xyz1002...you did answer my question. Thanks.

There has been talks about Pandey buying-back shares on this board hence the question.

Since you stated the difference between O/S and Float in your reply, I wanted to know which one of these would be affected by a buy-back should Dr. Pandey decide to do so and the effect on pps.

Listen..stocks are intriguing, complex and technical at best. I am glad there are people like you on this board who know the technicalities of common stocks and are willing to share their knowledge.
