Fair enough, I'll stop trying to convince people that something is about to happen.
how do I know what, that he was in Mexico multiple times in the past 6 months (really it was Feb - June - see the pictures, but as well he's shared when he's gone down, additional pics not posted as well. Trust me, that's not the issue his going down. The issue is Mexico screwed us, how and what happened exactly we still don't know. Was Sergio willingly involved in something nefarious, I cannot imagine that to be the case theres no upside, only downside and he's dissapeared, someone/some people in the middle, who knows, but we have to be open to any possibility
first of all thats not true about being in Mexico for the past 6 months once, stop saying things that are not true. It wasnt a dog and pony show, from our side it was as real as could be, 100%.
That said, we are pivoting to oil wells I dont have much more details than that, but we should have an announcement soon. What it does for the share price I have no idea, but it should allow formation of a base, it will depend on the news. But there's no LOI or MOUs here, we've skipped that going for the real thing, with funds to support it, at least the company has learned its lesson on that front.
I have talked with Ward, we're still working on the oil wells, the process of getting money takes a bit, when things go through we'll get a real press release. My gut is that we're not far away at all, but I've been wrong many times as well. My understanding is that financing is (at least partially or maybe fully I dont know) through relationships developed in Mexico, now that's really turning lemons into lemonade.
Stick with it Stinksniffer, appreciated all your contributions over the years, we'll get through this, hang tight!
Dude its been real, for the most part all long, just because something doesnt happen doesnt mean that it wasnt slated to happen.
Most penny stocks actually go out of business eventually, so for you to just make statements like that is just off the charts.
Ward has diligently pursued business with Mexico, Mexico has a huge need fully documented in the natural gas space that Mirage can meet. The two simply havent been able to put a deal together, yet, what is so complicated about that, while we all really expected something to have been completed I would say long ago, if not certainly very recently. Theres no smoke screens as you call it, BS rumors there could be, but I've done my best to put out what I know to be true, I believe in what we're doing and have put my own money where my mouth is, I just bought at .028 yesterday. As for articles, theres enough articles that it could take a lifetime to read through all of them and I have them all bookmarked. We're attempting to pivot while Mexico makes up their minds on what and how to do it, in the meantime, lets see if we can get something going with oil wells, I believe we will and soon I hope.
Now we just need the stock price to respond to this news and hold any gains. We'll see.
I had sold all my Cartel shares and did very very well especially with the spike to a dime. I would like to re-enter but I am concerned about the Reg A dilution, if that ever comes to pass. For now, I would be a buyer around .02 and incrementally at lower prices. Revenues and costs are all low, so the company can survive for a long time like this, but really we need an impetus to get another rally.
the problem I see with CVAT right now is that we have gone 4 straight quarters where revenues are low, though continuing to maintain steady expenses. Shares I bought back at 2 cents may have been too expensive, I still like it at just over a penny and would be buying at that price on a washout if I have the funds. Regardless the market cap is reasonable at 4 - 5 million dollars and downside should be limited.
I believe our bottom is now in, say around .25, if you can get shares under that price then buy every last share you can. This wont be anywhere near this price in the next few months, and I dont mean lower.
wow look at DRIO, it totally collapsed, I ended up doing pretty decent considering its fall from grace even down to 3 bucks, but, the scary part is had I had enough free cash to buy back in from say $3 to $1 I would probably have done so, this is just utter devastation of a stock that has real revenues and real impact on peoples lives, I literally cannot believe it. At a buck it sure seems like a friggin steal
patience all, this will explode at the proper time, and that time is coming soon I am very confident. buy what you can while the chance is here, volume is very low, it appears that any selling is done but I cant say that for sure
oh and remember all the naysayers that said that Mirage would never trade again, and faster up to date than any other company, oh but then the excuse was they became current so private placement people could deposit their shares ( I think that Worthless said that or others I believe), lots of laughs, really, I have never heard such nonsense in my life. Nobodys depositing any shares, people need to trade the shares they have in the open market if they need to do trading, thats good enough.
now when we pivot, what will people say, oh the guys a crook he's going to pay himself massive salary or back salary or other nonsense, when just putting the assets into Mirage alone would be a GIFT to us shareholders when he could just go private with them and blow off the shareholders - that aint happening.
Enough is enough, we will pivot and execute, and turn lemons into lemonaide as we should have probably done long ago, while we wait for Mexico to finally get their acts together, and yeah they are ripe full of bad actors.
And people will still complain, call Ward a liar and scam artist. Just fascinating. Lets let this play out.
Lots of nonsense spewed here on the board. We wait on oil wells, they're coming I am confident, as confident as I was about Sergio and company, well maybe not as much - just because that didnt happen (yet) doesnt mean it wasnt going to happen all along - be sure, it was going to happen, but something got in the way that we dont know, yet, there was no way to know and we were all taken by surprise, every last one of us except for Pepe and Shajandr, so we wait on the Mexico side and we have as much time as we need, its not all about our own timings as much as we want it to be. In the meantime, hold the course, try and nibble at these prices.
Wow #1 on the breakout boards

1 Mirage Energy Corp (MRGE) 523% 68 MRGE 0.0299 0.0079 35.91% 56,702
We're 6th on the breakout board, wouldnt that be a great harbinger for some news in which case we would promptly move to #1
few million in revenue, with a decent profit, I'd be happy with more than that of course but my expectations are low so I wont get disappointed.
he's going to do business, just hang tight.
at this point I can almost assure you that we are not getting a LOI/MOU, it doesnt take that long, if we do I'd be shocked (and angry). I am waiting for the real enchilada, as small as it may be.
Filing these OTC reports is extremely cheap, like really cheap you'd be shocked. If you look at the filings you can see the money raised, most of it went towards the business. We celebrate b/c we are back in compliance and ahead of schedule, some companies go dark and give up, but we have not. People complained that they couldnt trade or sell the stock and that obstacle was removed, in fact they could have fetched as much as 10 cents a share granted there wasnt much volume but they could have sold some at higher prices. I am sure we'll hear the complaining that Wards a fraud, the group we dealt with in Mexico is a fraud, yada yada, everyone will have their opinion. But we are moving forward, one way or another.
If it means anything I am on the bid at .0165, not that it means squat to most.
well I hope he finally strikes out on those this time around, lets see.
But a reminder to all, things got so bad a while back that practically nobody believed we would ever trade again, and here we are up to date earlier than any company I have ever seen in a yearly filing, I still sort of dont believe it (but its true obviously), lawyer letter and all. Just sayin, if he comes thru with a small business, whats the next thing that people are going to beat him up on?
I am continuing to look for opportunities to buy under 20 cents. This has taken so much longer than I originally thought its not funny, but, that seems to be par for the course for many pennies but not all.
Continued buying into the 1.5 cent range. When the explorers space turns around, this will do very well. At 1.5 cents you cant go wrong, the equipment alone and claims is worth a lot more than the market cap
I'll try and find out at one point.
you know what I mean, place of meeting wherever that may be
ok then lets make a bet, what would you say if we get an announcement AND we actually start to drill for oil and bring in revenues/profit. Would you still call it a scam? (I am guessing the answer is yes, which will start to wear away your credibility as a scam-buster)
I just had a few seconds call with Maestro, had people in office and couldnt talk. But my take is we should hear something soon on some oil wells. One question that naysayers like Jonsmile bring up is will it be a worthless MOU, that is a valid question. I am leaning towards a real deal as there seems to be a lot of time and effort going into this and even starting back a year ago almost, and an MOU doesnt require that much effort, gosh I wish I knew but that's my take. My goal is if we can get some kind of floor in the price around 3 cents going forward, I can live with that while we wait out Mexico. Probably should have done this long ago but we weren't prepared for carrot dangling.
ok ok I see that now, I am good with that, bare minimum but I have no reason to believe its not ballpark. They're probably breaking even right now but that should improve slowly if they can keep growing the businesses, this is going to take some time and as long as they can get by without outside capital (dilution of stock), I'm good. We can try and trade the stock but its hard with the lack of volume
wow this has completely collapsed, turned out in restrospect to be a great trade. Very tempting to get in now again if I had the free cash.
just listened to the podcast, cash flow positive, that's all I needed to know. Not enough activity in the stock to do much, people arent selling or buying. But as long as we remain in business I'm fine with it, but we do need to eventually get those financials.
listen its not easy, I have done exceptionally well on this one, but I always sell some too early at lower prices and dont sell enough at higher prices, every time. But you dont need to be perfect to do well, just do something. In this particular case, I am contemplating not selling anything until it hits a buck, but we'll see.
oh you bought at much higher prices. I have traded it for years and am up significantly with all free shares. I recommend buying at these levels, heavily, you'll make back some or all of your losses.
wow very interesting thanks for sharing. My understanding was that he is well connected (which if you follow him around you'd see is likely the case) and helped move all of this forward. But as far as the document is concerned, maybe his statement is correct.
Anyway we know that Mexico will benefit from these projects, if they could only get out of their own way. Its as clear as day to me, this is not a "capability" issue, nor a money issue, but political and/or bribery issue that we keep running into. We've learned that this is the way these type of countries are run.
Earlier on I sent a message (but I dont remember what medium) simply thanking him for everything but didnt hear back, not that I expected to.
its so disgusting i am completely at a loss of words. For him to make such statements on twitter, to send out that letter, is just, there are no words for it. As you said he wasted hundreds of millions of shareholders money and nothing to show for it. I am so beyond angry its not even funny.
DTGI at this price is just flat cheap, there are no ifs ands or buts about it. We know the plan of the company to keep growing, but we need share price to increase at one point. I am running out of patience
As we wait on Mexico, and it may be a wait, no way to really know, we are working on some oil wells opportunity, though my take is that it is nothing earth-shattering, probably enough to just keep the lights on and give the company some sort of credibility, I mean since we have no money we'd likely have to give away a significant amount of the profits to fund it I am gussing. The good think is that this is Ward's wheelhouse he could do it in his sleep.
I just noticed a pinned FB post of Adolfo's from 9/20 mentioning Sergio by name which I find interesting, and signing documents which he likes to do, so clearly Adolfo is not concerned about his own personal public exposure.
You’ll do well. Really really well
