The way I see it As long as Henry has bought back say 19 billion shares and with news and catalysts that are coming then I could see the share price going to 50 cent's and if you have 10 million shares and if he had to do a RS It would probably be like a 10 for 1 split and then the stock would be a 5 dollar stock so your 10 million shares if the price could get to 50 cent's then 5 dollar would be worth 5 million still and after a RS would be under 1 billion shares for OS and then the stock would probably get to 10 or 20 bucks after a RS It would just take more time getting things done and more delay again if he had to go that route And with most on the board saying they're going to hold till a dollar and probably holding over 5 billion shares at least between all I don't see how we don't do a RS unless people start selling their shares off under 1 cent's and don't see that happening But I do see a RS coming at some point but not till after we hit 50 cent's and already made great money but all speculation at this point Good luck to all Going to be an interesting month And don't see how Henry can hold off the news as hes going to have to start disclosing alot of it and disclose the start of the buyback Hopefully he has accumulated at least the 19 billion shares and then we would be fine no matter what happens

As per the CC The company is already in the process of buying back their stock and will soon be giving out an 8K Showing how many shares they have bought back in the first block and The OS hasn't increased in awhile that shows the company isn't selling any stock otherwise it would be showing an increase in the OS Quite the opposite of selling stock per the company on the last CC Which in turn shows the company does have money if the buyback is already under way And that is a official company PR which if it wasn't true Then Henry would be sitting in a jail cell which he is not

As for the Vietnamese government getting 15 percent of the ADE I'm pretty sure that would be revenue or profit for ADE only Nowhere have I read that they would get 15 percent of the company stock For their share of the Asian diamond exchange IMO Otherwise the government would be getting alot more than 15 percent of the Asian diamond exchange but 15 percent of everything else the company owns if they got 15 percent of company stock Like 15 percent of the Luxembourg fund Vinafilm etc etc etc So would only be 15 percent of revenue or profits from the ADE only as stated in the contract that the company already put out in the CC with the slide presentation that showed how everything breaks down So the company has already put out a PR to cover that And will most likely be after the International press conference where documents will be signed to make it official and on the books after that

Not until such actions are completed would he need to disclose the information otherwise that would be insider information if Henry disclosed that before the transaction was completed

The ones holding have been for many years and don't have money either Its not a flippers stock but a long time hold If they want instant gratification then Should flip another stock while they are waiting All my money is in Phil and only live on 2 thousand a month with more than 1400 dollars a month In mortgage We all have decisions to make in life to make it work out I've sacrificed alot to hold on this long as we were promised filings 3 years ago or more I have no money either and would like to see it higher instantly 3 years ago but that's not the situation here I could have been making money in other stocks but chose to ride it out and live off credit cards forever and will have to cash out more to survive also Nobody is making me stay here as there is 5 thousand other stocks to choose from Sorry but can't build Rome in a day If they need money tomorrow I'd suggest to buy another one that's popping right now and flip stocks and hope for the best I could lose everything here as long as I've been holding with no money in my account and can't buy anymore Have to make the decision's that are in your best interests and not expect to be a millionaire overnight or put the money in a bank and save it over time and not worry about losing it all on a penny stock Not good to bet everything on a penny stock as 95 percent go down and the other 5 percent dont go up over night because you have money problems Probably Should invest in something safer then instead of blaming a ceo because he can't build a world empire in the timeframe that people want Its not easy to do what Henry is doing and could take another year Who knows So if expecting overnight returns Then in the wrong place

The more Henry buys back the less shares they can trade between themselves to drag the price down It doesn't take that many so shows Henry is getting quite a few as longs are holding tight and with Henry accumulating means alot less shares which can move the price way higher the same way they can bring it down Won't take much to have this fly high quickly and many will be caught off guard that day and wouldn't want to be them

Tell me how many Nasdaq stocks you see with over a billion shares or 5 billion shares Not many if any Not that we couldn't get there but in the long term he would have to do a RS and Henry is looking out long term for investors and shareholders

I personally want to see Henry say nothing until he gets his shares cheap then go to a dollar or more a share in a short amount of time The less he says the more he buys and the higher we go in the long term
