I know the longs here don't want to here this, but this is an INEXPERIENCED hydroslotting team. THEY HAVE NEVER hydroslotted alone. You will be fortunate, IMO, to get the job done right even if it is done.
Ask Bonhomme if this crew is as inexperienced as I say. Don't just believe me.
Futurcash, did you ask?

Derekz, I'm with you. Next big milestone, other than details of settlement, are the financial statesments and SEC documents getting done and AMEX listing. Today is nothing compared to when they get issued.
I wonder if we will close above $1.00 today.
BDGR: $0.67b $0.68a

Eatmenasdaq, you are better as a PUMPER than as a basher. BIGN looked strong yesterday. The volume was impressive. Still a lot of shares being sold by someone, but I'd say @ $0.0175 it could be good for a trader like yourself. I give it my go-ahead for a trade. But I am not buying it. I have my trading money in ASPR and BDGR. The OMOG settlement came as I predicted. I expect BDGR go to to the AMEX within 18 months.
ASPR's earnings will be out on Monday. $2.5 mil for 4th Q. $6.5 mil for 1st quarter. Could be upside surprise coming, but those numbers themselves will be good.
Eatmenasdaq, you appear to have little fundamental understanding of most of the stocks I've heard you talk about. But for a trader, you seem to be the best I remember.
I'm sure you'll be dumping BIGN rather quickly.
ASPR: $0.55
BDGR: $0.53

My ASPR are is coming alive some today. I'm hoping BDGR and OMOG can settle some claims made on some of BDGR's assets. Could happen as soon as today or tomorrow.
ASPR: $0.60b $0.609a (a "clean" company)
BDGR: $0.48b $0.51a (a controversial company)
Ajor1
***9 million shares at .30 private placement this will never go up. Ajor says ASPR is clean I think not.***
Already up. Secondly, I do say ASPR is VERY clean. No dirt. It is a very good investment, IMO. Not guaranteed, but a very high quality prospect.
I've got over 1/2 my trading funds on this.
ASPR: $0.60b $0.609a
I also have: BDGR: $0.48b $0.51a (no clean. It is controversial)
Ajor1
***Dont forget the reverse split 15 for 1.***
Yes, the company had a reverse split. Didn't you own this stock back then an lose a lot of money? You lack of ability to fundamentally analyze a company's prospects were made evident that you can't understand the fundamental changes that have taken place since June 17, 2005. And that is a shame becasue it looks like you were on the right stock at the wrong time and sold for the wrong reasons.
It is also my suspician that anyone whoever bought this stock will one day be rewarded, but who knows?
We'll see what the future reveals.
ASPR: up again, now $0.60b $0.609a (hmm, conversion of warrant area.)
PS: Eatmenasdaq, I know many of the companies you buy scam via pumps and dumps. But I don't see this company as one of your typical purchases (you once held ASPR). ASPR's warrants will be placed in long-term fund hands. This will be an AMEX stock and even more funds will buy. ASPR might even end up buying back some of these warrants.
Oh, Earnings come out on Monday. Think the outlook for the 1st quarter and year will be good?
Ajor1
eatmenasdaq, I did not notice you were posting here. It is nice to have your documented opinion on ASPR, even if it appears to be made on erroneous assumptions.
First, what will you short against for ASPR? The convertibles are at a set amount of $0.30 (only a minor part of them, actually. Most are well over $1).
If the convertilbes were not fixed they shorting would be a problem as shorting would allow the converibles to convert into more shares at a lower price. Since the are fixed, the convertibles holder make money if the shares go up.
Now, the convertibles are convertible into warrant which when converted will bring in cash for the company. The next batch of convertibles can convert after $0.60 per share. That will bring many more dollars into the company. And this will feed an upward spiral in ASPR's stock price, if I am correct.
Already this stock is up since you posted earlier today. How do I know? Because it has steadily gone up all day.
I have seen many nay-sayers like yourself who eventually disappear when my calls continue to be right. Let's see what the future holds for my purchase of ASPR vs your short of ASPR.
I predict at least $1 within 1 yr. I think ASPR is wroth $4.80 right now and has a good chance of being $4+ within 24 months.

I called the transfer agent. The still have 60 million shares issued and outstanding.
I tried calling a few numbers to get more info to no avail. I am interested in this company because the path to growth and profitability is clear. Now, will the new stores be successful. If they are, that bodes well for the future, but, of course, it is still early in the "game."

More shares being sold. 100,000 @ $0.0165. I suspect private placement shares bought at much, much higher prices ($0.10?) are now no longer restricted and being dumped.
Or is the company selling more shares. Look for the mirror trades to start up with news releases.
But what does Ajor, know? Heck, most of my posts get deleted anyway.
BIGN: $0.0165b $0.017a

PTLD, I believe, has about $4 mil shares @ $4.50 based on a convertible they hold in BDGR stock. Is that what you understand?
Based on those numbers, anything that helps BDGR to some extent helps PTLD. Hopefully, not only will OMOG settle with BDGR but with PTLD, too. It was from PTLD that BDGR bought the disputed assets.
I PTLD does not trade much, either.
BDGR: $0.47b $0.48a

This is a potentially big week for OMOG and BDGR. Will mediation this week bring about a settlement of claims? I hope so. The legalities involved are very ugly for both companies and an end to the hostilities should be great for both stocks.
I think wed or thurs the mediation takes place.

Another franchise. I am interested in this stock still. I really should do more research on it.
Also, the stock action makes me think things are going well. A lot of buying on dips, and at anytime, for that matter.
The Franchises keep coming. I wonder how the first openings are doing. Has anyone called one? Of course, it will probably take a year or two to really tell, but a busy gym at this point would be a pleasant surprise.
What interests me is that there is a clear path to success as they can sell to franchisee after franchisee.

Maybe the portion of the lawsuit that might effect BDGR will be settled soon. My understanding is that talks are under way. Maybe we will hear something as early as the end of this year. That would be good for both OMOG and BDGR.
It looks like the lawsuit will be extremely drawn out without a settlement. It is in the best interests of both parties to setlle. Maybe BDGR will give some properties to OMOG and forgive some debt related to those properties in order to settle.
But who knows what will really happen. We'll just have to see. In the meantime, I own BDGR stock since even the worst case scenario doesn't seem that bad.
If you hear settlement news, I think that will allow this company to do a lot of things it was not able to do before.
BDGR: $0.53b $0.55a
Ajor1
Hello Restripe! I hope all is going well. I have come across OMOG in a round-a-bout fashion. I am still reading up on it. Other than this very important lawsuit, you probably know more than I do about OMOG. With that said, I beleive some settlement news could be coming out later this month for OMOG. OMOG's claims appear to have some value to them and I expect BDGR to settle with OMOG as soon as possible. That will be good for both parties, so I expect it to happen.
OMOG compensation with BDGR might be in the millions, but I doubt over $10 mil. It might be in the form of assets and loan forgivness, or who knows what else.
In any case, I would hold onto your OMOG. I think the next two months could be interesting if talks don't break down.
You might also want to buy some BDGR, especially if it dips sharply from its current price of $0.55a Maybe at $0.45 would be a safe place, if there is such a thing.
The 1.7 bil shares of OMOG are a concern to me. Also, it appeared that the CEO made it sound no more shares would be issued. And that was when there were 1.4 bil shares.
Anyway, bottom line is the OMOG lawsuit will get some type of results this year. That could help OMOG sharepice. I don't know.
I'll probably dig more deeply. I'll post when I get more info.
OMOG: $0.0042b $0.0043a
BDGR: $0.53b $0.55a

Hello Restripe and friends. I am currently researching OMOG since I own stock in BDGR. I have not heard much talk about the lawsuit regarding the alleged properties stolen by the Lanzas. It appears that BDGR has bought some of the alledgely stolen properties and so I'm trying to figure out the likely maximum damage to BDGR IF the properties are proven to be OMOG's due to a previous owner of the property's theft.
In any case, @ $0.004 per share, I might buy some OMOG as a hedge for my BDGR holding figuring that a positive for OMOG is a negative for BDGR.
Likewise, you might consider buying some BDGR because if OMOG loses, it will make BDGR less controversial and the stock should rise. Unlike OMOG, BDGR is producig oil and producing it quickly.
It appears that the number of wells in dispute total 400 and BDGR only has a portion of the disputed wells. Also, BDGR has over 1,000 wells.

smilin, FTFY jumps around, doesn't it. I had to look twice to see if FTFY was trading heavily in the high $0.30s since it closed on at $0.25.
It might be back to $0.15 tomorrow and then close at $0.40! Who knows this this fickle stock!
It is very interesting.

Oh, I've cointinueed my research on ASPR and my past post was too optimsistic with SMASHING the Dec 31, 2005 estimates. They might, but I'm not thinking that now. I expect $2.3 mil in revenes, or maybe slightly more. That will be a very good comparison with last year.
In the 1s Q of 2006, I expect $5.5 or better revenues. For the year, a more relistic number per share is $0.12 fully diluted.
But this company is exciting. If the don't lose a major account (a big if), the results of this company could really take off.
But who knows? In any case, I think $0.59 is a very reasonable entry point.
ASPR: $0.575b $0.59a
Ajor1
ASPR now $0.575b $0.59a on its way to the mult-dollars within 24 months, I think. If people knew how to value a stock, they might see what I see in ASPR. ASPR could disappoint, but the upside is very large and more likely. They are already priced at "disappoint" prices, and I don't think they will.
SUWN is now $1.13b $1.14. I sold 2/3 around $1.165 per share. Still holding 1/3 to see if the incredible rise still continues. I first bought that at $0.20.
I think ASPR has more potential than even SUWN and more visibility, but time will show the value of my opinions.
For now, I see many chasing one stock or another for a quick rise, apparently, knowing or not understanding anything about the company they are investing in. Then there is a stock like ASPR and everyone ignores it! Amazing.

futrcash, old meat and old news. This was supposed to be out months ago. Also, they get less than 1/2 of the revenues from this 100 MCF/day, if I am not mistaken.
Waiting for the Grimes wells to be hydroslotted. Now that would truly be good news if the 1st Grimes well is still producing like Zigbee says. Zig says 475 MCF/day for Grimes #1, I say no more than 425 MCF/day for Dec 2005. We'll see who is right in the future.

Is the news out on this company as good as I think it is? Where is everyone? This is the best deal I've seen in months.
I'm in with some shares with more coming all the time.
Revenues have doubled each of the last two years. This year revenues look like they could double again. All future financing is in place. Barron's, who reseraches the firms they invest in thoroughly, has invested $2.5 mil in this company in June. EPS last quarter were $0.04 per share.
Earnings per share for the quarter just ended have the potential to SMASH that earnings. But even if they earn $0.16 per share based on LAST quarter's EPS, this company is a bargain.
I like SUWN a lot, but ASPR is the best deal going.
This will almost certainly be a $2+ stock in 24 months, but who knows?

I like this company. I'm buying.
ASPR: $0.50b $0.55a

SUWN will eventually put some of that cash to use and buy a Chinese company. Also, I expect a private placement so that the company will get more cash, to buy more companies, etc.
A positive earnings surprise would be nice, but I'm not sure if that will happen at this time. SUWN still has some favorable past tax breaks expiring which will make things look not as good as they really are.
If US distribution goes as planned, that would be nice.
Price movement not as fun this week, but still up a whole lot from $0.202. I still expect this stock to graduate into dollarS land, but maybe not this week
SUWN: $0.202 This is my biggest holding.
I also own a more speculative BIGN and I'm waiting for some more news and then expect to make some good money on that one, too.
Holding all my SUWN for now. Dispappointed in the magnitude of the pullback, but this is penny land.
Sold all my UPDA at much higher prices. I think that will drop to the $0.20's this week, but who knows?

Tuesday January 24, 8:36 am ET
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 24, 2006--Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB:UPDA - News), through its subsidiary, Canyon Creek Oil & Gas Inc., has completed its revitalization project in the Archer County Regular Field in Archer County, Texas and today will have 9 wells producing oil to the stock tanks and will report the stabilized oil production by the weekend.
As previously reported, the initial oil production from 4 wells has already exceeded expectations for the entire field. In addition to this remarkable oil production, the wells are generating unforeseen amounts of casing head gas.
In addition, as result of UPDA's investment now approaching $2 million, Canyon Creek has completed its re-entry project in the Inez Field located in Victoria County, Texas. The Company has released the work-over rig from the lease and the #1 Roberts Unit is scheduled for perforations today. The anticipated production from this well is projected to justify the minor delays of its revitalization.
Upon turning these wells to production, Canyon Creek will have completed the revitalization of 3 fields in Archer, Coleman, and Young Counties, Texas. The Company will now focus its efforts on completing the work-over of its 17 wells in Coleman County and its 27 wells in Palo Pinto County during the next 2 weeks.
UPDA has also named Steven A. Barrera as its Regional Manager to oversee its Texas operations, including Canyon Creek. As set forth in its SEC Form 8-K, filed on January 23, 2006, Mr. Barrera is a member of the UPDA Board of Directors and will be working full-time to monitor Canyon Creek's existing projects and coordinate UPDA's continued expansion in Texas.
