On revenues alone I think it'll get close. Big news will be another story. No timeline on that.
Anyone have an idea of how much is left?
Seems like it will probably be gobbled up on release.
Amen.
No control over manipulators who might want a little extra scratch before exiting the building.
Bids are up boys, come at them.
I agree with much if this. It will most likely take a little patience. The product is also only so strong as a pure retail play, at least right now.
However their main approach is selling it as part of a package in bulk, and I think that's gaining momentum.
Additionally, I firmly believe they are not pursuing the moon in litigation, such as shutting the others down, but rather getting paid for past and future licensing fees. And when they have to litigate they're obviously going to get that paid for, plus some for the hassle.
Yep. SFOR
Big ask i mean
Wondering if the big bid is one of the manipulators getting tires and weak in the knees.
Nice one day ride. I'm out.
Great ride. Thanks!
Doesn't mean either. Case still going strong.
Publicly only since late summer
You know money comes in on a regular basis, not just at the end of the corner. And there's a strong upward trend in revenue with many pointers to even more? It's just that we only find out every three months.
I don't think they have all that much trouble in terms of cash flow. Not as bad as some seem to think, anyway.
Do you have info on the RFP? Is there one out specifically? Any RFPs can be found online. Wonder what the wording is.
Thanks!
It barely began being available in those outlets near then end of Q3. Gotta be forward looking.
Yes, not a regular penny to be sure.
I don't think so. It came onto Amz during that quarter. Seems to be doing well there
I would think there's some really competitive space there.
For one I agree with NCAR. But, it would be probably in the $15 range, so $15M, which ain't bad, either, for 1M units going that way.
It's actually nice how non-troll this is. I'm confident in this. It should be allowed to rise (manipulators), so that the base slowly rises and new eyes come and stay (more action for manipulators), but when the action really comes it will blow up.

Both positive and negative comments can have some effect but direct manipulation definitely effects it. By definition. Then newcomers get shaken and leave and spread the word. Very quickly the pool of liquid availability thins.
If it goes all the way to jury. Probably won't though. And once one settles, the others are in a very bad position. Technically worse than being in separate cases.
Each case can still have a different outcome. You're really hung up on this.
How much more to chew through? Then the 10q is due within about 12 days?
What do you put in your coffee? Lol.
Judgement can be the same or different.
There are some compelling reasons why it's very bad for defendants. ZPaul posted some good things to look into.
Had me going for a second, truth be told.
Yes, I believe this is from consolidating the cases. 3 go into 1. 2 are then closed.
Thanks for spreading awareness
That it matched is the cookie, but that there's an ad is the marketing.
It is a circus. And I agree on over hype, which I've derided before as well. Not too mention that I think over hype got us here.
But some of the bashing is false, such as if Mark ever said Q3 was or would be flat.
And then the manipulation. Cashing in and riding a channel is fine, but there have been clear raids limiting this and worse, scaring away new buyers. That hurts everyone including the short sighted manipulators. Let the channel rise some instead of playing in the same dirty sandbox.
Not whale. Manipulators.
If manipulators stopped their games it would quickly go higher than that!
This is FANTASTIC!
SFOR seems to charge a reasonable (inexpensive) licensing fee when done legally.
Nearly 100% of cell phone users will use OOBA at some point; many of them through multiple applications.
This is why the legal action. If that huge list provided yesterday from an article were to pay the right licensing fees, revenue would be enourmous, without selling one single SFOR branded product.
I'm failing now, but I know this to be true for other technologies, where fractions of a cent are paid to the technology/patent holder on billions of transactions per day.
That's a great idea
Well maybe one of us will hit big elsewhere in the meantime and help that out a bit.
No, they mean different things, all companies report it that way. Flat means same raw number, same means rate.
Just look at the proof. If it were flat it wouldn't be an increase.
Geez Louise, he did not say flat, and that's what happened. Why make such a flagrantly misleading statement?
He said revenues would remain about the same, which were in the neighborhood of 50% increase Q over Q.
Big difference.
More fake news, I see.
