Doesn’t he deserve a vacation?...
Good for you.
Reminds me of those who give free unsolicited golf tips at the driving range and then proceed to shank the rest of their own bucket of balls...
Because grejust drops the mic
No response needed!
Don’t waste your money here... going to pesos
Some people looking to get rich I guess
You sound healthier when you take your lithium
Yup. PR was plain and straightforward. The board hype and imaginations ran wild. Admittedly I was guilty of it too, can’t help it. But I can wait it out a little bit because there has been no interval bad news to my ears.
I assume green screen not needed because I seem to recall the principal video and San Antonio schools using program with real life background. Dr2marketing too.
Thanks ted, exactly! I think it’s quite apparent now. Prior to the SHAC, we didn’t know. Now we know.
Exactly. Try to inform the masses/educate but still don’t get it... smh
Great
Yeah that misspelling was a little cringeworthy, glad they got it fixed quickly. Thanks for the feedback!
I think this is an example of how the company is going to change its mode of communication as previously reported by LHA.
No more posts on message boards to announce SHACs.
Rather, utilize PRs to announce to a more widespread audience. At this stage, i think PRs will reach a wider audience than Twitter or Facebook until their social media presence grows further.
Just my take.
This appears to be correct.
Very well summarized.
Just to add, I expect more PRs of SHACs in the future. Looks like the foremost purpose of the PR was to bring awareness of a company update, that is, announcing an interactive video press conference in a way. The PR now serves the purpose of announcing our beloved SHACs, replacing Rory’s own posts here and elsewhere, to a more widespread audience. Just the way I see it.
In addition, most of the jump in price on Tues was during the morning hours. Since then, volume has gone down again including today. Expecting a rocky opening tomorrow but may stabilize swiftly, I hope.
SHAC out
Nfusz.com/shac
Yeah was hoping for that home run but alas, SHAC can still get people excited for what’s happening and what’s to come.
Good point. So much unknown about “protocol” since this is a new process for us.
“Eyeballs alerted” = hey, look at me! Who would do that except to attract attention? And why attract attention to something blase?
“Update” and “blockbuster” are not mutually exclusive in this context.
I am keeping my expectations tamped but would not be surprised at something substantial.
Interesting and not out of the realm of possibility. Would be even better if Q2 numbers are better than people are expecting...
Ha I only have popcorn for this show.
FUSZ has the steak!
In my opinion, the two day lead in is calculated, perhaps to prime the pump (i.e. share price appreciation) prior to Thursday’s anticipated positive news. They knew that FUSZ followers have been hungry for a peep of news and that this simple PR would generate awareness and interest.
I certainly do NOT see it as a 48 hr period of last minute decision making by lawyers and IR folks to determine content. I think they would have their act together better than that. I hope.
Perhaps.
Would be so odd for a SHAC announcement in PR form TWO DAYS ahead of the SHAC without something to meet the expectations of the hype. This is an LHA move, the experts in investors relations, presumably with guidance by Donohoe.
If there is no steak with this sizzle, then everybody messed up BIG time. That steak needs to be a robust PR or 8-K or equivalent. LHA, Donohoe, Rory, everyone knows that. At least, they’d better or it will be madness...
How do you know he went on vacation?
Why do you keep on bringing this up?
What vacation are you talking about?
Be careful what you post. As you know, many take such comments and twist it for their own purposes.
Agree. Substantial news by PR is the official LHA stance. SEC filings would be presumed as another acceptable delivery mode of course. However why release a SHAC if nothing to talk about? Hint hint
IMO
Sweet.
I got 20% off of White Out on Amazon Prime Day.
We are both winners today!
High five!
If you can’t beat em, join em.
No and yes.
Ask LHA.
You will not get answers from nFusz posting questions here.
Odd but positive in my opinion.
It’s about managing expectations. Gotta be prepared for all possibilities. The timing suggests possible PR between now and Thursday after hours but sometimes, you can overread the tea leaves.
Buy when no one wants
You have over 10,000 posts to your credit, been an iHub member for over 9 years, and taken on a recent about-face in your tone. You still haven’t figured it out why people are irritated at you and think you have an ulterior motive? You have the right to post whatever you want (within iHub rules) but you have no ground to complain.
Post smarter gl.
Didn’t you advise to buy when no one wants to?
Good post
His SHACs were raw and a little rough around the edges at times although valuable. This evolution allows for tightening up the delivery of the message. Call it being more polished which is what is needed. That’s what I am expecting.
Thanks for the update
Not to mention, nFusz now a “Featured Partner” on front page.

Got a response from LHA (Kirsten Chapman). I think it’s a standard form response to the inquries they have been getting.
Nothing too substantial except that nFusz has been advised by its advisors and lawyers to limit disclosure of info to remain “in compliance” during this “important time.” In addition, a SHAC intended in the “near term.”
Finally, as nFusz “evolves”, the way company communicates with its shareholders “must evolve” as well.
I did not post email itself since I did not ask her consent to do so but the above is essentially the nature of the response.
IHub’s own Waldorf and Statler
Nice catch
I think it’s more than a trivial gesture.
Looks good
Thanks for the responses folks!
