Bigd..you've done a fine job here keeping in touch with the company and I remember you've mentioned a buy-back a few times in the past. This is very important for shareholders as a buy-back will push this pps to the stratosphere.
I would like to see XKEM selling at $10, $25, $50 range just like most pharmaceutical companies that are generating $1+ billion in revenues.
Now may not be the time but this ought to be hammered into Dr. Pandey so he knows to do it when the time is right.
Go XKEM
Light-the-way...where are you? Are you taking a nap?
Nothing interesting to read on this board today.
xyz1002...you did answer my question. Thanks.
There has been talks about Pandey buying-back shares on this board hence the question.
Since you stated the difference between O/S and Float in your reply, I wanted to know which one of these would be affected by a buy-back should Dr. Pandey decide to do so and the effect on pps.
Listen..stocks are intriguing, complex and technical at best. I am glad there are people like you on this board who know the technicalities of common stocks and are willing to share their knowledge.
Fiat...what do you know about stocks???
xyz1002...How does a buyback affect the float?
xyz1002...I agree with you. They should have allowed the pps to move a lot higher before releasing the PR. Well, since they still have more coming hopefully, we have another chance for a rally.
Thanks. As long as its not going to kill the pps, I am all for it.
xyz1002...Thanks for the explanation. I am just baffled at why Pandey wants a PIPE at this time especially with bank loans underway and production ongoing. Not to mention possible pre-purchase.
PIPEs have never been known to be positive for a company. What is your take on this? If this is going to destroy the pps, then we should all step in and prevent it from happening.
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are experiencing a momentuous upward thrust. Just sit back and watch the drama unfold. This should take us to new heights with the expectations of increased production, strong demand and a stream of impressive revenues.
This is the beginning of a new era for SCD patients. For the baby who woke up this morning and couldn't understand why he's in so much pain and the anguished parents who are helpless in providing relief.
Go XKEM
$100.00 per share..makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over. LOL
fast...what would it take for XKEM to go to $100.00?
Any brilliant scenarios?
That's $300 million per year. @ 4 million pills per day we have $1.2 billion per year in revenue.
gunn..."Xechem Pharmaceuticals Nigeria Ltd. HAS NOW SECURED FINAL COMMITMENT LETTERS FROM TWO LOCAL NIGERIAN BANKS, Diamond Bank and Bank PHB, required by US Ex-IM Bank when it approved a comprehensive credit guarantee to support UPS Capital's $9.38 million loan to XPNL in October 2006". Next step is the transfer of funds.
Just sit back and watch the dram unfold.
06mets...is Bayo in on XKEM??? Would be very interesting indeed.
The drama is unfolding or is it?? em
06...a few years ago, I read about Blech, Genentech connection. The article said that he was involved in the initial phase of DNA. I am trying to find this artcle and will post it if I find it.
What is impressive to me now is the calibre of people Pandey is attracting. First Blech/Chassman. I happen to think that Blech is a genius despite his shortcomings. He did a superb job for Genentech and I am confident he'll do the same for XKEM.
The others are Basu and Brauser. IMO, these are market movers and shakers who could help XKEM reach great heights. I think that these are exciting times for longs.
Well as I have always said,
Just sit back and watch the drama unfold.
robo..so was Genentech. Look where Genentech is now. There is nothing Dr. Pandey can do to expedite the loans and there is nothing any one can do for that matter so...
just sit back and watch the drama unfold.
Steve is not in a position to share sensitive insider information. You get what you ask for if you call Steve. BS
just sit back and watch the drama unfold. Soon it will.
There is a reversal of trend in the forecast.
just sit back and watch the drama unfold.
Significant move in price per share always preceedes good news. Since there is no movement at all in price, there is no significant news on the horizon. Until then,
just sit back and watch the drama unfold.
traz do the math again. Find out how many pills in a bottle, then calculate how many bottles to determine the sales figure.
XKEM Berlin up 14.29% on 580,000+ volume.
RELAX AND WATCH THE DRAMA UNFOLD.
What you guys should understand is that the MM's are holding this down intentionally. Once they let go with news of loans, etc, the sky is the limit here. We fell hard, we go up real hard.
JUST SIT BACK AND WATCH THE DRAMA UNFOLD.
I predict a momentuous upward thrust in pps next week. ROTF
If there is no news next week then we get news the next week?
Gee I am confused. ROTF
Relax guys, Rome was not built in a day.
CEPO up 100%. Who knows XKEM could be up 1000% in a few days. We are at the bottom folks. Time for takeoff.
GO XKEM!
This figure is only in Nigeria!!!!
Imagine what happens if NICOSAN is approved in the EU and sold all over the world??? In the US the company is quoting around $24,000 per year per patient!
light...ETRD has an ask of $100.023 what does that mean???
rattling..are these guys Hedge Fund Managers?
Remember what Obasanjo said in July 2006? "In 9 months every pharmacy in Nigerial will sell NICOSAN". That makes it April 2007. Not going to happen though in April, I don't think but it will happen eventually.
traz..
next week will be this week next week. lol
ROFLMAO
tryz.. I'll try and get in touch with him to see if he has any scoop on XKEM.
tryz..I know an Isaac Inyang in the governor's office in New Jersey. Is this the same Isaac Inyang???
Jochef...I like your model. Let's see a conservative estimate of pps assuming full penetration of the overall market for NICOSAN. Use revenue of $2 billion and O/S of 1.5 billion.
Today's PR says there has been a smooth transition to a new Managing Director. It's important to inform the public that all's well in Nigeria. That progress is being made. Nicosan works and production is under way.
Okay. It's a good PR.
making..your note to BD is scary, to quote...."you'll be surprised what I know.." Just what do you know? Please share it with the board just like so many people have shared information with the board.
If you sell based on "what you know" you'll be required to reveal your source in court.
Any idea where Phase III is being done, who is doing it and how it's going?
Thanks.
