xyz1002...Thanks for the explanation. I am just baffled at why Pandey wants a PIPE at this time especially with bank loans underway and production ongoing. Not to mention possible pre-purchase.

PIPEs have never been known to be positive for a company. What is your take on this? If this is going to destroy the pps, then we should all step in and prevent it from happening.
