I mean the first time I read it I laughed cause I got the joke but other people were like "is this for real" to which I had to laugh even harder but I checked the ticker and sure enough they pre-loaded on the 19th and 20th and unloaded at a nice profit I'm sure...can't save all the lemmings...
Ohhh com'on there must be at least on Siegfried in CO lol
This week will be very telling in how this is "playing" last week was everyone that wanted out got out and every one that wanted in got... This week there may be buying pressure but unless people still want to just break even and go play somewhere else instead I'm thinking we see an over all green week... if we still have the same massive buy volume under our current pps then we will have our answer when the ttrades print
I didn't insinuate that there was. I even said he complies with the regulations about it.
You should know these numbers as a stock holder in this company...Bill can sell 1% of company shares every quarter. He files to sell all he legally can
Dollars are not federal currency. The federal reserve is a private corporation operated for profit.
They incorporated in NV, not CA.
They just released last year's numbers. They earned $600K and lost $5.5M.
Canadians are still fighting it through the courts. They have already won the right, repeatedly to grow their own MJ. IMAGINE if the supreme court ruled that MJ was legal in the US and Washington said, "So what? We want to control the supply, demand and revenue." Imagine how that around go over here...
2-3 months for the existing building (phase 1) and another 2 months for the new one (phase 2).
Ice Bear Enterprises dissolved and reincorporated as Bearpot. Its an old, new corporation that has been around since 2002. They purchased a controlling interest in a grow operation in CO. Ice Bear was diversified into auto parts and commercial printing and signs among other things in NV and CA previously.
Might I suggest MHYS as your first shorting experience haha... not sure what you're going to do with shares you can't sell for .0001 afterwards though...
Actually I'm pretty sure it's at .00001, you forgot a zero :) Not delusional here, at least, that's why I try my best not to go toe to toe with you too often... Can't speak for everyone but I'm having fun in there. I say give the guy a chance but then again, for me, I've got nothing to lose in STBV....
I mean SERIOUSLY, a random poster creates an alias in CNN's blog page and for three days now a company worth $57, and that's being generous, is worth hundreds of thousands for a moment... It went up 73% Friday... If that is allowed to continue for this long then it's all no holds barred when it comes to gambles... I know you can't make the rounds to all of them but there are far more devious things afoot around here than STBV...
Someone else created an alias CNNgroup and posted the story twice lol...people have been running with it for 3 days on a company that reported $57 and loss of almost $5M on their last filing... But at least the O/S is only 15M so they will get gobbled up quickly and recycled often
As of October 14, 2013 O/S was 15,785,004.
The story is multiplying on CNN ireport
This could possibly have maybe potentially something to do with it:
2013
Company earned $593,995
Bill found a general use for $6,349,010
Which left FITX with (5,549,834) last year
You'll notice that Andy did not take any pay during the 9 reported months last year...
In the 3 months from Dec - Oct 2013, FITX made $130,901 in profit and had $1,541,822 in "General and administrative expenses"
From Oct 2012 - Sep 2013, made $463,094 in profit and had $4,807,188 "General and administrative expenses"
I'm sure most of you know what general and administrative expenses are so I won't act like I'm talking to a group of third graders.
So, if you are following along still...
Company earned $593,995
Bill found a general use for $6,349,010
Which left FITX with (5,549,834) last year
So, for roughly every $150K that FITX earns, Bill sees $1.5M there. And yet, somehow they are still undervalued to it's stockholders.
Andy was $1.3M in debt coming off of an $816K loss last year and sold $1.1M worth of shares to fund Wazillo and this acquisition and he's one that can't manage his company apparently.
I can't tell you where to put your money but I'll tell you that these are the current facts.
Compare last quarter 2013 to 2012 everyone but the company makes bank no way an uplist is anywhere in the near future for FITX

ROGUE WAVE gets the +1 back Joey :)
Definitely consolidation just waiting for it's moment to swell
I really don't understand why some people even stick their ass out down here if they feel this way... I can shoot football sized holes in any of these pinks with the best of them but why be so snide about it. If you want a safe and boring play then go invest in a savings bond or something...
Still was an excellent movie... better than Wall Street back in it's day...Boiler Room was great too...
3 months ago he had $13K left in the bank and made a choice... Last year, STBV had a pretty good reputation all things being equal. Many have done this with less to offer and gain... Entirely up to him and his perceived options but seems to me it would be obvious to him that he can either have the support of shareholders or he can have $3 million now...
True... I see what you see and I'm waiting for the anvil to fall but businesses succeed and fail all the time in America without having to resort to the desperate measures that are providing the safety net... I can't say with an ounce of certainty that he hasn't sold them all or they won't all be put up on the market but I can say that I would think he'd rather have his cake and eat it too... As long as he doesn't just continually piss on everyone, people are ready to gamble here...
Appears to have been a collaboration between Andy, Richard Coffy and Antoinette Moore... her son David dissolved his corporation, Ice Bear Enterprises and they reincorporated as Bearpot... it's a bit complicated but it looks fairly straight here, as these things go. History only shows 100K & 150K shares exchanged to them for previous consulting type services beginning of last year. Doesn't seem to be a huge conspiracy so far...
I know you and I differ here Janice but if Andy had buyers pre-arranged and wanted to dump all 30B he would have and the SS would reflect it from the triggered update to OTCmarket. I know you think he's scum but he only sold what he needed to cover the company deficit as I see it... I've paid to be wrong if I am here...
lol nice!
His comment was clearly that he saw stock dilution which I repeated in case his post "I personally feel this is massive dilution" was somehow unclear. People responded to the statement with the screen shot was fake because it was pulled up on NASDAQ and another person said that it was because lots of people were buying... I'm not the one confused here lol
I wouldn't suggest investing your money there if you are expecting a MJ PR...just my humble opinion and interpretation but always do your own DD lol :)
OK. curiosity got the better of me and I checked the stock...thought I was just joking around a minute ago but seriously mean what I just said now...
lemmings, shesh
Everything there is to know about FITX is posted all over this and FB... the operation is an open book... if they were investors looking for information they got a lot more from the projections presented at the open house than they would have from a building they can see inside and out from google.
Hahaha that's a joke and it's funny!
Have to agree there... I think this one is correct and a lot of others are about to get "corrected"
As long as all of the pot is down here in the dirt and all of the pharmaceutical drugs are up on NASDAQ that's how it will stay too. I'm not sure I agree with political experts either but by the time today's high school students reach the age for political office it will start to transpire... Nothing on a national level moves quickly but I'd say next 15 years.
Agree... honestly not much difference in being sleepy, drugged or drunk when you are driving impaired in my experience... I'm just old enough now to know better than I did at 20
Appreciate it, as always!
Risk tolerance is high as long as it makes practical sense and that didn't to me either... but stranger things have happened. Prior IOUs can't always be cashed in for every situation. I would think something like that would almost HAVE to be under an NDA if it was being pursued.
Not that he would of course, but Bill can be across the border in 15 minutes...
There are three key stages to the Canadian extradition process:
The Minister of Justice must determine whether to authorize the commencement of extradition proceedings in the Canadian courts by issuing an "Authority to Proceed";
Where an Authority to Proceed has been issued, the Canadian courts must determine whether there is sufficient evidence to justify the person's committal for extradition; and
Where the person is committed for extradition, the Minister of Justice must personally decide whether to order the person's surrender to the foreign state.
A person sought for extradition may appeal their committal and seek judicial review of the Minister's surrender order.
In all cases, the conduct for which extradition is sought must be considered criminal in both the requesting country and in Canada. This is known as "dual criminality".
While I agree with the underlying argument....
Why would he use his any of his own money? Then what's the point of having investors in a public company
Unless the filing has been amended, as promised... those investors own 10%
The price in Colorado has absolutely nothing to do with the price in Canada. In Colorado, it is a tax profit off business revenue. Correct me if I'm actually wrong, but in Canada, it will be at government's expense to buy. The deck is stacked in their favor on this one. The growers will earn a living but the government is making the money in the deal buying low from regulated growers to distribute. There is a reason most of the approved growers are non-profit, they aren't going to make much of one.
Yeah I've heard from Bill... Now we are waiting to hear what Canada says
