No. That is simply not true.
He is a bona fide investor who probably is still holding many millions of shares.
Not defending anyone. Just keeping it real. He had high hopes for ARYC just like everyone else.
Nielsen did not lie about “literally everything.”
I can't either. It's very mysterious.
That's not what I said.
Hi Sambone. I was on that exact same wavelength when I first invested and never would have imagined we'd see so many setbacks (to put it mildly) and wind up down here.
You are right about there being too much negativity in this world, and enough is enough! I am OK with going down with the ship if that's how this ends up, but truly DO believe that things can turn around with a multi-level, gigantic shakeup and the right people running the joint. I can't rule out a buyout either, especially if their Covid-19 test is truly "close to 100%" in accuracy as Attorney Pickles said in his brief, and of course, there are so many other possibilities like their Parkinson's and ovarian cancer tests and their relationship with government agencies, research hospitals, etc. Mark should be making magic in the lab and step away from everything else.
To da moon!!
Produce the study? What study? And you can believe it or not.
What false information?
Release the studies? lol.
That’s not false information. It’s part of the official court record, and ARYC’s first test for Covid-19 was not that far off the mark, according to your beloved DOJ!
“Close to 100% in sensitivity and specificity” as Attorney Pickles stated in his brief sounds better than most.
What misinformation?
Totally 100% not true.
What family members?
lol. I know, I know! Who knew that's what others were actually thinking too! I am so happy this important revelation has given you some comfort.
lolol.
lol. One problem with a product over twenty-six years ain't bad, and Arrayit has its own side to that story. We will have to wait and see how it turns out, won't we? Please conduct a bit of DD on Arrayit's customers who have been purchasing their products for many years, all verifiable. It would enlighten you. Much of it can be found on this very board.
You're welcome.
There’s plenty of information on this subject recently that you should check out, including links to verify the purchases of microarray equipment and supplies from Arrayit.
That’s just silly. Most companies hire manufacturers to build products they designed, like Apple, Nike, GE, Honeywell. Prada and Gucci. This is NORMAL and there are no “name plates.” lol.
Hi Jerry. Who knows. It will take something really colossal to move this thing, but sure, I can see it moving up...at some point anyway. For example:
1. We know that Mark is still working in the lab, and even if the SEC wins its case, Mark could still be employed as the Chief Scientist, which is where he probably should have stayed instead of messing around with the finances, twitter account, auditing issues, etc.
2. As of now, Arrayit Corporation has not been charged by the DOJ or the SEC in their complaints, nor have any other officers or directors.
3. Attorney Pickles said the DOJ’s claims about ARYC’s Covid-19 test were premature and that their new and improved test is close to 100% in specificity and sensitivity. If that is truly the case, then the share price would go kaboom AND may get some of the BIG BOYS interested in purchasing the entire shebang. It is NOT true that the company has to be debt-free and problem-free for a buyout. Some companies LOVE to take on debt for tax purposes.
4. It is clear that no one has shut down the lab, issued a cease and desist order, or even a warning letter telling ARYC to stop offering any of their tests or billing for any of their tests, which would include their Covid-19 and their allergy test. Not only that, the mad scientist is allowed to work at the lab and live among us while the cases are pending. I have to wonder if ARYC is heavily involved in the fight against the coronavirus, but no one is allowed to talk about any of it because of the pending cases.
5. The company IS continuing to sell their microarray proprietary products and other equipment and supplies that they have been selling for many years.
6. Arrayit is STILL a CLIA certified lab and is capable of working with state or federal agencies or other entities to help in the fight, including rapid throughput testing or participating in the ongoing clinical research studies. The NIH may be working with Arrayit right now on serology or other types of testing. Arrayit’s equipment and supplies have been purchased by them for many years, all of which is easily verified.
7. You also have to wonder why the share price has been relatively stable, with some pretty heavy volume days.
8. There’s always a reason to be hopeful because it’s not like Arrayit has nothing going for it. They need a non-related financial manager or bookkeeper and an auditor that will keep them current.
I mean as crazy as this investment has become, there are a few glimmers of hope that do remain. Because of the DOJ and SEC cases, the company won’t be informing us about what is really going on over there. It’s all hush-hush at least for a while, but I am not going to ASSUME that everything going on over there is BAD. It may be the opposite, and I am hoping they have been trying to get their act together on every level!
Sorry for this lengthy and probably boring response, but you did ask! lol. Stay safe and healthy my friend...You deserve the best!
Absurd and did NOT happen.
What family members?
I care. Others may care too.
No, these are PRODUCTS THAT WERE ACTUALLY PURCHASED FROM ARRAYIT.
Read!
Something good: Arrayit's products are mentioned at least 13 times in 2020 (last mention was August 15, 2020) in this worldwide life sciences literature website, and many, many more in 2019 and prior years (looks like 646 total). Neither the DOJ nor the SEC complaints have charged Arrayit Corporation with anything, a good thing.
All patents expire! So what? It doesn't mean the products disappear!

The “tone” of the SEC complaint tells me that they are going after Mark only, leaving both Rene and the corporation free to carry on. Otherwise, they would have named both Rene and Arrayit as co-defendants.
Glad I could help.
Not true. No one is under house arrest, Mark is the only one who turned in his passport, and no one is wearing an ankle monitor. The FDA said they placed ARYC on their “pre-EUA list,” and their Covid-19 test is now “close to 100%,” according to Attorney Pickles, who also stated that the DOJ’s claims on that subject were premature.
Also, “disciples” of ARYC do not exist. Investors keeping an open mind do.
Arrayit is a corporation. Mark is an individual. Mark was charged. Arrayit was not. If Mark is convicted, Arrayit will remain a corporate entity without its president. It’s not rocket science. There is nothing confusing about it.
Mark has been charged, not Arrayit the company. But wait, he hasn’t even been indicted yet. I know, how dare the DOJ and Judge allow this?
It’s just weird.
That’s not a story. Do you think Arrayit’s microarray equipment and supplies do not exist?
They exist and so do their allergy and Covid 19 tests, like it or not.
What? How do you know this? Arrayit is open for business, isn't it? Hasn't been shut down. Check out the microarray equipment and supplies "Laboratory Equipment.com" is carrying, which is a Terra Universal brand. I don't think there are too many manufacturers of these products out there.

If you do a search for "microarray," look who pops up!

These are not figments of my imagination.
I wonder if ARYC's microarray lab equipment and supplies are being purchased by labs, research hospitals and universities, and/or government agencies? Many of Arrayit's microarray products are listed on this website.

I don't know when the last purchase by the NIH occurred, but these links from the NIH site provide verification that they have been using Arrayit's technology, equipment, and supplies for a very long time. They mention the SpotBot® Extreme Protein Edition Microarray Printer, along with all sorts of other equipment and supplies that came from Arrayit.

Arrayit is referred to 16 times in this one article as vendors of equipment and supplies.
There are many more. This is about VERIFICATION, so I have included several excerpts from some NIH articles. They are highly technical and way over my head, but provide VERIFICATION! lol.
Phenotyping of extracellular vesicles using the EV Array
Production of microarrays
Microarray printing was performed on a SpotBot® Extreme Protein Edition Microarray Printer with a 946MP4 pin (ArrayIt Corporation, CA, USA). As a positive control 100 µg/mL of biotinylated human IgG was printed and PBS with 5% glycerol was used as negative control. Antibodies were printed on epoxy-coated slides (75.6 mm×25.0 mm; SCHOTT Nexterion, DE), which were left to dry at room temperature overnight prior to further analysis.
For microarray construction, the oligonucleotide capture probes were purchased with a 5'-amino-C6 linker modification (Eurofins Genomics) to allow covalent binding to the slide surface. Probes were spotted in duplicate at a final concentration of 50 µM on ArrayIt® SuperEpoxy2 microarray slides (Arrayit Corporation, Sunnyvale, CA, USA). As a positive control for the hybridization reaction, a synthetic 24-mer oligonucleotide probe with a 5'-amino-C6 and 3'-biotin modification (InDevR) was spotted at a final concentration of 500 nM [61,62]; this biotinylated control oligonucleotide did not have any sequence homology to any NoV or HAV strain. The microarrays were manufactured with an approximate spot diameter size of 200 µM and a center-to-center spacing of 480 µM (Arrayit). The microarray slides were stored in a desiccator until further use.
To achieve rapid microarray hybridization, amplicons were subjected to a digestion with 15 U of lambda exonuclease (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) to generate single stranded DNA by digesting the non-complementary strand with a 5' phosphorylated modification (Figure 3), as described in previous studies [61,62,65]. The exonuclease digestion was performed in a final volume of 25 µL for 30 min at 37 °C, then incubated for 10 min at 95 °C, followed by an immediate addition of 25 µL of 2× Arrayit Hybridization Buffer (Arrayit). The hybridization mixture was applied to the 24-array slides, placed on a 96-well microarray microplate, which was then covered with foil. The mixtures were further incubated for 3 h at 37 °C and 350 rpm using an Array Plate Multi-Well Hybridization Station (Arrayit). All arrays were washed with Hybridization Wash Buffer A, followed by Wash Buffer B, and Wash Buffer C (Arrayit) for 5 min each at 37 °C and 350 rpm. The slides were finally dried by centrifugation using a Microarray High Speed Centrifuge (Arrayit).
Is the NIH and/or other government agencies using ARYC's technology and supplies in the fight against Covid-19?
A few posters have verified seeing Mark working at the lab. Believe them or not.
Everyone knows about the risk, but the temptation is understandable because they are so cheap and can make huge percentage gains, like when ARYC went from the triple .000's to .07, then up to .16-.20.
There were many investors who made great profits on ARYC and other OTC's. Actually, some of them are actually GOOD, growing companies. It's buyer beware always down here in the valley.
Never invest more than you can afford to lose is a good motto for the risk-takers. I don't think there are many investors who ever thought Arrayit would go down the tubes like it has on so many levels.
