As an investor I am concerned about the machinery we bought and somehow just gave away.

Why would LQMT investors care about Yihao Metals????

You do realize that the assumed subject matter is China-only manufacturers of cellar devices?

And, more importantly, there are about 30 different manufacturers of cellular devices in China alone.

Some of these manufacturers may be contract manufacturing the exact same thing. Some may be small or unique operations and unknown outside of China. Therefore, the impact of "at least six" could be far less than one might suspect.

On a serious note: what was/is James Bond's motivation with LQMT? What's the conventional wisdom?


Did he actually own a bunch of shares, hype it to his followers to run up the sp; to finally sell from under them at an inflated price???

I don't believe we saw the undercutting happen, no?

Did he just see LQMT as an equity he could manipulate?


I think it's safe to say he did/does in fact own shares but is it the 1.5 Mill or so he claimed in his newsletters? I would guess not.

A LQMT opportunity occurred to me this morning which would be really good for us shareholders; what if some other unrelated firm bought out the LQMT shell so that they could get listed???

The share price being less than .09 makes it a cheap entry point for somebody. LQMT has very few assets remaining, so it's not like there would even have to be an auction. The LF property could easily be sold, maybe MatterHackers would like to buy it. We shareholders would benefit by the breath of fresh air of a new endevour..


I think it would be a good idea if this upcoming holiday season Lugee Li and the rest of his Eontec cohorts asked around to see if there is some obscure Hong Kong outfit that wants to get a cheap entry into the US capital markets. They gotta know somebody, right? And Bruce Bromage, give a call over to our tenant and see if they want to buy the LF property.

Where is the contract with Yihao??? What are the terms? Who is responsible for what? How about the $ proceeds?


Nah, they are our contract manufacturer, they're good guys! We're jus' gonna do it!

Not a shred of proof that anything is being done by Li to swindle investors out of their money.

Don't be a victim of the Hong Kong Liquidmetal gaslighting.

It'll cause you to imagine earnings.
It'll cause you to imagine productivity.
It'll cause you to imagine management is guiding the company in the direction common shareholders would like it to proceed.

But most of all it will cause you to believe that being gaslit is OK.

So with this mornings Pfizer news of the effectiveness of their new COVID vaccine, safe to say the border market is headed upwards just on the positivity alone.

But thanks to Lugee Li and our board of directors LQMT will not be participating in any of todays uptick.

By design LQMT is not positioned to. The gaslighting by management has provided enough shade that at the end of the day the share price of LQMT will remain unchanged.

That same gaslighting prevents anyone from discovering LQMT and wanting to make it a part of their portfolio.

This stock is going to totally miss out on any upcoming stock rally.

Our management in no way has put LQMT in a position for near-term value accumulation.

When Josh posted the Maze two years ago none of us realized that it was us investors that were stuck in the Maze and there was no exit.

We all wrongly thought it was about business relationships.


The rewritten Maze 2.0 needs to start with us investors in the center and pathways to profitability written from there.

The stock is controlled and some outfit somewhere has been tasked to not let the price lower than .10– not even with a poorly received quarterly. Tomorrow we close at .10

I have always thought, what would make a better missile? Stronger fins of course! All those rocket scientists have ignored the obvious for so many years.

There are no 10Q REVOLT numbers.

It is not going to RAIN LAMBORGHINI'S.

A reasonable person would have to think that if LQMT had the type of REVOLT news and numbers that many here have promised and proposed....they would want to tell the world about it. They would want to brag. They would want other potential customers to get on the bandwagon. Our board of directors would want to do what we have charged them to do....fundamentally raise share price.


When our hired auditor Singer Lewak signs off on the numbers, whoever is acting as our CFO (and we really don't know who that is!) just presses 'Print', signs their name a couple times, and then the filing is released. A third grader could file the 10K.


So why time and time again is this such a long drawn out process????

Lemme ask; today, who is our CFO???

Who is in charge of the books? Who is responsible for the filings? Who is signing their name that GAAP is being followed? Who do we investors count on that our financial standing is accurate?

‘Cause it appears we really don’t have that person, do we? It’s kind of an Oz, man behind the curtain thing. What ever the guys in Hong Kong want to tell us kinda thing. No?

No, in layman terms ORC is a middleman in Fannie/Freddie government backed mortgages.

They provide the money for blocks of mortgages at set interest rates. They don't service the loans nor do they administrate them. Bonus! the federal government insures them. I guess there are bad things that could happen to these investments but often the worst case is that some loans get paid off early.

And, being a mREIT provides us investors with a more than fair opportunity to get in on the action.

Our former CFO and present board member, Tony Chung, was permitted to sell a large amount of his holdings and has not bought back in.

This alone should tell us all we need to know.

My six story parking garage is just getting finished up. Wetlands have been filled in, building inspectors paid off, short cuts taken, and the neighbors are fuming.I have a lot of phone calls to return to the auto transport drivers wanting to make appointments for drop-offs.


All these contractors are going to be expecting their final payouts, we are still certain that this Returning Customer, High Volume Orders thing is going to make us rich over the next few days, right guys???
