Hi Jerry. Who knows. It will take something really colossal to move this thing, but sure, I can see it moving up...at some point anyway. For example:

1. We know that Mark is still working in the lab, and even if the SEC wins its case, Mark could still be employed as the Chief Scientist, which is where he probably should have stayed instead of messing around with the finances, twitter account, auditing issues, etc.

2. As of now, Arrayit Corporation has not been charged by the DOJ or the SEC in their complaints, nor have any other officers or directors.

3. Attorney Pickles said the DOJ’s claims about ARYC’s Covid-19 test were premature and that their new and improved test is close to 100% in specificity and sensitivity. If that is truly the case, then the share price would go kaboom AND may get some of the BIG BOYS interested in purchasing the entire shebang. It is NOT true that the company has to be debt-free and problem-free for a buyout. Some companies LOVE to take on debt for tax purposes.

4. It is clear that no one has shut down the lab, issued a cease and desist order, or even a warning letter telling ARYC to stop offering any of their tests or billing for any of their tests, which would include their Covid-19 and their allergy test. Not only that, the mad scientist is allowed to work at the lab and live among us while the cases are pending. I have to wonder if ARYC is heavily involved in the fight against the coronavirus, but no one is allowed to talk about any of it because of the pending cases.

5. The company IS continuing to sell their microarray proprietary products and other equipment and supplies that they have been selling for many years.

6. Arrayit is STILL a CLIA certified lab and is capable of working with state or federal agencies or other entities to help in the fight, including rapid throughput testing or participating in the ongoing clinical research studies. The NIH may be working with Arrayit right now on serology or other types of testing. Arrayit’s equipment and supplies have been purchased by them for many years, all of which is easily verified.

7. You also have to wonder why the share price has been relatively stable, with some pretty heavy volume days.

8. There’s always a reason to be hopeful because it’s not like Arrayit has nothing going for it. They need a non-related financial manager or bookkeeper and an auditor that will keep them current.

I mean as crazy as this investment has become, there are a few glimmers of hope that do remain. Because of the DOJ and SEC cases, the company won’t be informing us about what is really going on over there. It’s all hush-hush at least for a while, but I am not going to ASSUME that everything going on over there is BAD. It may be the opposite, and I am hoping they have been trying to get their act together on every level!

Sorry for this lengthy and probably boring response, but you did ask! lol. Stay safe and healthy my friend...You deserve the best!
