Certdog... youof all people should know that AerLine also owns Xtra Airways. Highly doubt anyone left the company. They would have just moved over to the sister company. I’m sure some of the routes continued with Xtra also.

Has anyone bought a house before??? When you purchase something big you set a tentative closing date. That date is just a target date that both parties would like to hit. Normally generic like the middle of the month... Aka 15th (A Sunday) generally with a not to exceed date 15 days later. Once both parties have all the paperwork done and Lawyer hash everything out closer to that tentative date a true closing date is set. For all we know Songbird set the closing date. The 31st is the deadline weather people like it or not!!

October 23rd is not even here yet Nostradamus! The Company stated between today and the 31st for the closing date. Let’s see if the 23rd is possible before calling that out as not a true possibility! It was only stated as a possibility by that user! An educated guess being the beginning of the week and within the time frame. My guess is the 31st and hope they wait until November 3 to announce it (4 days later)! Yes I said guess! Just like everyone else here is doing!

Audits have nothing to do with the Company name. The company is USGlobal Airways as a DBA. It’s on all the recent 8K’s. That’s fact!

Wrong! D/B/A USGlobal Airways..... do some DD on D/B/A. This Company is USGlobal no matter how one looks at it!

They will be able to expand the fleet to (10) 737-400’s right after the paper is signed. The current certification allows for that and was confirmed by the company as still valid. A lot of revenue can be made with 10 aircraft!!
Once this revenue starts flowing in... its true that they will have to show their fit to expand to the 777 or 767. I don’t see that being a problem though by then and feel the FAA and DOT will be want the expansion at Stewart to the European countries.

Everything stated is wrong! They intend to purchase Songbird that has a certification. They intended to fly to Caribbean at first with a 737-400 that they will lease from AerSale! They plan on changing their name to US Global after purchasing Songbird that has a certification in place! After revenue flights commence, they plan on leasing more 737-400's to continue the revenue stream! After revenue comes in, they will try for certification of the 777 or 767.... that's the real truth!!

After looking into the test flight today at Goodyear AZ, looks like it's not our N417XA. It appears to be N313XA. Arrived at KGYR beginning of August, more then likely for some maintenance work. I will continue to keep an eye out for our bird flying out of KGYR soon!!

On FlightAware there was a test flight of a 737-400 out of KGYR. Flight # CXP8313. This is a AerSale/ AerLine flight #. Hasn't been used since July. Possibility this could be a test flight of N417XA after C checks? Maybe!!

I doubt the 737 will get paint. It's already all white and a lease. Dont think spending money on paint for a leased plane now is a good idea. At first it will be just charter flights and paint won't be critical IMO. Would be nice though if they did!
