They will be able to expand the fleet to (10) 737-400’s right after the paper is signed. The current certification allows for that and was confirmed by the company as still valid. A lot of revenue can be made with 10 aircraft!! Once this revenue starts flowing in... its true that they will have to show their fit to expand to the 777 or 767. I don’t see that being a problem though by then and feel the FAA and DOT will be want the expansion at Stewart to the European countries.
