employed for 20yrs. And my business was nowhere near this in-depth. Being in business is taking punches and getting back up then pivoting when need be.
Somehow ST3 is still in the fight despite all the punches and hurdles. Some he has caused. While med tech was a side project it decimated speed connect and their assets to complete VuMe by like 2-3yrs. Tough lesson to learn. Yet here we are, and they still didn't go bankrupt or RS us to oblivion like he could've.
While I don't like the current state of the pps, it could be much much worse.
While I am not a fan of his communication, I admire his tenacity and resilience to adversities. That is what I want in a CEO that I have invested in. Moon or bust!
Its been a rough ride.
Not sure they have made promises, but missed deadlines and forecasts for sure. I hear ya. They haven't hit one, but that doesn't mean they aren't on track to fulfill all those forward looking statements which all had "anticipated" or extensions built in as a safe guard.
If you look at the list of what they intend to build through shares acquisitions, it is impressive. It's also impressive if they accomplish it and that those people are willing to give up their company for said shares.
Hopefully your patience isn't in vain like the rest of the longs. Wish you and everyone the best!
No doubt. Just trying to see the big picture if they pull it all together. End game goal.
Agree. Play at your own risk here. We all know and understand the risks.
Just trying to surmise some "potential" of what they are building and paint a picture.
Internet provider with Speed Connect and "soon to be" BII
Wireless Phone & Internet with VuMe (leading to bundle package) to compete with the conglomerates.
Tekmovil to have the phone with app and services built in to the phone
Crypto trading to drive people to the phone & app to trade all crypto
"Digithrive" to mine the crypto to drive people to Speed Connect and VuMe
VuMe to monetize creator content to drive people to the app and trade that money for crypto real time
VuMe for worldwide tv, with no shortage of entertainment, news, etc...
Blue Collar for media and possibly more content
Geokell for the SIM card.
Utilize Divi Labs as their wallet
So you get the customer into the ecosystem to earn money by Digithrive, content creation, to pay for your Speed Connect internet service trying to make it almost free (OR to earn money) from your provider. That is something no other conglomerate carrier provides that I know of. Instead, we are paying hundreds of dollars to these monopolies.
I would say they are on to something, IF THEY PULL IT OFF.
Now plug that ecosystem into a smart city, and you have affordable housing with internet services that can sustain themselves with a crypto miner at an extremely affordable price, while having the ability to monetize through content creation.
To sum it up, they could have recurring revenue from:
Speed Connect (monthly service)
VuMe (monthly service)
Possible transaction fee per crypto trade?
Digithrive (possible service or mining fee?) OR just sales from the Digithrive Miner
Tekmovil for Phone purchases
Probably left some things out, however, it seems like they have a lot of the bases covered to prepare for the launch. No wonder these companies are willing to hand over their business for shares to be a part of this opportunity.
*Also, Good morning Jake and all!
I thought so too Pea. While I know these are just updates to the website and this is another acquisition, seems to be steps in the right direction for the launch. Lot's of puzzle pieces. Hopefully their road show secured some financing to finally get the app live.
They seem to be leveraging these Series E shares as collateral until they drop a funding bomb and just pay them off??? Who knows, but that seems likely to me. Just some speculation.

Has anyone posted this? Little update and movement....
I have been preoccupied. Just noticed some news hit. Dang, roughly 140milly traded yesterday?! and we still closed flat? WOW!
Nice to see this guy from Bloomberg liking ST3's post on LinkedIn along with someone from Qualcomm.
